24時間警備された複合施設の7階に位置するこのモダンでとても明るいアパートメントは、旧パーツとエステポナ港の間にあり、両方から徒歩約5〜10分です。 La Radaの有名なビーチは、向かい側に約100メートルのところにあります。
50㎡の家は、ダブルベッド付きのベッドルーム、大きなリビング/ダイニングルーム、アメリカのキッチン、南向きの12m2のバルコニー、バスタブ付きのバスルームで構成されています。

共同エリアには2つのスイミングプール（大人用と子供用）、庭園があり、建物の最上階のソラリウム、サウナ、ジャクジー、小さなジムも楽しめます。

Wonderful property and host

Carmen's property is right sized for two people and the location in Estepona is excellent. As a host, Carmen is extremely attentive and accommodating. Highly recommend a stay here.

Amazing location, overlooking the sea and a very comfortable apartment. We particularly loved the terrace, where we had a gentle breeze even on the hottest days. It was an easy 15min walk into the Old Town and a 10min walk to the port, in the opposite direction. Carmen our host was exceptional, very friendly and helpful. We would highly recommend this apartment and we hope to return!

Great view

Carmen was very friendly and accommodating. The flat has an amazing view of the ocean and is half way between the Marina and the old town.

Beyond Expectations

Carmens condo was wonderful. Very well equipped and very comfortable. The view was amazing. Oceanfront with huge balcony. Would love to come back.

This apartment has all you will need for a fabulous stay. The views and the location are great, ideal for the Marina and the old town. Carmen is a fantastic host who cannot do enough for you. She went over and above to help us with all our needs. I would highly recommend this apartment.

Beautiful view in standard apartment

Nice accomodation in convenient location between Estepona and nearby Port. Host hospitality was welcoming and prompt. The apartment is well equipped with parking, laundry, kitchen. However we found the mattress, and pillows to be uncomfortable. Room storage for luggage was limited.Views from the deck were highlight of our stay.

Awesome

Carmen is a super host and the property is as beautiful as described on the VRBO site. We had 2 wonderful weeks enjoying the most beautiful view. Carmen was an amazing and prompt communicator and provided lots of helpful information. The apartment is clean, comfortable and in an area close to shops, restaurants and bars. Would highly recommend and I hope we get to return someday.

Great stay

We stayed for 10 days and enjoyed every minute. Carmen’s place is perfect. Great location great facilities comfy clean , parking and she is a friendly and attentive host. Very quick and helpful when needed. Loved our stay in Eatepona when we go back Carmen’s place will be our first choice.

Absolutely perfect

The apartment is ideally located. It's just minutes from the beach, the harbour, old town, restaurants and bars. It has fabulous sea views and you can catch the sun or shade on the balcony all day. Carmen could not have been more lovely and made me feel so welcome and comfortable. She suggested great places to eat and visit and gave me a great insight into the local area. I look forward to returning. Thank you so much.

Beautiful Estepona

Very enjoyable 2+weeks in Estepona early May. The weather was almost 100% warm 21 - 27c and sunny! Wonderful view of beach and surrounding area from balcony which had full sun from mid morning till late afternoon and perfect to relax and chill. Approx 7 min walk to small harbour area where there are a number of restaurants/pubs. Approx 12 min walk to the start of the old town (which in our opinion was the preferred area as so pretty and full of character) the area around the apartment is a Spanish residential area which generally describes Estepona and what we loved about the place most as not that touristy at all! The people are so so friendly! Lots of supermarkets around for all your needs. Apartment was very adequate for 2 people for a 2 week period. Long uncrowded beach (bit shingly closer to the sea) best parts nearer old town. Host Carmen is extremely friendly and kind which was the cherry on the top 😁

Top Ferienwohnung mit ausgezeichneter Lage

Wir hatten hier 3 wundervolle Wochen im September 2021. Ferienwohnung und Gastgeberin sind einfach perfekt. Die Angaben bei FeWo-direkt treffen absolut zu. Ausstattung, Klimaanlage, Schlafkomfort und Sauberkeit haben unsere Erwartungen allerdings weit übertroffen. Wir können die Wohnung einfach nur jedem empfehlen.

Very pleasant stay

Very nice location on close walking distance to harbour and old city where you can find many good restaurants. The appartment is very well equiped and has a wide view towards the sea. Carmen gave us a very warm welcome. Car parking in the garage below the appartement was also included ++

Little gem

Ideal property for our 10 day break Estepona. Carmen is a lovely, helpful & communicative hostess. The apartment is on the 7th floor with a great balcony where you can get the sun rising and setting. Comfy bed, plenty of storage, well appointed kitchen and in a great area where it’s easy to walk to the old town or the marina area. And the beach is less than 5 mins walk too. We will definitely return 😎

Excellent! Fantastic! Seaview & Location

The apartment was amazing, very stylish, amazing seaviews from the balcony as well as from the livingroom and bedroom windows, also wifi was included, what a bonus! and to add a underground allocated car space, also the apartment was very clean with wonderful and amazing art which was done by Carmen. The Location of the apartment was perfect beach in front of you , and the promenade and close to the marina, plus Old Town. The pool and pool area was very nice felt very peaceful, surrounded by trees and bushes with flower's . The Owner Carmen was there to greet us, amazing lady, she waited 3hrs for us as I put in the wrong address in satnav, she came to my rescue and helped me reset my direction via her phone. Carmen personally showed the apartment and the grounds, she also provided information on restaurants and palaces to visit. We would highly recommend the apartment. We will definitely booking again. Fantastic Apartment in Estepona

Ideally located midway between the old town and marina, both 10 min walks away, and only 5 mins from the beach. With spectacular sea views from the 7th floor it is perfectly clean with all the equipment and facilities that can reasonably be expected including underground parking and swimming pool. Carmen proved to be the perfect host waiting on the pavement outside to greet us on arrival. Providing a wealth of information on recommended places to eat and visit in the area to make the most of our stay, she readily responded to any queries or issues raised If you are looking for a reasonably priced place for 2 to stay in Estepona, you really need look no further than this apartment
