The apartment is located in the historic centre of Venice next to the wonderful "Scala del Bovolo", which can be admired from the terrace. Furnished in a typical Venetian style, it consists of a large and bright living area with a living room, kitchen and dining room. The apartment has 4 double rooms and a triple room, each room has a complete bathroom (3 with bathtub and 2 with shower). A magnificent terrace completes this majestic apartment. We are located just 300 metres from St. Mark's Square. Upon request 1 additional bed (sofa bed). Maximum capacity 12 people. Check-in time: 3:00 pm to 8:00 pm. Arrivals between 8:00 pm and 11:00 pm may require a supplement of €50 (to be paid in cash upon arrival).

The location is awesome. The amenities, including the balcony terrace are nice. I really like that. There were five bedrooms and five bathrooms. The wonderful views of Venice canals were awesome! Fixed showerheads instead of handheld would’ve made it perfect. Still wasn’t enough to take a Starr away from everything this has to offer.

We had a wonderful experience at the Bovolo Terrace Palace. It was exactly what we hoped for and ouu familybof 9 loved it. The steps aren't really that bad as there are a number of landings. And being in the heart of San Marco was so convenient to many of the wonderful areas to visit! We'd stay again!

Great location, perfect for large family

Great location. The property does lack the information that it is a 4 floor walk up. With luggage and the heat that was the only negative. Apartment itself was large and clean. Our family of 9 had a great stay.

Everything was great. They arranged a water taxi. Met us at the dock. Guided us to the apartment. Explained everything. Gave us plenty of information about the surrounding area.

Beautiful apartment - Great location

Beautiful, well located apartment. Great space for a family group. Lots of bedrooms and bathrooms. Good walk up the stairs to the apartment so consider that when packing.

The property has great potential. We had a nice stay but the property is tired and needs an update. The kitchen needs replacing. The kitchen utensils were “basic”, just. The layout and location are great but, the property needs a makeover. Just my opinion but there is so much that could be done with the property. As I said, it has great potential.

The apartment was spacious, clean and the kitchen was well equipped. The property manager was responsive and helpful. She even assisted us in arranging private water taxis to and from the train station.There were many stairs to reach the apartment but it was worth the climb because we opened the door at the top of the stairs to the most beautiful apartment. The decor was warm and welcoming and several bedrooms looked out on a canal with gondolas filled with happy, waving tourists. We had only one issue with the bedding. The pillows were extremely thin and very hard. I still give this apartment 5 stars and will recommend it to friends.

Great location in Venice

Prime location, easily accessible to the best in Venice. Apartment could use more towels and supplies. Short on paper towels, trash bags, cleaning supplies and tub stoppers. Veranda wasn’t well kept. Management very responsive. Great place with plenty of room for a large group. Enjoyed Venice immensely, and this lodging was great.

Fabulous apartment!

We loved our stay at this apartment! There were nine of us and there was ample space for everyone. It was clean and spacious and the views of the canal from the bedroom windows was great. We were close to everything and loved going to our favourite spot for cappuccinos every morning. Be ready for the 62 steps to the apartment! Unfortunately the dishwasher was broken and the washing machine took forever for one load. Overall, a great spot we highly recommend.

Great Location...but needs maintenance.

Our family of 7 stayed for 3 nights. The apartment is very spacious and within walking distance of everything. The location is perfect. The check in process was good. However, it is obviously old and lacking proper maintenance; the entry lights did not work and the air conditioner in 3 of the rooms did not work; it got very warm in there and our family had to consolidate rooms. The property manager was surprised and finally sent a technician the day I left. I recommend getting the phone number of the property manager and immediately checking to make sure everything works. Stay would have been perfect if not for this issue.

Lots of space!!

Really liked the apartment, easily slept 8 of us and could have gotten more. The location was good, not too far from things but off the beaten path which was nice. There are stairs going up, and with luggage it's no fun but appreciated the extra exercise. The AC didn't work in one of the bedrooms and barely worked in two other bedrooms. The kitchen was not stocked with anything other than pots, pans, plates, utensils, etc. No spices, nor even salt and pepper. We bought some while we were there as we cooked one night, hopefully they get left behind for groups following us. Federicka was absolutely awesome!! Met us in one of the squares and took us to the apartment. Showed us all around, gave us local recommendations and booked a water taxi for us when we left.

This rental company scammed us. We cancelled a few days after booking it, a year ago. They contacted us and I explained that I had cancelled. When we arrived, someone was at the water taxi to greet us who we assumed was with the place we actually did book. The person took us to our place and got us settled in. The next day we realized we were at the wrong place and left and stayed the remaining time in the place we had actually booked. This company took our money, refused to refund us. We were willing to pay for the one night since we stayed there, even though they wrongly met us and took us there. Not knowing Venice and all the canal streets we had no idea where we were. Avoid Venice Apartment.com!!!!

This was a great stay for my group of seven, and we would consider staying here again for our next trip.PROS- Excellent location - Easy walking distance to sights and shopping yet the property is tucked into a quiet area.- Size - The place is huge, great for a large group of people- Roof terrace - Great sitting area outside, off the living room- Views - Multiple bedrooms have wonderful views of a canal- Hosts - The hosts were VERY quick to respond to messages and extremely helpful, particularly with helping us arrange a private taxi for an early morning departure from the airport.CONMost of the bathrooms have only handheld wands and a tub without a full standup shower.
