This condo was a last minute Labor Day weekend rental. We are so glad we chose it! Plenty of space for our party of 9! Perfect location and great condo! Would stay here again.

This condo had lots of space which was perfect for my family. The deck was nice and spacious. The one downfall was that the kitchen didn’t have any seasonings for cooking. We did love that there was an ice maker by the bar area so we were able to put ice in our coolers before heading to the beach. Overall the place was nice and clean and we really enjoyed our stay.

Great Stay

Perfect location and wonderful property very close to beach. Only problem was that one elevator was down and the wait was long at times. Otherwise it was an awesome trip. Would stay there again.

Excellent view at the beach

The view is amazing. Great, quiet location. No parties. Good family setting. The beach and pool are just a quick walk from the elevator. Nice Security guard. Convenient to many restaurants, shopping, grocery stores, and entertainment. We would stay here again.

Best VRBO yet!

Great beds, well equipped kitchen, updated, clean, super management company, awesome view, and plenty of beach. If I had hired a cook, it would have been perfect. :)

Family Vacation

We had a wonderful stay. It was right on the beach. Plenty of room for our family. The rooms were very clean and nicely decorated. It was really convenient to have the access codes sent to us so we could drive straight to the property. Everything was in good working condition. We we’re very pleased and hope to stay again in the future.

Worth the price of admission!

The property was modern and clean. Things that needed attention were immediately addressed. The beach and condo are beautiful and very family friendly! My only regret is that I only booked one week instead of two.

Nice, but….

Nice room, we all were comfortable but a malfunctioning fire or prank made the trip lose its 5 Star rating. It would’ve gotten at least 4 because of the room and location.

Very beautiful property

A shared family vacation landed us in this gem of a place for a week. Everything is superbly decorated, even down the heavy chairs outside that did not need brought in due to a pending hurricane. We had an issue with the air conditioner right away, and after a quick phone call, it was handled within two hours! Very responsive to our all our requests. An relaxing environment by the pool and the beach isn't overly crowded due to the limited number of units on the property. We all decided we would stay here again.

Great room with a view

Great experience, loved the view from the balcony. There was ample space for all 9 people in our family. We did have to go buy trash bags, dishwashing soap and laundry detergent, as two trash bags, two dishwashing tabs and soap for two loads of laundry was not near enough for a 5 day stay with 10 people. With that being said, I would definitely return to this room. Beach access was wonderful and was centrally locates to restaurants and entertainment. A 9 a.m. checkout is a little early IMO, but the property was clean and comfortable nonetheless. I would definitely recommend to anyone traveling with a large family.

Nice, but it had issues.

Air conditioning did not work. It was a miserable 75 degrees in March. Hot water ran out after only two showers. The whirlpool tub was broken and the jets did not work.

Nice, but...

We really did enjoy our stay, but there are several things about this condo that made the stay annoying. The back bedroom gets no air and is constantly hot. One of the bedrooms has a window that faces the elevator area and there is a light on out there that cannot be turned off. The bedroom has blinds, but no curtains, so it constantly seems daylight outside. Makes it very difficult to get little ones to sleep and hard for adults as well who actually want to sleep in the dark...One of the armchairs in the living room is broken and almost dumps you in the floor if you sit in it. The back bedroom shower is messed up and hard to use. Pros: condo was clean and well equipped. Beds were comfortable. Layout was nice for a large group. Would stay again if we could get confirmation that some of the items were addressed. Overall, we really enjoyed our stay!

Vacation Stay

Beautiful condo and location! My family had a wonderful time. You are right on the beach and can walk to some restaurants, markets and shops. The only issue we had is that the condo is currently having work done so only one elevator was in use which equaled a long wait some times. Hopefully this will be done quickly for the people staying here.

Great family beach vacation property

Great location on the beach. Beach chair rentals available with great service! My family had an amazing time at the beach with easy access to beach and pool. Elevators were slow but I used the stairs a lot. Other than that, beautiful condo with plenty of room, beautiful views and helpful manager. Would definitely recommend or go back to this property.

We did enjoy this place but there were a few things I wished we had know before....

The location of this property is great! It is right at the end of the line of condos so I felt the beach was less crowded than other condos. We got there a few minutes early, but the lock code does not work until 4, but ours didn’t work so we had to call management and took us several minutes to get in. That was frustrating. Online the specifications for the condo say communal pool and inside pool. We were led to believe there were 2 from looking at pictures. However, the inside pool has recently been renovated and is now outside. That needs to be updated in listings. With a hurricane storming during our stay, an inside pool would have been nice. We also got a warning on a car that it would be towed, but we did not receive parking passes, so we had to contact management again. It was a beautiful condo that fit our needs perfectly, but there was a lack of communication in my opinion. Every place I have stayed has instructions or a book or something inside the condo. There was no paperwork to tell us what to do when leaving or about the parking passes or anything. This was also the least stocked condo I have ever stayed in, which is fine. It tells you to bring everything but they really mean it! Most places I have stayed have nonstick spray to save their pans or salt and pepper or just a few things, but this condo had nothing! We also had some problems with parking due to construction taking some spots and water leaking under the building staining cars so we did not want to park there. Only one elevator was working, so we had pretty long wait times for the elevator. But I am hopeful when all the construction is done this place will be great.

Gorgeous Condo - Too many issues

The condo has a really great layout and gorgeous views from balcony. I loved the ceiling to floor windows that went from balcony to dining area. Kitchen was well stocked and beds were comfortable. Loved not having to check in and going right in with a code. Upon arrival, none of the beds had the decorative comforter or pillow shams as photos showed. They only had the blanket that goes over sheets, however they were clean. We later discovered the decorative covers and shams stored under the beds. One of the toilets had a leak and water was puddled in the floor and we had to to use the towels to soak it up. After contacting Southern Vacation Rentals through text, as they instructed, it took more than 24 hours for someone to come fix it. It looked like this was a problem they already knew about and had not fixed since there was already a new O-ring there and the caulking had already been removed from the bottom of toilet and left unsealed. The refrigerator needs to be replaced because after purchasing groceries and unloading them, we noticed the freezer got down to 22 degrees and fridge was 47 degrees. There’s a sticker on it saying it could take 24 hours for it to get to the correct temps after continued opening. It was only open long enough to put groceries in. The next morning, it was still not at temps it needed to be and we had to pour out the melted ice cream and baby formula. I texted Southern but never received a response at all. We just had to use our cooler to keep any other food purchased, but by the following day the temps on refrigerator did go back to normal. When we used the dryer for just a couple beach towels, it had high pitch squeal that you could hear all over the condo. It did work but do not use when you go to bed. It’s really a shame that such an extremely nice condo doesn’t maintain some very basic and essential items that any renter would expect to have when paying these kinds of high prices. We always rent through VRBO (By Owner, not Rental management company) and normally have a direct contact if there are issues. Having said all that, our family had a great time and the beach location is one of the best I’ve been to in the more than 15 years I’ve been going.
