素晴らしいScuola di San MarcoとSan Giovanni e Paoloの大聖堂からすぐそばの静かな通りにある独立した入り口です。 リアルト、サンマルコ、アルセナーレまで徒歩10〜15分です。

This apartment had an amazing location that allowed us to walk to all the attractions in Venice.The owner was extremely easy to deal with and very helpful in making our stay in Venice enjoyable.If anybody is traveling to Venice, I would highly recommend this location. This place was just incredible. The location was perfect. The house was huge, great space for the kids in the upstairs. Kitchen was well equipped. The local area was lovely. Would recommend staying here.

This was our first stop on a nine day trip to Italy. It set the bar pretty high. This apartment was so roomy for my family of six, two adults and four kids ages 18 to 22. The location was ideal. We walked everywhere we needed to get to. The kids all had their own space which was such a luxury to them. It was such a unique residence. We would highly recommend it.

Great space in a lovely area

Our party of 7 (2 couples, 3 teenagers) stayed here for 3 nights. There was lots of space, we utilized both the kitchen and the laundry, and it was walking distance to things we wanted to see. The directions of using public transportation from the airport and to the train station were very specific and helpful.

We recently stayed at this home in Venice and had a wonderful overall experience. The property itself was beautiful, and the location was fantastic for exploring the city.**Cleanliness & Amenities**The rooms were impeccably clean and well-maintained, which we really appreciated. The kitchen was well-stocked and functional, making it very easy for us to prepare quick meals when we weren't eating out in the city.**Host & Suitability**Our host was lovely—communicative and helpful, ensuring we felt welcomed throughout our stay. It is also a very family-friendly property, with a layout and atmosphere that made us feel very comfortable traveling with our group.**A Note for Future Travelers**If you are planning to visit during the warmer summer months, there is one thing to keep in mind: while the home does have air conditioning, it takes quite a while to cool the space down. Even with the AC running, the home remained on the warmer side during the peak heat of the day. If you are sensitive to heat, I highly recommend asking the host if they have added portable fans to the bedrooms yet, or perhaps bringing a small travel fan of your own just in case.**Overall Impression**Despite the temperature, this was a great place to stay. Would recommend the addition of ceiling or floor fans. We enjoyed our time here and would recommend it for families looking for a clean, well-hosted, and central base in Venice Italy.

Dear Jason, thank you for your nice review! I have a few objections to your comment about the high temperaure in the apartment: 1) this summer, unfortunately, is the hottest in 3 centuries, the global heating is a fact and that has to be taken into account. 2) We do have a couple of fans in our storage room in the apartment and we would gladly have provided them to you IF ONLY YOU HAD ASKED! 3) In your private comment you suggest adding ceiling fans to improve the situation.. that is nonsense.. such fans would just pump hot air down from the top of the rooms!!

Would Highly recommend

Was very close to many restaurants and multiple ports where you could call for a water taxi. Also, you were a short walk from shopping and many tourist sites.

Lovely apartment in a quiet neighborhood

We loved our stay in Stefano’s beautiful apartment. Minutes from all the major attractions but far enough away from the fray for a quiet meal or coffee and a good nights sleep. We enjoyed a dinner on the patio and some sun on the rooftop. Highly recommend especially for a family.

Wonderful and Spacious

This property was extremely wonderful. It was extremely spacious and comfortable. It was a 5-minute walk from the Ferry stop and walkable to many tourist destinations. There are also great restaurants and shops in the immediate vicinity. We would definitely stay there again!

Excellent place to stay!

We loved staying here, it provided so much space for all of us (8 adults, 2 children)! It was in a perfect location, a little away from the busyness of San Marco, but close enough to easily walk and feel like you’re living like a local! Great restaurants nearby as well! The owner was very communicative and helpful with all of our questions, very clear about how to get to house from all incoming destinations. Would love to come back again!

Great place, very convenient

This place was great. It was very easy to get from the airport on Alilaguna boats (Ospedale stop) and about 8 minute walk to St Marks. Restaurants and a market are very close. Stefano is a great host.

Wonderful apartment

My husband and I and 4 kids ages 15-20 really enjoyed staying in this apartment. It had everything we needed, including air conditioning throughout. The location was ideal, close to transportation and the attractions of Venice. I definitely recommend staying here.

Great Location & Host

We loved how spacious this apartment was. Being our first time to Europe and traveling with older parents, Stefano (the host) was wonderful. I can’t say enough positive things. We highly recommend this rental.

Amazing location, great host, gorgeous property

We stayed with a large group of family ranging from 11 years of age to 59 years of age. The accommodation was very spacious and great for a group. Stefano was a great host with so many great tips and information available. The location was fantastic and we loved everything about our stay. Thanks for your hospitality Stefano.

Awesome location

Beautiful and homey location that had a very short walk to the canals, restaurants and groceries. Close to most of the sites such as St Marks, & Rialto bridge. The Ospedale water bus was minutes away. Lots of bedrooms and bathrooms.

Fabulous in Venice

Great location, easy to leave our luggage before check-in, and very clean! The kids enjoyed the expansive loft, and we enjoyed spending time on the rooftop deck. Easy to walk everywhere. We'd come back in a heartbeat!

Comfortable-Great Location!

The location of this property is perfect! Easy to get to all the attractions easily. The apartment is lovely with lots of room for our family. Comfortable, quiet and clean. It was perfect.Stefano was extremely helpful getting us into Venice, into the apartment and getting us a water taxi back to the airport. Hello, I rent 3 nice flats in Venice:

Ca' del Cafetier

This s our last renovation (year 2016). It is at the same time very central (10-15 minutes from Rialto, San Marco and Arsenale) and in a very quiet and relaxing neighborhood. The apartment is huge : 5 bedrooms, 4 bathrooms, lounge, big kichen/dining room, terrace and roof sundeck. Our maximum occupancy is 12 people, so it is perfectly suited for big family reunion or friends get-togethers.

Ca' de l'Oca

Ca' de l'Oca is very large, beautifully renovated in 2013 and strategically located in the heart of the city and close to Rialto, from where everything is at a walking distance.

Biennale & Style

This place is cosy and located in the core of a residential area where mostly true Venetians live. It is perfectly located both for visiting the ancient city and for going to the beach at Lido (I use it myself when I have no guests). It is also very close to the Biennale of Art.
