Beautiful condo and incredible location

Our stay at Sterling Breeze was incredible. The view is to die for and the beaches are unbelievable. The condo was exactly as it was advertised and described. My family had an incredible time staying there and would gladly stay there again on our next trip to Panama City Beach.

Wow! So! Much! Room! Beautiful!

This condo was spectacular!! So much room. So much to offer. Beautifully decorated. The views from this corner condo were amazing. From the city lights at night to the sunrise and sunset. It had it all. It was perfect for our family vacation!!

Very clean ,beautiful view , everything in house worked, close to everything, a little further down from where all the beaches are crowded so the beach was not overcrowded. Highly recommend property manager gets back to you very quickly. Great communication would definitely stay again. Great place for all ages !! Abe a/c woke great house was very cool.

Wonderful stay

The condo had plenty of space for our family of 7. Kitchen well stocked. It was great having a washer and dryer. Balcony was spacious, loved having the grill on our balcony. Beautiful views, we saw dolphins and sting rays from the balcony. The bar/snack place by the pool was nice to have. Elevators worked great. Owner has beach chairs and towels available during your stay. We also walked to pier park a couple times. Great place to stay!

Fabulous!!!

This condo was Amazing , fully stocked with anything you would need . The space was perfect for 10 people. the owner was very good about communication and very helpful. The view was awesome. I will definitely be staying here again.

Great Spring Break!!

We loved staying in this condo - it was just as described! Condo was very clean, fully appointed, great location & walking distance to all the attractions. The owner was very responsive & easy to communicate with. We had 8 adults with plenty of room for everyone. Property itself was great - well maintained, well staffed & the pool was heated (they told us not many are) which was great on the cooler days. We hope to stay here again soon!!

Great condo for families

We loved the condo and the layout was great!! The views were amazing! The chairs and beach toys in closet were a great addition. The owner was quick to respond to any emails with information. I would recommend loading your car the night before(like we did), as only two elevators and busy at check out times.

Great Condo!!!

This condo was perfect for our group. It had plenty of space and was well stocked with essentials. The kitchen even had a margarita machine!!! The host was very attentive and easy to work with! She replied to all my questions, and set us up with extra beach chairs!!! We had an amazing time!!!

Nice large unit on the beach

We spent the week of Independence Day at this condo with my family of 5 and our friends' family of 4. The unit was just as described, and all the positive reviews are confirmed! The only small negative thing I would have to say is that the pool closes at 10pm and they won't allow any drinks anywhere close to the pool. So, if you want anything to drink while swimming, you have to get out of the pool, which is understandable from their perspective, but very inconvenient for someone trying to spend a relaxing day at the pool and while having a few drinks.

AMAZING

This was our second time staying and the upgrades from last time was mind blowing! The best vacation beds we have ever had! Keep up the great work. The only down side is the parking passes and the wrist bands. That just has come bug us we are tourists.

Overall great stay!

We loved the property! A lot of extras found in the condo that were very useful!!! That only problem was dirty dishes in the cabinet. I had to rewash everything to make sure it all was actually clean as there was obvious food on several things. This was a little disturbing considering the recent pandemic. Unfortunately, housekeeping does not handle dishwashing, the residents do.

Pictures does no justice for this unit

My husband and I decided to take the family out of the house for a much need break from 2020. When we arrived to was after check-in but it was easy. You will pay a 1 time fee $20 for parking pass per parking spot for the duration of you stay limit of 2 spaces. You must have a wrist band for anyone 12 and older I like that it makes you feel safe you know who stays at that location. Back to the unit we fell in love with it as soon as we walked in. And we said we needed to stay another day. So we messaged the owner which was wonderful by the way. And we were to happy she was able to accommodate us. The view of the gulf was AMAZING waking up to that view every morning was breath taking. Very modernize unit fully stock with what you need. But over all the unit was lovely, Housekeeping for the unit is very nice and the owner really made us feel like family and welcomed. So thank you so much for that Mrs. Delo. We will definitely come back. You just have to see for yourself. # Had a blast

UNIT - A+++ Sterling Breeze - C+

Unit #1701 is GREAT! The model is cut-up wonderfully. Great for family with kids (Bunk room) GREAT Balcony, pool is good, plenty big enough. Starter Kit in unit is just enough for a weekend. Lots of items in the kitchen, decorated is Beach Perfect! 17th floor and the ELEVATOR IS FAST! no waiting. the Front Desk was Great help. KELLY helped with check in, she help with the paperwork, she helped with the Tag Print off for parking. BUT STERLING BREEZE....they went up to $50 per car on parking (this was done by the HOA of the building- not the owners) THEY ARE NOT HANDICAP ACCESSIBLE. There is NO WAY to the beach from Sterling Breeze. You have about 20 step on stairs to get to the beach. If you have older people, wheelchairs, walkers anything like that - any trouble walking or have ALOT of kids stuff to take to the beach - Sterling Breeze is NOT the place for you! I asked the front desk why & how they got around NOT being Handicapped Accessible - and the front desk replied "I don't know how they got around that? We have had ALOT of Complaints about the" It is a Surprise once you get there - you expect Everyone to be Handicap Accessible - but This place IS NOT. But the CONDO was GREAT! and wonderful!

Great condo with breathtaking views

This was our first time in PCB. This condo was absolutely perfect for our family. Very clean and comfortable. Kitchen had so many things to use for cooking in. We loved sitting on the balcony every morning drinking our coffee and looking out at the ocean. We got to see some marine life pretty much every morning. The condo itself was A++. I loved that it is a corner unit. We never had to hear other guests outside the door unless they were waiting on the elevators. Here are my tips for future renters as far as the condo complex. 1)Park on the 3rd level of the parking garage. The skybridge is on the 3rd floor, so if you park on the second, you have to take an elevator up one level to get to the bridge, then another elevator to get to your condo. The first level is only for oversized vehicles (anything taller than 7'. We have a GMC Sierra and it was not considered "oversized" as we got a "friendly" notice on our windshield the first time we parked there) and handicapped vehicles. 2) If you are planning on spending the day on the beach, take your umbrella/tent and chairs out early and put them where you want to set up. The beach gets pretty full pretty early. If you are taking a beach wagon, be aware that there is no ramp to the beach. There are two sets of a few stairs. My son and husband had to carry the wagon up these few stairs. Other than these couple of inconveniences, the vacation was wonderful. It is so close to so many things too.
