Fantastic!

This is such a beautiful place to be. The accommodations were perfect and just the right size for four adults and two children and the proximity to the beach was the very best part. The weather in Watsonville is really great not the foggy cold like Monterey and the temperature of the water at the beach was not too cold. It was just right. I would definitely stay here again.

Quiet Retreat

If you are looking for a quiet retreat by the ocean this is your spot. The place was clean, kitchen was well stocked and furniture was very comfortable. It is at the far end of the property so be prepared to drive a bit to get in. There are also a few stairs to get to the door, but otherwise on one level. The resort staff was very friendly and after figuring out the various gates and how to get in and out of the property everything worked great. We would definitely stay again.

Beautiful Condo, Wonderful Location

We stayed for a weekend as part of a large group attending an annual family gathering. The condo has a wonderful location and was very clean and well appointed.

Family celebration

Upon arrival to Pajaro dunes, we realized that the unit that we originally reserved had stairs to get to the main entry. This is the reason why the check-in process was a little tricky. We were traveling with my elderly parents and they cannot go up any stairs. This was a specific request when booking on VRBO. With that said we had to go through the management team there at Pajaro dunes and they were able to accommodate us at a different property there on the premises, but it wasn’t until an hour and a half later of our arrival that we were able to check into one of the units. I will say that the manager that we dealt with was awesome in getting us the accommodations that would suit our elderly parents and the next day they were very generous with a beautiful basket of wine and goodies for my parents. We were celebrating their 61st wedding anniversary. Besides the check in process our stay there was wonderful , We will probably visit Pajaro dunes again !

Perfect Little Getaway

Everything about this condo was great. From the couches that have reclining chairs in every corner to the short walk to the beach. It has everything you might need in the kitchen. It was clean and cozy.

Amazing place!

Pelican 1 was perfect! We felt right at home and wished we had more time there. Since we were there for a softball tournament, we didn’t get to enjoy the home as much as we wanted to, so we will definitely be back. The view is beautiful, the walk to the beach is mere steps away and the sunsets are stunning. Highly recommend this place!

Pelican one is really nice

Pelican one is roomy, comfy and clean. It’s well stocked, modern and has above average WiFi which the kids truly appreciated. One of the better rentals in Pajaro.

Clean condo and well stocked kitchen. Only suggestion would be to offer shower supplies. In this time of restricted volume on flights, having shower supplies would be a nice addition.

Exceeded expectations!

Because it rained every day of our stay, we enjoyed the fine accommodations all the more. Well appointed and very comfortable. We liked being on the first floor. Made it easier to bring in our luggage and supplies. Proximity to the beach was appreciated by all. Went out a couple of times to comb the beach. 8 year old granddaughter loved searching for sea shells. Would like to return to the same unit at Pelican Point.

Excellent Choice

We never stayed at Pelican Point but our stay was amazing. The condo was perfect for what we needed. Fully stocked with everything you could want. GREAT wifi and access to beach was very close. The most surprising part was the pull out bed was the most comfortable bed. The kids were excited to go to sleep every night and would not share! We would recommend!

Relaxing Trip
