Dear Guest, Thank you very much for taking the time to share your thoughts regarding your recent stay at one of our properties. We greatly value our guests’ feedback, as it helps us evaluate our services and continuously improve the experience we provide. I was, however, somewhat surprised by the concerns mentioned in your review. Apart from the issue with the swimming pool upon your arrival—which was caused by strong winds that day and promptly addressed as soon as it was brought to our attention—none of the other matters raised were reported during your week-long stay. Nevertheless, we took your comments seriously and carried out the necessary checks with the property owners. Following these investigations, we were unable to identify any issues that would normally warrant particular concern. That said, we fully respect that every guest evaluates their experience according to their own expectations. While we may not always share the same assessment, we sincerely appreciate all feedback, as it allows us to review and improve our services. We would also note that, had these concerns been brought to our attention during your stay, we would have been more than happy to address them promptly and ensure your complete satisfaction. As they were not, the rating came as a surprise, and we regret not having had the opportunity to respond at the time. Thank you again for your time and observations. We wish you continued good health and spirits. Kind regards, Stefanos Vlachos Eos Villas
