This apartment has 4 bedrooms, a fantastic spacious private terrace, and an amazing location in the middle of Barcelona- in Eixample. The building is a modernist gem, which will amaze you as soon as you enter the main entrance.THE SPACE:

This 130 m2 flat is close to Diagonal, Passeig de Gracia, and Plaza Catalunya making this the perfect place to explore Barcelona. With a huge private terrace, you will be able to relax and enjoy some sun anytime!BEDROOMS & BATHROOMS:The apartment has a capacity for up to 11 people distributed in 4 bedrooms:

Bedroom 1: 1 Double bed (with private bathroom) with AC

Bedroom 2: 2 Single beds (convertible into double bed) + 1 Double bed on a mezzanine

Bedroom 3: 2 Single beds (convertible into double bed) with AC

Bedroom 4: 1 Single bed with AC

Living room: Double sofa bed

*Please let me know before your arrival if you need a special bed distribution, as sometimes the beds are already converted into double bed*

All rooms are equipped with central heating for winter and all the bedrooms have storage space.

2 Full Bathrooms ( both with WC and shower)FACILITIES:Fully equipped kitchen, washer, dryer and dishwasher

I had a fantastic stay at this VRBO! The host (Dani) was incredibly responsive and made everything seamless from check-in to check-out. They were also kind enough to let us drop off our bags before the official check-in time, which was a huge help. The space itself was spotless—one of the cleanest places I’ve ever stayed in. It’s also in a perfect location: just a short walk from public transportation, with plenty of stores and great restaurants nearby. Whether you're in town for business or leisure, this place is a gem. Highly recommend and would definitely stay again!

Great location and very nice host . The property is outdated with cheap furniture and run down. It’s not very welcoming and feels very much like university housing . Not at par for the properties in the area and neighborhood. Nice if you’re just looking to come in and out and not use the kitchen etc.

Upon our late night arrival, the property was not CLEAN and NOT ready for check-in despite calling and emailing the company and management in advance. We had to stay outside for an additional two hours while waiting for the property to be cleaned. It was a big disappointment. Once the place was cleaned, all went well. The property location is great filled with outstanding restaurants. Everything is a walking distance.

Beautiful comfortable accommodations

We enjoyed our stay. The cleanliness was superb everything worked well. Clear concise instructions. Great location walking distance to many interesting spots. The only downfall was the building being under construction. Early morning working will wake you. As a morning person I didn’t mind but others in our group found it disturbing

We very much enjoyed our stay in this spacious apartment. The entrance is stunning vintage style with a lift to a modern, light filled space. There was a number of break out spaces for private time which our teenage sons enjoyed. The Metro is a close 10 minute walk as are two restaurants with great food; Danni's is laid back while La Flauta has an extensive menu. Our issue with the washing machine was resolved quickly and we would love to stay here again.

The location of this flat is great - it's really central in an upmarket part of the city -the metro is nearby and there are lots of shops and cafes within minutes. The apartment was clean and airy and it worked well for 5 of us as there are 4 bedrooms and 1 ensuite and 1 additional separate shower room. The entrance to the apartment is in a lovely historical building. Communication was smooth, quick and easy. I would recommend this place.

Great place nice neighborhood

Nice and simple property in a safe and bustling neighborhood in Barcelona. A couple of the rooms don’t have walls to the ceiling so sound travels between rooms. Not a problem for us but it’s good to know.

We couldn't expect more! Location just perfect, apartment very cozy with a marvelous, big and private terrace! The neighborhood is lovely and safe with nice bars and restaurants. Public transport is close by and attractions can be reached easily. H2O were great hosts, they handled everything and they even arranged transport from the airport so we were happy. The apartment was bright, spacious, and clean, the beds were very comfortable, the kitchen was big enough and had more than enough kitchenware. Thank you for everything, for sure we will come back!

House and Neighborhood

First time to Barcelona and it’s a beautiful city. The neighborhood is excellent, very safe for walking and meandering around. Metro is a short walk from the apartment. Lots of restaurants, coffee/pastries and upscale shops. Overall the house is very nice with Mr. Zen artworks in full display. All the basic amenities were provided and extra towels and sheets were available. Hair dryer, soap shampoo and bath gel provided too. Apartment is on 2nd floor and there is an elevator if needed. Great deck for family gathering and relaxing. Living area is large and roomy. The master bed is quite noisy when you move and has a distinct dip in the middle. That would be my one recommendation to upgrade. There are tall windows (which I love) in the house so prepare for sunlight coming in early mornings. Kitchen has all the amenities and a nice laundry room. They provided one detergent pod, but there are markets less than a block to buy additional supplies. Edwin was very courteous, helpful, informative and check in was quick and easy, all done at the apartment. I would definitely recommend the apartment. Gracias

Appartement et localisation très bien, extérieur extra ! Super séjour pour nous.A noter cependant :Peu d’insonorisation entre les différentes pièces par contre, master bed room et chambre simple sans fenêtre (pas gênant quand on est là pour visiter et qu’on n’est là que pour la soirée), pas de volet ou rideau occultant dans les autres chambres

This was a very cute apartment in the center of a great area. We really enjoyed the location, as well as the AC during the heat wave. The amenities were well kept, and the rooms were very comfortable. We had 2 families, with 4 kids ranging from 11 - 18. They all enjoyed the apartment as well as the trip. I would recommend this apartment / location to similar families.

Un piso con buena hubicación cerca de la Diagonal, encontré todo lo que necesitaba cerca (supermercados, restaurantes, bares, bancos, metro, tiendas, parking). El apartamento es amplio y está bien equipado, se agradese la secadora y el lavavajillas sobre todo. H2O me ayudo en todo lo que necesitaba.
