A very unique flat of 189 square meters right in the heart of Barcelona. It really is a true oasis in the middle of the city with its own terrace like a garden. Just 200m from la Rambla this is a unique location!
This luxury apartment offers all you can dream of starting from air conditioning, heated floors, bath tubs, tv areas and a separate wooden library. It was entirely refurbished by a French designer 4 years ago and mixes a classical look with a touch of modernity.

Fantastic outdoor space to decompress. Well appointed. Everyone had space to relax and gather too! Location is central to all. Best cafe outside door to have cappuccino or late night bites.

Great stay!

We loved the clean spacious oasis in the middle of bustling Barcelona. Our host was very responsive and attentive. AC was great. Loved being less than 5 mins from La Rambla.

Perfect location off Las Rambles. Excellent communication by mgmt. the place is very large, private and well stocked. The patio is super nice. And the owners were very generous with both resources and recommendations.Highly recommend.

Beyond Expectations

What a neat place to stay! The pictures don’t do it justice. It was a lovely flat, location was perfect, and would definitely stay here again!! The outdoor space was a cherry on top. The bakery right down the corner was a wonderful morning stop for a great coffee and delicious pastries and such. Thank you for opening your home to us, and being so accommodating and quick with communication.

Wonderful stay

Aurelien is the ultimate host and his home is absolutely beautiful. The beds are comfortable and the bathrooms are beautifully designed. Well worth the visit and if we ever come back to Barcelona we will stay here again!

What an amazing stay! I almost want to not tell the truth so that I'll have a better chance to book it again in the future!!! The location was so close to everything and the kitchen/bedrooms/garden were all so beautiful. Also, the communication was great too. A perfect 10.

Amazing apartment

This is where you want to stay in Barcelona. The owner gutted the entire apartment and rebuilt it from the floor up. The amenities are endless. Fully stocked kitchen. All the bathrooms have heated floors. Huge bathtubs and showers with rain heads and hand held wands. Comfortable beds. Location is close to Las Ramblas and the Gothic quarter. Shopping , site seeing, everything was easy access. Host was available and great communication.

Even better than we expected!

What a great flat in the heart of Barcelona! The location was fantastic. I have visited Barcelona several times for business and know this area pretty well. This is the place to stay! The flat is beautifully decorated and the outside area is such a great space! the kitchen is fully appointed and the flat has everything you need. Check in was easy and Aurelio was very prompt and helpful. We will stay here the next time we come. You will NOT be disappointed!

Perfect experience.

This property was everything listed and more. 5 adults stayed comfortably. Great location. Great management. Beds were comfortable, bathroooms perfect. The terrace was a wonderful addition to enjoy peace and quiet 1st thing in morning, siesta time or after a long day. Highly recommend!!
