It has two bedrooms that can sleep 4 guests, luxurious bathrooms, fully equipped kitchen and a living area with all the modern appliances. The outdoor area has a private pool beautifully furnished terraces and balconies all with magnificent views of the sea and mountains.

The ground floor consists of one double bedroom and one twin that share a bathroom with a Jacuzzi tub. Each bedroom has an office, sound system, DVD player, LED TV, safety deposit box, high quality bed mattress, bathrobes, slippers, towels and high quality sheets.

On the top floor there is a living room with a modern fireplace and a piano, a fully equipped kitchen and a guest bathroom with a toilet, shower enclosure and a separate washroom.

The living room has access to a terrace overlooking the pool where you can seat, have a drink, enjoy the amazing views and relax!

The villa offers 2 extra sofa beds.

The villa overlooks the bay of Kissamos and offers magnificent views of the sparkling waters of the Cretan sea. There is a 40sqm private pool with luxury mosaic surface and amazing sea and mountain views. Right next to the pool there is a shaded area with a pergola and sun beds, plus an external shower.

The house has terraces and balconies again with beautiful views, comfy sofas for relaxation and a dining area ideal for a romantic dinner watching the sunset. There is also a BBQ for the guests to use and private parking space for two cars.
