Location, location, location

Overall, a nice apt for a couple or with a small family. The owners were very nice and available to answer all our questions and solve all our issues. The activity on the street is as you would expect in the heart of an old European city. All the amenities worked. But, as Americans visiting a foreign land, and not knowing all the quirks and functionality of an Italian home, we wish we had more info up front. That is, which buttons and switches do what. Our only real complaint is the bed mattress was somewhat hard. It felt like springs or stones else up in various spots.

Ideal pour découvrir Syracuse historique

Beau petit pied à terre pour visiter le centre historique de Syracuse, appartemt très bien équipé, confortable idéalement placé pour visiter le centre hitorisue et profiter des soirées animées de la vielle ville. Merci au proprietaire piur son accueil chaleureux et ses conseils avisés, surtout piur garer la voiture. A recommander fortement.

Appartement très propre, hôte très aimable et disponible. Nous a donné de bonnes adresses à recommander. Linge de maison changé en milieu de semaine. Appartement impeccable et super hôte ! Merci Claudia nous avons passé un super séjour à Syracuse

Gracious host and great location

I stayed here for a week and could not have chosen a better location. First, Giovanni was excellent in communicating and she even picked me up at the train station when I arrived. I like it when hosts greet travelers with water, juice and local snacks. It is great to have these after traveling and before you have a chance to shop. There were also capsules for espresso provided. Giovanni provided me with great recommendations for places to eat and sent me links to events and things to see and do. She left a manual that answered most questions you would have. The location was perfect- minutes to the Temple of Apollo, taxis, the great ourdoor market and restaurants as well as the bridge to Siracusa. Aslo very close to Via Cavour- a great street to wander- and close to the Fountain of Diana and Via Roma. And Giovanni told me the best place to get a sunset shot over the water. The apartment had everything I needed for my stay and was very clean. She offered midweek towel and linen changes as well. It was comfortable and relatively quiet. I had no problems sleeping at night. The apartment was light during the day and with wonderful metal shutter completely dark for sleeping. Thank you Giovanni for a memorable stay in lovely Ortigia

Mitten in Ortigia

Sehr schöne Unterkunft. Alles vorhanden, was man gerade braucht. Kaffee, Tee, Zucker etc. Inmitten der Altstadt. Nette Vermieterin. Nur das Bett war für uns etwas hart. Kann diese Unterkunft zum Besuch Siragusas nur empfehlen.

Giovanni and his family were wonderful hosts, very helpful and accommodating.

Nice and clean, newly renovated first floor apartment. Well furnished and equipped with essentials. Great location right next to the Temple of Apollo close to the international market.

idéalement située

avons séjourné 15 jours dans cet appartement très bien située a deux pas des commerces , marché , appartement très spacieux et très propre , la climatisation de la chambre est un plus l'été ,dispose de tout ce qu'il faut , une femme de ménage est passée 3 fois durant notre séjour pour changer les draps et les serviettes de bains , les proprietaires sont très à l'écoute de leurs locataire pour toutes questions relatives à l'appartement et autre , ils sont venus nous chercher à l'arret du bus à notre arrivée et nous ont ramener pour notre départ , nous recommandons vivement cette location

Piccolo, pulito, tenuto bene, con tutti i comfort, questo appartamento a due passi dal tempio di Apollo. Gentilissimi Claudia e Giovanna e subito disponibili. Siamo stati proprio bene e torneremo lì la nostra prossima volta a Siracusa

Appartamento grazioso, posizione perfetta!

La nostra settimana di soggiorno in questo appartamento è stata molto gradevole grazie alla splendida accoglienza e gentilezza dei proprietari (ci sono persino venuti a prendere alla stazione e ci hanno riaccompagnato al ritorno!), alla sua posizione strategica sia per visitare Ortigia sia per raggiungere autobus o navette. L'appartamento era inoltre molto grazioso e pulito, i proprietari hanno provveduto al cambio della biancheria e alla pulizia dello stesso anche nel corso della settimana. Quindi che dire... grazie Claudia e Giovanni!!

Ottima posizione

Abbiamo soggiornato in questo appartamento in pieno centro ad ortigia e grazie alla posizione ottimale,abbiamo potuto godere di tutte le bellezze del posto fino a tarda notte. Ampi spazi luminosi e ben arredati,pulizia,confort e gentilezza da parte dei proprietari.
