Excelent location for Mother & Son getaway!

Loved this location! Great space for a last minute spring break getaway to Newport. Plenty of room to work remotely while the kids enjoyed the beach. Excellent hosts!

Fun weekend at the beach

Awesome place! Clean, spacious, walking distance to everything, and beds were sooo comfortable. Manager was super responsive and easy to work with. Can’t wait to go back!

Ladies weekend birthday trip

The house is in a great location close to the beach. It was clean and the check-in process was easy. There is a parking lot nearby that is free to park in overnight, which was very convenient. It was a little more difficult to find parking during the day, but all beach towns have that challenge. Thanks for a great stay!

Really, you couldn't ask for a more responsive, helpful, kind, and considerate property manager and host. I wanted to ensure my family would be in good hands, we rented this space for long term stays and this place is in an amazing location. Any questions we've had they have been communicative and very caring. Jon, and Sri thank you for your amazing care, we appreciate the incredible hospitality.

Amazing property

I stayed at this property with my wife and another couple (friends). We had an amazing time and enjoyed this property very much. The balcony was a great place to play cards and enjoy a few drinks with friends. We will definitely be staying here again. The property manager (Jon) was also very helpful and kind. He went out of his way to ensure we had everything we needed. The online check in process also made everything very convenient. We will definitely be staying at this property again.

Great stay!

Location is very close to beach, grocery stores, restaurants. Everything you need is provided - extra toiletries, garbage bags, paper products. Quiet at night. Owner was extremely helpful before and during our check in process. Had no issues at all. Would highly recommend.

Great location, outstanding communication

Great spot. Not directly on the beach but close. The apartment is comfortable and has what you need. Very clean. The host was very responsive and helpful. The outdoor storage options are a little tight if you have a lot of stuff. But overall great place, would love to return.

Great experience

When we walked in their was fresh flowers and everything we could possibly need available. We felt very welcome. Even though the house was on a main road, we could not hear the traffic from the bedrooms. Owner was fantastic! Back patio was a great outdoor space. Highly recommend.

Bucket List Fantasy

I have always wanted to rent someplace for a week at Newport and this exceeded our expectations. We had a short walk to the beach and to many places to eat around us. Jon gave us great hints for parking and was an excellent resource. We would stay here again in a heartbeat

Nice weekend getaway. We found ourselves walking almost everywhere, as the location is in close proximity to all you need.

Short walk

An easy 3 blocks to the beach. Entry and exit is through the alley to access this second floor property which is tight for bringing up luggage. We found street parking within a block each time we needed it during the week. Easy communication with the owner.

Gr8 location, gr8 beach

Convenient to stores, restaurants and beach. Nice that the rental had 2 a/c units and quiet ceiling fans in bedrooms although beds could use new mattresses. Living room couch was comfortable and can sleep two if needed. Showers were gr8, patio was nice although no views, it was nice to have the space. Stove, oven and frig all worked as expected. The open floor plan was nice for group conversations. Jon the host was very responsive and informational.

Great location and space for my family of 5

What a great spot in Newport Beach! Right across the street from a grocery store and some dining options, and a very short walk to the sand and water. This was my family's first beach vacation and we enjoyed the touches like having beach chairs in the unit that we could take with us. The temps were unusually high so we did have an issue one night with the small A/C unit but a quick text/call with Jon resolved it easily. We were very appreciative of his fast response and caring service. The bedding in the extra bedroom could use an upgrade but everything else was very comfortable and in good shape. Parking was a bit tricky on Friday and Saturday nights, but otherwise it was pretty easy to find street parking near the unit, and a couple of nights we took advantage of the free parking from 6pm-8am in the public lot across the street. Our kids are all asking for a return trip to Newport Beach, so that's probably the best indication of how this KS-based crew enjoyed it!

Wonderful!

I don't usually write reviews, but had to give a shout out for Jon and this property. The location was perfect, very close to the beach, shopping and restaurants all within walking distance. We never used our car the entire time we were there. Jon was beyond helpful and responsive. He went over and above to accommodate us and our schedule. Would definitely recommend this property and look forward to returning next summer!

Absolutley fabulous condo

AMAZING! Location + Unbeatable booking experience

AMAZING :) Myself, Husband & 2 year old had a fantastic stay at this property. We came all the way from Australia and we were very happy. The property is perfectly positioned. Very conveniently located across the road from a large Grocery store & retail/food precinct with an abundance of yummy food options. A very easy less than 5 min stroll to the awesome Beach. The property offers so many comfortable features - everything you would need for a short or longer stay. Comfy beds. Very cleanly kept surrounds & an amazing kitchen. Jon the Property Manager was extremely helpful, prompt, friendly and made the entire booking experience from start to finish a dream. Would very highly recommend this property.

Perfect for our vacation! Ideal location with amenities close by beach only two blocks away!!

Quaint, cute and comfortable! The condo met our expectations but Jon exceeded them!! He was very easy to communicate with and extremely accommodating. I would recommend this property and management to everyone!

John was the perfect host & I highly recommend this property!

This was a great place for my wife & me to stay in Newport Beach. The description & pictures of the property are very accurate. We enjoyed the short walk to the beach & I highly enjoyed our dinner at Momma D's! John took a lot of time to make sure that our visit was perfect. He also went up & above in answering my questions about the locks as my family owns vacation rentals & I was curious about the one that the property has. We will definitely rent this place the next time we're in town.

Clean, roomy and great location in Newport Beach.

From the time we reserved this property for our vacation stay to the time we checked in and during our stay everything was perfect! The condo was clean, well furnished and decorated nicely. The condo is centrally located close to beach, grocery shopping across the street, upscale restaurant down the street (The Cannery) and close to the Newport Pier District which is active with shops, bars, restaurants, etc. TJ was a pleasure to work with and everything he promised was accurate. We did not experience any difficulties whatsoever. So if you are looking for a vacation getaway and you love the beach like we do we highly recommend this condo. Joseph
