Available again as we now have obtain our tourist license.
Private, peaceful and secluded, self contained 2 bed/2 bath apt sleeps 4 people.
1 double with en-suite. 1 twin room 2 no single beds.
Full use of large pool,(12m x 6m) patio and bbq area,
Table Tennis / Petanca area / large Garden. Would suit those looking for a quiet holiday, property located in a green zone (Zona Verde) offering complete privacy and use of all facilities. Car essential although only approx 5 minutes drive to the Blue Flag Arenal beach, not a suitable walk. Off road parking, free wifi, flat screen TV with UK freeview channels, washing machine, hairdryer, all linen and towels included. Owners live onsite.

Déception

La propriété a été vendue après notre réservation. Les nouveaux propriétaires Juan et Claudine avaient prévu de faire des travaux durant notre séjour qu'ils ont stoppé dès les 1er coups de marteaux. En effet, on ne fait pas 1000 km pour avoir du bruit en vacances !! Nous avons senti que nous n'étions pas les bienvenus car cela perturbait leur agenda. De plus ils nous ont fait remarquer que nous profitions bien de la piscine et pas eux. Alors que la location prévoyait bien un accès privatif. Très bon échange avec Trevor qui a vendu. Bref nos vacances ont pris un léger goût amer entre un accueil expéditif et assez froid, avec un chemin rempli de poubelles, echelles, matériel de chantier ... Nous ne reviendrons pas ici d'autant plus qu'il manque beaucoup de vaisselle : pas de passoire, pas de grande casserole, pas de moule à cake / tarte, juste 5 fourchettes, pas de LV et bbq/plancha rouillés. Appartement sombre. Les nouveaux propriétaires ont indiqué qu'ils ne loueraient pas cet appartement avec la piscine. Et sans la piscine aucun intérêt d'être là. Farniente !!!

Séjour très agréable avec une piscine extraordinaire ( 12m/6m waouhhhh ) et très bien entretenue . Cuisine extérieure pour de bonnes soirées barbecue . Magnifique terrain arboré . Prestation à la hauteur du prix et de l’annonce . Je recommande particulièrement cette location en rapport qualité / prix sur une zone comme JAVEA … proche de toutes les commodités et des plages . Trevor le propriétaire est extrêmement serviable et toujours disponible .

Formidable vacances

Les hôtes sont formidables, ils s'occupent très bien de maison au quotidien. Il y a tous les équipements dont vous avez besoin. La situation géographique est parfaite, nous avons aimé la piscine et la tranquillité face à la forêt. Super barbecue.

Beautifully maintained, gracious host and wife, all amentities

Loads of room, full English TV service, easy access and lots of parking. Trevor gace us the "Guided tour" then disappeared but was available more or less whenever we needed his help. Great advice, lots of local knowledge and I would like to think we could be firm friends. I'd stay here again in a heartbeat and be very happy too.

Superbes vacances, je recommande la location

Après quelques hésitations par rapport à la mauvaise traduction de l'annonce en Français, nous avons décidé de louer tout de même pour nos vacances. Je recommande vraiment cette location (qui est une petite maison et non un studio). Les propriétaires sont présents sur place et très discrets et soucieux que nos vacances se passent au mieux! La piscine est nettoyée chaque jour, la cuisine d'été en extérieur est appréciable et l'intérieur est très bien également. Rien à redire, nous avons bien profité. Merci à Carole et Trevor

Genial!! Muy contentos, hemos disfrutado mucho.

Estancia perfecta. Trevord y Carold, los propietarios muy amables y cordiales. El apartamento limpio y el entorno, piscina, zona de barbacoa y descanso inmejorable. Muy recomendado para relajarse y descansar. A 5 minutos de Jávea y a 10 de las mejores calas de la zona.

Sejour super agreable. Villa magnifique . Propriétaire super sympa et tres discret et present si vous avez besoin. La location agréable. Piscine grandiose c est magique. L extérieur on ne peut pas avoir mieux..... Terrain de boule très agréable. Piscine nzttoyee pat le propriétaire. Entre deux semaines lew draps changeaient. Je vous recommande fortement cette location.. voud etes securise par un portail automatique ce sui edt une sécurité.
