Really lovely and comfortable stay. The AC doesn't work well but it didn't bother us too much. Judy is lovely and the use of the boat was really nice. Would come back for sure.

This is our second stay at this property after an amazing first stay last year. All the amenities and prime location continue to make this a worthy stay for our group. Judi, the host, has always been so helpful and accommodating. The duffy boat around Lido and Balboa can't be beat for a great weekend getaway!

The property is in a fantastic location on the bay, and across the street from the beach. The amenities are excellent. There are many restaurants nearby, that we were able to walk to. The host was extremely friendly and accommodating. We will be looking to our next stay there.

Host was wonderful!!, Duffy was super fun and house had many other benefits like kayaks and paddle boards. Clean and cute! Just some details to note: no AC if temps are high (just portable fans), and no water view from inside… must go out to back of house patio to see water. Must go up many steep stairs to access this... this is 2 bedroom apartment above main house with your own entrance. Beach is close. Store and restaurants close, and great park amenities for kids almost next door.

My family of 5 stayed 4 nights and enjoyed every minute of it! Judi and Nuel were amazing hosts that were more than accommodating. We took the Duffy boat out every night we were there. The kids really enjoyed paddle-boarding, canoeing, and swimming right around the corner to the playground. Really couldn't ask for a better stay!

There was a little misunderstanding about the kitchen & laundry access. The kitchen wasn’t very big nor didn’t have much to use….there was a griddle that might fit a sandwich to make a grilled cheese but that was it. It did note there wasn’t an oven but I figured there would have been a little more kitchen supplies. The grill outside was really old and well used. Laundry was only accessible when the homeowner would leave the garage door open. The Duffy boat was great and overall it was a nice place. Access was tight. Tough to get up steep stairs and narrow access. For the price point I would recommend getting a different location

Location is amazing, and the boat/toys were so fun! Owners were very welcoming and helpful. We had everything we needed for our short stay. The setup was a bit awkward, since owners living area overlooks the patio....but we enjoyed the outdoor space very much regardless. The washer/dryer was not located in our unit, which would have been an issue if we had a longer stay. Overall we had an amazing time!

I am a Southwest Airlines flight attendant and have been able to travel the world and meet so many great people. My husband Nuel is a boat guy and fishing and talking is his specialty. He has just renovated his 33 ft, trawler and would love you to see it or go on a boat ride with him. We have been married for ever and love it here in beautiful Newport Beach on the bay.Love to watch the gondolas and swimmers go right by the patio. I hope to meet you soon and hear about your lives and families and travels. Judi and Nuel Benson

この宿泊施設のオーナーになった理由

The bay in our back yard is as good as it gets anywhere in the world. We walk to restaurants, movies, and of course on the sand to watch the sunset. Our property is newly decorated in a vacation beach theme and I am certain you will love it. Have fun here and make some lasting memories. We have 2 bicycles.2 paddle boards 2 boogie boards. beach chairs, a basketball and a ride in our boat for our guests and maybe even their friends. Have fun in the sun right here in beautiful Newport Beach California. The duffy boat and patio and all the toys are for your use only while you are here. The boat is really quite easy to drive and fun too.

この宿泊施設の特徴

Grill on the patio while watching the swimmers, boaters and paddle boarders go by and then of course join them in the fun. You may even see a gondola or two go by.
