A month in Coveta Fuma

Very nice complex, with a very good pool area and pool bar. The property we stayed in owned by Wim & Anita was in a nice quiet part of the complex with only the noise of the tram every now and again. Property is close to the beach, tram station, supermarket and village square, where the local hostelries and eateries are. The house itself has everything you will need for a stay of any length, there are 2 bedrooms and 1 bathroom in the main house and a separate apartment style bedroom and bathroom up on the roof terrace, with access from an outside stairway. We have never been to this part of Spain and stayed a month and enjoyed every minute

Villa is perfect if you want a very quiet and relaxing holiday only noise was the passing tram and the birds. If you’re not very mobile then be aware that the steps up to the villa are not easy to climb and there are two sets though the top set is shorter it’s still a hike. If you’re wanting to lay by the pool and use the bar it doesn’t open until about 6 pm and yes Carl does do a limited menu but likes you to give him a days notice but his fish and chips are amazing the residents on the complex are very nice and friendly.

La piscina era , prácticamente para nosotros solos y muy cerquita hay dos calas que puedes ir andando perfectamente.Quizá nos faltó un poco de información en el anuncio.No sabíamos que si queríamos gastar la habitación de arriba,era un coste adicional de 35€.Tampoco sabíamos la cantidad de escaleras que había par acceder al alojamiento.Por lo demás,hemos estado muy agusto.La casa tiene de todo para una semana.Todo funciona perfectamente.

A week relaxing in the sun

Just returned from a lovely week relaxing in the sun. The apartment was clean and comfortable and in a great location. No need to hire a car as it’s only 30 minutes from the airport and there’s a small shop in walking distance that provided what we needed. The village is an easy walk with a small amount of great restaurants. There are 2 small beaches in walking distance and also a tram stop about 3/5 minutes walk away which can take you to larger resorts. We would return again and enjoy this apartment and Coveta Fuma.

Tout le confort au pieds des plages...

Le logement est idéalement situé, à quelques pas d'une petite crique superbe. Il dispose de tout le confort que nous pourrions avoir en restant à la maison: une cuisine toute équipée avec un grand réfrigérateur, deux chambres confortables avec climatisation et ventilateur performant, un solarium et une terrasse. Le propriétaire Wim est très accueillant et super disponible tout au long du séjour. Je recommande cette maison sans réserves pour vos prochaines vacances !

Halfway between Alicante & Benidorm

We chose this property because we wanted a 3-bed place from which to visit other towns easily. The tramline runs right past the small complex and is just a 5-minute walk, taking you to Benidorm in 45 mins and Alicante in 35 mins. However, for a family of 4, it's about 10 euros each way, which mounts up. In Coveta Fuma itself, there's a corner shop, handy for small groceries. There's also a nearby cove, but for a beach day, head to Alicante or Benidorm. Worth knowing that a taxi from the airport is 47 euros, and we discovered you can take the C6 bus (every 20 minutes) to Alicante Luceros station then the tram to Coveta Fuma. For 4 of us, tram + bus one way was about 25 euros. The property itself was pleasant enough, balcony off the living space, and a sun terrace upstairs, which also leads to the 3rd bedroom (with a shower room). Bit disappointed to find that if you book for 4 people you pay a supplement to use the 3rd bedroom - for us, it was important our kids had their own space, and it was the reason I chose this property. To be fair, the 'small charge' is mentioned in the rental agreement but when I book a 3-bed flat, I kind of expect to be able to use 3 bedrooms. The upstairs bunk bed room is great if you have a teenager as s/he has independence but I wouldn't put younger kids up there, as it's separate from the ground floor. Sunshine on terrace in the afternoon at this time of year and on balcony in late afternoon. Lovely views from the sun terrace. Garden furniture, sun loungers, plenty of outside seating. Indoors, sofa seating for 4, dining table for 4, plenty of kitchen equipment, utensils and crockery. Pool area great for younger kids who love splashing about (a sign says no inflatables or lilos in the pool), and there's a boules pitch across the road. Quiet little resort, we slept well; for us it was a little too quiet but the good news is that this is not the type of place that attracts rowdy groups and bar crawls, so a place to read and unwind.

