This amazing rural house located at Campos, with a private swimming pool near the idylic Es Trenc beach, will make feel 8 guests like in paradise.
Welcome to this beautiful house with a chlorine 6m x 3m swimming pool, and up to 1.70m deph, surrounded by the forest ideal for disconnect and spend your hollydays with the maximum privacy. It disposes of an external shower to refresh after a long day at the beach. At one of the three porchs, specially the one beside the swimming pool, you can prepare a tasty barbecue with your loved ones and will be the perfect plan.

The house disposes of large rooms and a practical furniture.
At the comfortable living-room with satellite TV and a fireplace, you can relax all together. The dining room area is open to the living-room and the gas equipped kitchen has all the necessary amenities you might need during your stay.
You will love to rest at one of the four bedrooms with a wardrobe and a fan at each of them.
One of them has a double bed and a bathroom en suite with a shower, the other three dispose of two single beds each.
Another bathroom with a bath gives service to all the house.
If you travel with your baby, we will provide you a cot and a high chair. Obviously, you will find a washing area with a washing machine, a dryer, an iron and an ironing board.

Only 3 km separate you from Campos village, where you will find all the necessary services like restaurants and bars, supermarkets or the traditional market, wich takes place every Thursday, where you can buy fresh vegetables and fruits, and a bigger market on Saturdays with all kind of products.

After 10 minutes by car, you can reach the idylic Es Trenc beach, Cala Mondragó or Colonia de Sant Jordi. Dont miss a trip to Cabrera National Parc. We also recommend a visit to the legendary "Cuevas del Drach" caves, located at Porto Cristo, formed due to the Mediterranean water inlet and accomodating a big underground lake known as Lago Martel.

Wir hatten eine tolle Zeit in der Villa César. Sie ist liebevoll, im mallorquinischen Stil sowohl außen und innen eingerichtet, und liegt in einer ruhigen Lage. Sie bietet genügend Platz für zwei Familien. Das Grundstück ist komplett umzäunt und mit einem Sichtschutz versehen. Die Außenanlagen ist schön idyllisch gemacht. Der Pool ist groß genug um sich ausreichend Abkühlung zu verschaffen. Ebenso ist eine Aussendusche vorhanden die man zum duschen und zur Abkühlung nutzen kann. Die Zimmer sind ausreichend groß, mit allem notwendigen ausgestattet. Ebenso enthält die Küche alle notwendigen Utensilien die man benötigt. Auch ein Backofen und Kühlschrank mit Gefrierfächer sind vorhanden. Der Check In verlief schnell und unkompliziert. Alle Informationen waren rechtzeitig verfügbar und abrufbar. Ebenso war der Kontakt zur Agentur superschnell, und sehr nett. Ein kleines Manko, Klimaanlage für die Schlafräume wären eine super Sache. Wir kommen gerne wieder

Wir hatten eine tolle Zeit in der Villa César. Sie ist liebevoll, im mallorquinischen Stil sowohl außen und innen eingerichtet, und liegt in einer ruhigen Lage. Sie bietet genügend Platz für zwei Familien. Das Grundstück ist komplett umzäunt und mit einem Sichtschutz versehen. Das Einfahrtstor ist abschließbar. In der Außenanlagen befinden sich Oliven-, Zitronen- und Feigenbäume, was es schön idyllisch macht. Der Pool ist groß genug um sich ausreichend Abkühlung zu verschaffen. Ebenso ist eine Aussendusche vorhanden die man zum abduschen und zur Abkühlung nutzen kann. Die Zimmer sind ausreichend groß, mit allem notwendigen ausgestattet und haben jeweils einen Standventilator. Ebenso enthält die Küche alle notwendigen Utensilien die man benötigt. Auch ein Backofen und Kühlschrank mit Gefrierfächer sind vorhanden. Es gibt eine Abstellkammer wo noch weitere Haushaltsmaterialien abgelegt sind, sogar ein Bügeleisen ist vorhanden und ein kleiner Sonnenschirm für den Strand. Bettwäsche und Handtücher wurden gewechselt, hierüber wurden wir vorher informiert. Der Pool wurde 3mal die Woche gepflegt und sauber gemacht. Es ist alles so wie es auf den Bilder dargestellt ist. Der Poolbereich besitzt mittlerweile einen Zaun, sodass kleine Kinder nicht unbeaufsichtigt in den Pool können. Es gibt WLAN und einen LED TV. Der Check In verlief schnell und unkompliziert. Alle Informationen waren rechtzeitig verfügbar und abrufbar. Ebenso war der Kontakt zur Agentur superschnell, reibungslos und sehr nett. Ein kleines Manko, Klimaanlage für die Schlafräume wären eine super Sache. Wir kommen gerne wieder!

Idéalement située pour rayonner dans la partie Sud de l’île Extérieur agréable avec piscine et arbres fruitiers. Les draps et serviettes ont été changés en cours de séjour et la piscine était entretenue. Très bon accueil des propriétaires. La climatisation (dans les chambres) aurait permis de mettre les 5 étoiles

very rustic and quiet

The property is very rustic and quiet, day and night, which was lovely and the location is good - near some great beaches and towns. We were slightly disappointed by the fact that there was no welcome pack or local guide awaiting us (shops, doctors, chemists, restaurants, etc). This could be easily remedied. We were also disappointed that the house was all shuttered up, very dark inside and smelled musty on arrival. We gave the place some love and attention and it came to life. The fact is, this isn't someone's lived-in home.. so it didn't *feel* homely. It is run by a (very nice, helpful and efficient) agency. The house itself is pretty nice, with lots of land and a lovely pool, but we felt we had to work to make it more homely and cosy.

Pro: geräumige Finca, südlich von Campos (5 Minuten mit dem Auto) vernünftig gelegen, sauber und funktional, WLAN einwandfrei, auch deutsches Fernsehen, sehr nette Vermieterfamilie Contra: Ausstattung zwar komplett, aber sehr alt, wenig liebevoll eingerichtet, absoluter Basis Standard, auch bei Elektrik, Bädern, Betten, Küche und Co. Die Finca würde sehr gewinnen, wenn man sie einmal mit einem liebevollen und stilsicheren Auge einrichtet und Beleuchtung, Bäder und Küche renovierte. Insgesamt wahrscheinlich zu teuer für den Standard.

Perfecta para seis personas.

Más que no gustar simplemente mejorar. Los colchones y almohadas necesitan un cambio. Cortinas o estores que eviten la entrada de luz por las mañanas. Mejoraría con un baño más puesto que contando que la casa es para ocho, dos se hacen escasos. Pero insisto, no lo catalogaría como que no nos gustó, solo son mejoras que harían la casa perfecta. La situación,el estilo de la vivienda y su comodidad. Hay suficientes electrodomésticos para cocinar,incluso lavavajillas. Pasamos allí una semana de amigos,tres parejas jóvenes con ganas de visitar la isla y disfrutar de sus playas. La piscina y la barbacoa dan pie a muchas cenas en el porche. A 3 km todo lo necesario para comprar y sin embargo por la noche solo escucharás grillos y perdices.
