A few steps up from the kitchen with a large television and Chesterfield sofa.

Large wet room with walk-in shower, wash basin and WC.
Boot/utility room
Accessed from the main back door entrance with a washing machine and tumble dryer.

Bedroom three
With a 6' super-king size zip and link bed (which can convert to two 3' singles upon request.) Please note that this bedroom, although private, has no door and is to the rear of the property. This bedroom would be more suited to older children and adults.

First Floor one:
Bedroom one
With a 5' king-size sleigh bed and en-suite bathroom.
En-suite bathroom
With a Victorian style bath, walk-in shower, wash basin and WC.
Bedroom two
With a 6' super-king size bed and en-suite bathroom.
En-suite bathroom
With a bath and overhead shower, wash basin and WC.

Second Floor:
Bedroom four
With twin 3' single beds (can be configured into a 6' super-king size bed on request)
Bedroom five
With twin 3' single beds (can be configured into a 6' super-king size bed on request).
Shower room
With a walk-in shower, wash basin and WC.

Outside:
Rear lawn and patio with garden furniture.
On-site parking for four cars.