Great villa

We really enjoyed our stay here. The area is quite hilly so be prepared for some exercise. It has a lovely little cove within walking distance with one bar, however this does get very busy at weekends. The tram is convenient and easy to use, el campello is great for a bigger beach with plenty of shops and restaurants. Wim was very helpful and check in was easy. Many thanks

Casita Coveta

Great property in lovely area. Very convenient location close to tram station for easy access to the Costa Blanca coast and all it has to offer. Close to local village square with its selection of bars and restaurants within easy walking distance. The pool on the complex was perfect for cooling down on hot sunny days, with a bar on site as well for nicely chilled refreshments! A perfect all-rounder in our opinion, clean, spacious, very well equipped and a very helpful, friendly owner close by to welcome and assist throughout our stay. Would definitely recommend.

Casa súper acogedora!

Hemos pasado 4 semanas fantásticas en la Casita Coveta Neptuno. La casa esta muy bien equipada, la urbanización es tranquila y muy cerquita a la cala donde hemos hecho snorkel y kayak. Nuestro anfitrión Wim ha estado pendiente en todo momento. Han sido unas vacaciones inolvidables y repetiremos seguro!

Wonderful family holiday.

The property is very good value for money. Comfortably sleeps 4 with the option for two more upstairs. Is very well equipped and in a great location if that’s the area you want to be in. The owner was very nice and helpful both before and during the stay. If you’re taking little ones then be aware that there are a lot of steps and an unguarded pool and the house does have a lot of fragile ornaments. For older children this obviously isn’t an issue. I would throughly recommend this house to anyone wanting a quiet location but still connected to the surrounding areas. I don’t want to say too much about the village of Coveta. If you know it you know what you’re going to. If you don’t then do your research. There isn’t really a good beach in walking distance. The village is small (but friendly) and the shop stocks most things. It’s a great ‘jumping off’ point. All in all we had a wonderful week in this house in Coveta and would recommend this house.

Sehr schöne Ferienwohnung!

Wir hatten einen sehr schönen Urlaub in einer sehr schönen Ferienwohnung. Die Wohnung hat genau die richtige Lage für eine gute Erholung. Nach El Campello sind es ein paar Fahrminuten an der Küste entlang. Zum Shoppen ist Alicante über die Autobahn in 20 Minuten gut zu erreichen. PS: Der Vermieter Wim war stets hilfsbereit und sofort zur Stelle.

Grandiose 8 Urlaubstage in Spanien

Wir hatten einen wunderschönen Urlaub in diesem erstklassig ausgestattetem Apartement. Durch Wim sind wir besonders freundlich empfangen worden. Er spricht sehr gut deutsch und ist sehr hilfsbereit. In diesem typisch spanischen Ambiente kann man herrlich entspannen. Man hat das Gefühl mitten in der Natur zu sein mit einem tollen Ausblick bis zum Meer. Gerne kommen wir wieder und empfehlen es weiter.

Three Weeks

Spent three weeks in this villa. Really enjoyed the stay. Facilties were excellant with TV and intanet included. Wim was great and any problems (not many) were delt with straight away. No need for a car. Once your in yu have all you need with a 10 min walk. There is a bar on site but also bars and resturants just down the road and if you want something further afield you ncan just jump on the tram!

The best place to enjoy your family holiday or just to enjoy together a stress free holiday at a quiet village under the Spanish sun and Mediterranean sea all year. Located just 25 minutes from the cosmopolitan city of Alicante with its famous port, history, traditions, golf courses and soon to be international status airport and 35 minutes to the lively resort of Benidorm.

Nice spacious and well kept house with sun and shadow possibilities outside and airconditioning in all bedrooms. Of course also Free Wifi is provided. Quiet situated at the green Neptuno complex but nearby everything you could wish. Walking distance to beach, swimming pool, restaurants and train station to go to El Campello, Alicante or Benidorm at the moment you want more action.
