モンテオリヴェートのカサレジーナは、古代の中心部に位置する大きく洗練されたアパートです。 「Via dei Carrozzieri」家のある通りは、ブルボン時代に現在も残っている店の馬車を修理した人にちなんで名付けられました。 古代の建物はナポリの街の中世の壁の上に立っています。
家は旧市街のすべての観光スポットに非常に近いことに加えて、バスや地下鉄の停留所にも近いため、街を訪れるのに戦略的な位置にあります。 また、イスキア島、カプリ島、プローチダ島、アマルフィ海岸への水中翼船の出発地であるモロ・ベベレロ港にも非常に近いです。

Week in the Historical Center

This is a lovely apartment in a historical building in central Naples. It is a convenient 5-7 minute walk to the metro, and approximately 20 minute walk to the ferries. There is a supermarket 2 minutes away, and many nice restaurants and shopping in the neighborhood. Barbara was very accommodating and nice to work with, she even took time to make parking arrangements for us when our van proved to be too big for her parking space. Naples is a busy and often hectic city. This apartment in the Historical Center is conveniently located and very quiet which allowed all in our family to sleep and relax comfortably. Thanks very much for an enjoyable week.

Tres bon séjour

Appartement spacieux en plein centre historique de Naples. Très bien placé pour accès gare où îles. Grandes chambres et SDB. Cuisine fonctionnelle. Charme napolitain assuré. Grande disponibilité des propriétaires sur les horaires d’accueil, stockage des valises, remise des clés.

Warning: Do Not Book

We are a family of 5 and booked this seemingly lovely apartment in the historic district of Naples. Upon arrival, we were not thrilled by the filth and graffiti that marred the buildings. Not wanting to judge too quickly, we did go inside to look at the apartment since we had already paid. Once inside, the hallways did not look much better. The real clincher was the abysmal bedding, not suitable. It appeared to be as old as the building itself. Without checking in, we notified the owner that the property was not acceptable and she refused to refund any or part of the rental fee. I am still waiting to receive the refundable security deposit. I think this may be a scam and have reported it to VRBO/Homeaway. I have photos that I was unable to post unfortunately.

Dear Michelle, your review is unjustified, false and really offensive to me and the city. A soon as you saw the graffiti on the neighboring buildings you got scared (i don't understand for what absurd reason, there are graffiti in many city of the world, some people consider them art forms but obviously not you!) and already before going up to see the house you had decided to leave even if your husband liked the house and wanted to stay. Worse for you because of your strong prejudice i doubt that you enjoyed our beatiful city; you were very limited person and also very strange because i hosted many people for entire world and no one has ever complained about graffiti or my house. The house is exactly like in the pictures and if you have booked it means you liked it! Moreover you saw it very so fast because you had already decided that the historical center (a place with millenia of history and World Eritage Site UNESCO) was not to your liking... Why would you have to have a refund??? because you don't like graffiti?! Anyway Homeaway manages the refund of the deposit and i see you have been refunded on 21 January. You should inform yourself about how to refund the deposit before insinuating a feud .... I wish you the best and maybe it's better if you stay at home next time!

Est nice place Well located and confortable and large

We lived staying at Barbara s appartment. Her place is closed to the old city, the spanish area and the shopping district. Full of restaurants and cafes and food shop. The leaving room and the bedrooms are spacious and the place was very clean and fully equipped. Babe ara was very helpful and friendly. I would definitely recommend sting there.

Appartamento comodo e spazioso e in posizione ottimale per visitare la città.

Siamo stati molto felici di aver soggiornato in questo bellissimo appartamento elegantemente arredato. Molto pulito e spazioso. A due passi dal centro di Napoli, il lungomare, quartieri spagnoli, Piazza Plebiscito e tante altri punti di interesse. La comunicazione con Barbara è sempre stata facile e cordiale. Altamente consigliato.

Beautiful large apartment in the heart of the Cento Historico

Expansive marble floors and all you need for a stay such as WiFi and an elevator and air con which is a must in the warmer months . You really feel you have stepped into a gracious apartment of Italian style. Pizza some of he Bennet we have had up in the piazza Gesu, and a great place to explore in the warm Evenings . The hostess was very pleasant and helpful. Would recommend

Appartement spacieux climatisé et bien situé à deux pas du centre historique

L'appartement de Barbara est spacieux (3 chambres, 2 salles de bain, un grand séjour) et climatisé, ce qui est très appréciable en été ! Situé dans une rue peu fréquentée à 10-15 mn des stations de métro, il est bien situé et permet d'accéder facilement à de nombreux sites touristiques ainsi qu'aux rues animées du centre historique. Appartement à la décoration un peu vieillissante mais parfaitement propre et correctement équipé pour passer un agréable séjour à la découverte de Naples.

Spacious, clean, quiet home

Barbara was very kind and flexible. Beautiful classic home. Elevator was helpful. Walking distance to sites in historic city center. Only issue was electricity went out twice in 3 days. Fixed by simply resetting fuse box, but this could be an issue for others.

Un espace de vie accueillant

Logement avec un très bel espace de vie ; deux belles chambres et deux salles de bain. La 3ème chambre est plus une pièce d'appoint avec une literie moins confortable. Nous avons été bien accueillis et le fait de disposer de 2 trousseaux de clés alors que nous étions 6 était très pratique. Logement situé dans un quartier populaire de Naples tout en restant proche des lieux à visiter.

grand appartement, propre et très bien situé

L'appartement a une situation idéale pour visiter Naples à pied. Il est dans une rue calme, non bruyante. Il est spacieux, dispose de 3 chambres et de 2 salles de bain, il est parfait pour 4 à 6 personnes. Barbara répond très vite aux messages et fait tout pour aider les vacanciers. Merci à elle. Nous avons beaucoup apprécié son appartement.

A haven near the centre of Naples

We spent several days staying in Barbara's beautiful apartment within easy walking distance of the 'centro storico'. It provided a very peaceful refuge from all the bustle and noise that is Naples. Barbara met us very promptly and showed us into the apartment. She gave us some tips on local restaurants that she likes and then left us to enjoy our holiday. The apartment has everything you need but is in an old building so you have to put up with a few quirks such as a few lights not working and slightly tired looking plumbing. However, there was plenty of hot water and the wifi worked excellently and all in all I would recommend Barbara's apartment as an excellent place to base yourself to see Naples.

appartement vaste, agréable,bien équipé, à 5 minutes du Gesu et du quartier historique

Nous avons passé une belle semaine dans ce grand appartement lumineux,très propre composé de 3 chambres dont deux sont vastes . Sur deux salles de bains, une chambre dispose d'une salle de bains attenante. UN ascenseur permet d’atteindre le 3ème étage . Le linge de toilette est fourni.L'équipement de la cuisine est très bon,le réfrigérateur est grand. il y a la possibilité d'utiliser un lave-linge. Sa situation très centrale permet de rayonner à pied dans tous les quartiers de Naples. Le dernier jour ,Régina a eu la gentillesse de nous autoriser à déposer nos valises quelques heures pendant que du personnel faisait le ménage. Nous la remercions. Corine
