This holiday rental apartment is located in the quiet, sunlit residence complex of Torregolf in Benalmadena Costa, one of the most popular holiday resorts on the Costa del Sol of Spain, but still close to everything! It can be easily reached from the Malaga airport (15 km), either by car or by train.

It is bright (thanks to natural light) 3-room apartment of 90 m2 with new elegant furnishings. Guests can benefit from large sun terrace of 40 m2 (facing the sea and the golf court) where they can enjoy not only their morning coffee with fresh air and breathtaking views :).

Apartment was designed to enjoy the destination while still feeling the intimacy and privacy that a home provides. Sandy beaches the Playa La Cala and Playa de la Yuca are in the walking distance (20 mins thru cozy residential area) or 5 mins by car. The ideal accommodation capacity is for 4 persons, offering the extension for one on the lounge sofa in the living room.

Equipment and installations: WiFi High Speed Internet, smart TV with Netflix access, air conditioning hot and cold, ceiling fans, oven, microwave, ceramic hob, juice squeezer, kettle, toaster, Nespresso coffee maker (Vertuo), complete set of kitchenware and kitchen utensils, linens, towels, washing machine, dryer, fridge, freezer, iron, ironing board, hairdryer and fire-resistant safe. For yoga/fitness focused guests the necessary equipment for practice (non-slip yoga mat, dumbbells, chair, bolster, blocks and strap) is also available.

Private covered parking lot right outside the entrance and the community swimming pool free of charge. Unfortunately, due to ongoing repairs the pool is planned to be out of service from May 2025 to September 2025.

The entire Benalmadena is hilly providing visitors with a diverse landscape to explore and enjoy. Unless you want to just stay along the coast road you will find hills wherever you go. Therefore, for those with mobility issues or disabilities, renting a car or using the bus service is essential.
