Fantastic location by Cano Roig Beach.

We really enjoyed our stay at this house. The location and views and pool are the best parts of this property. The house is large and has plenty of sleeping space and living areas. My biggest complaint is that it was very hot at night and hard to sleep. There is air conditioning in the bedroom where all the kids slept but none in the other bedrooms. The staff were very prompt with addressing any issues and overall we would recommend this rental.

Zona muy tranquila. Casa bien equipada tiene un acceso directo a la playa. Perfecto para relajarte y estar tranquilo. Es una casa que tiene algunos años pero no está mal conservada. Por la noche tiene unas vistas que es una pasada

Super Villa mit grandioser Aussicht

Wir waren mit einer befreundeten Familie in dieser phantastischen Villa und durften 2 Wochen traumhafte Ferien verbringen. Die Villa ist traumhaft gelegen und grosszügig ausgelegt, sowie grossem Umschwung und einem grossen Pool. Auch der Strand sowie die Einkaufsmöglichkeiten waren in unmittelbarer Nähe, was unseren Aufenthalt weiter angenehm gestaltete. Gerne kommen wir wieder und können die Villa sowie die ganze Abwicklung nur empfehlen.

Très joli emplacement

Magnifique emplacement , extérieure de la villa superbe , resto proche, des travaux à prévoir à l’intérieure de la villa ( les ventilateurs ne suffis pas quand il fait très chaud ! ) En gros nous avons eue un agréable séjour !

Belle maison spacieuse avec un superbe point de vue mer

Grande maison, très bien organisée, avec 3 grandes chambres bien ventilées, une chambre enfants 4 couchages climatisée et une petite chambre 2 lits superposés avec ventilo sur pieds. Cuisine climatisée bien équipée, grande et agréable pour cuisiner. Grand salon, salle à manger. Tout était très propre. Agence / propriétaire à l écoute et sympathique. Les jardiniers sont passés tous les 2 jours donc piscine et jardin impeccables. La vue est superbe, l accès direct à la plage et au Cabo un vrai plus ! La piscine est plus grande que sur les photos, très agréable. Seule la ville de Cabo Roig en elle même nous a un peu déçue mais nous étions tellement bien entre la maison, la piscine et le bord de mer que cela n a en rien affecté notre super séjour !

Flott feriehus , panoramautsikt og rett ved stranden

Alt fungerte fint og vi var veldig fornøyd. 10 personer hadde god plass. Det var tilrettelagt for baby med seng og stol. Gartner kom diskré kvar dag og sjekket hage og basseng. Vifter i tak på alle soverom, savnet aircondition på alle soverom, kun masterbedroom hadde aircondition. Ellers var det fult utstyrt kjøkken og hagemøbler og solsenger. Håndkler til fri disposisjon, vaskerom og hærlig sofakrok inne mex TV med alle norske kanaler .

Fantastiskt hus, tomt och läge.

Ligger frontline och lätt tillgängligt. stora ytor och fräscht. Ligger väldigt lugnt men ändå nära huvudgatan.

Spectacular position

The property is spacious and well-appointed, with a delightful swimming pool. The uninterrupted view of the Mediterranean from a clifftop position will remain in our memories.

Great location

The provided the ideal location for our family of 12. Of the 5 bedrooms the bunk bed room is small and needs to be aired during the day, the master and bed 2 have aircon, however if the doors and windows are open the natural sea breeze does have a cooling effect. The kitchen is fine and appliances deal with demand at meal time. Lockable and secure gates at the end of a cul de sac provide piece of mind. We had a car for the week, but it was not essential, and probably didn't need it. The garden, pool and balcony were spot on for the ages. The pool is big enough for all to enjoy. The grassed is good for the younger to be able play. The balcony and loungers that overlook the beach give a great view and still private to relax with drink. In the evening the entertainment at the beach bar drifts onto the balcony, but is not intrusive and it can be enjoyed. The stairwell to the beach is steep but functional, and the gate securely locks. We only ate out one night on the main strip, but plenty of activity for all ages. We had ask for a couple of appliances that was on the inventory but not available, and we had as issue with one the toilets and sewerage, these were addressed quickly and promptly once reported. As family we thoroughly enjoyed the experience and would definitely recommend to others.

Great location, easy as process

The villa is situated close to all your needs. The pool was great for a family of 12, and clean. The access to the beach is easy, and the beach bar is authentic, the sounds of the entertainment can be listened to and watched from the large balcony. Bedrooms are adequate as was the kitchen. The handover and takeover process is short and easy. Had a slight problem with a bad toilet smell, whilst fixed very quickly, the smell stayed around for a while. Not all the items advertised were available in the villa, DVD and microwave, did not need them so didn't ask, but did require hairdryers, they were delivered very quickly. With a large group a bigger toaster would be better. Overall an excellent service, great location, good contact with agent, would rent again.
