素晴らしいScuola di San MarcoとSan Giovanni e Paoloの大聖堂からすぐそばの静かな通りにある独立した入り口です。 リアルト、サンマルコ、アルセナーレまで徒歩10〜15分です。

SPACE

すべての部屋にエアコン、無線LAN、電話、洗濯機、乾燥機、オーブン、電子レンジ、あらゆる種類のコーヒーメーカーを備えたキッチン（Ca 'del Cafetierかどうか） 食器洗い機、トースター。

This place was just incredible. The location was perfect. The house was huge, great space for the kids in the upstairs. Kitchen was well equipped. The local area was lovely. Would recommend staying here.

Great space in a lovely area

Our party of 7 (2 couples, 3 teenagers) stayed here for 3 nights. There was lots of space, we utilized both the kitchen and the laundry, and it was walking distance to things we wanted to see. The directions of using public transportation from the airport and to the train station were very specific and helpful.

Lovely apartment in a quiet neighborhood

We loved our stay in Stefano’s beautiful apartment. Minutes from all the major attractions but far enough away from the fray for a quiet meal or coffee and a good nights sleep. We enjoyed a dinner on the patio and some sun on the rooftop. Highly recommend especially for a family.

Comfortable-Great Location!

The location of this property is perfect! Easy to get to all the attractions easily. The apartment is lovely with lots of room for our family. Comfortable, quiet and clean. It was perfect.Stefano was extremely helpful getting us into Venice, into the apartment and getting us a water taxi back to the airport. He made our trip worry free-fantastic host!Thank you for a fantastic Venice trip!

Stefano was a great host! His communication prior to check-in was very helpful, he clearly stated directions to his apartment, complete with pictures, videos, and detailed instructions. The apartment was just as depicted on the VRBO page. Highly recommended!

Awesome location

Beautiful and homey location that had a very short walk to the canals, restaurants and groceries. Close to most of the sites such as St Marks, & Rialto bridge. The Ospedale water bus was minutes away. Lots of bedrooms and bathrooms.

Venice Holiday

We had a great visit to Venice. Stefano provided excellent directions for getting to the apartment and arrival to Venice. The location is in a quiet section of the island and was perfect for our group.

Was very close to many restaurants and multiple ports where you could call for a water taxi. Also, you were a short walk from shopping and many tourist sites.

Excellent place to stay!

We loved staying here, it provided so much space for all of us (8 adults, 2 children)! It was in a perfect location, a little away from the busyness of San Marco, but close enough to easily walk and feel like you’re living like a local! Great restaurants nearby as well! The owner was very communicative and helpful with all of our questions, very clear about how to get to house from all incoming destinations. Would love to come back again!

Wonderful and Spacious

This property was extremely wonderful. It was extremely spacious and comfortable. It was a 5-minute walk from the Ferry stop and walkable to many tourist destinations. There are also great restaurants and shops in the immediate vicinity. We would definitely stay there again!

Amazing location, great host, gorgeous property

We stayed with a large group of family ranging from 11 years of age to 59 years of age. The accommodation was very spacious and great for a group. Stefano was a great host with so many great tips and information available. The location was fantastic and we loved everything about our stay. Thanks for your hospitality Stefano.

Great place, very convenient

This place was great. It was very easy to get from the airport on Alilaguna boats (Ospedale stop) and about 8 minute walk to St Marks. Restaurants and a market are very close. Stefano is a great host.

Wonderful apartment

My husband and I and 4 kids ages 15-20 really enjoyed staying in this apartment. It had everything we needed, including air conditioning throughout. The location was ideal, close to transportation and the attractions of Venice. I definitely recommend staying here.

Spacious and unique

A fantastic spacious property in a quite area of Venice. All rooms are full of character and we loved the two balconies and sauna.

Very generous place

We had an excellent stay in this large and generous appartment, wich was even more authentic and charming than on the pictures we had seen before. The neighborhood is very pleasant, organisation with Stefano was perfectly easy and we can only recommend this place. Hope to get there again soon.

Fabulous in Venice

Great location, easy to leave our luggage before check-in, and very clean! The kids enjoyed the expansive loft, and we enjoyed spending time on the rooftop deck. Easy to walk everywhere. We'd come back in a heartbeat!

This is a GREAT apartment for a large group. We had 10 of us and there was plenty of room. The location is a 5-10 minute walk to San Marco, and there is a great grocery store about 5 minutes away. I would highly recommend this for a stay in Venice!

Hello, I rent 3 nice flats in Venice:

Ca' del Cafetier

This s our last renovation (year 2016). It is at the same time very central (10-15 minutes from Rialto, San Marco and Arsenale) and in a very quiet and relaxing neighborhood. The apartment is huge : 5 bedrooms, 4 bathrooms, lounge, big kichen/dining room, terrace and roof sundeck. Our maximum occupancy is 12 people, so it is perfectly suited for big family reunion or friends get-togethers.

Ca' de l'Oca

Ca' de l'Oca is very large, beautifully renovated in 2013 and strategically located in the heart of the city and close to Rialto, from where everything is at a walking distance.

Biennale & Style

This place is cosy and located in the core of a residential area where mostly true Venetians live. It is perfectly located both for visiting the ancient city and for going to the beach at Lido (I use it myself when I have no guests). It is also very close to the Biennale of Art.

I love to have guests in my apartments, but it is not my main work : I am a scientist at the Consiglio Nazionale delle Ricerche in the field of controlled thermounclear fusion.

So I set up a joint venture with Natalia. I collect the booking and I am your reference person up to arrival. Then Natalia will take control: she is your hostess in charge for professional clean up, linen washing, ironing and the meet & greet service.
