Perfect experience

We loved this property! Clean, updated, right on the beach and much more private than a large complex. Great location, shaded parking, quite and Not overcrowded. Will stay here again!!

Nice early season weekend getaway for Mother’s Day.

Great place for a couple or small family. Quiet and not crowded. Steps from the water. 10x better than walking through the huge complex condominiums. Great early season weekend getaway for my wife and me. Will definitely use again.

Spring Break Trip 2023

Spent a week here and absolutely loved it. Great location, small store across the street and ice cream shop along with a seafood store and restaurant. Close to other shopping and restaurants.

Perfect location

Perfect type of condo for being right on the beach. Stunning sunrise and fun after dark crab searching. Walking distance to restaurants and convient store across the street and short drive to activities. Will be coming back in the future.

Perfect time

My husband and I took our trip here and we had such a great time. The property was clean, in an incredible area with places that were walkable and also about a 20min drive from most places which wasn't bad this time of year. I absolutely loved the place, the management was quick to respond, and I will definitely be recommending it to family and friends! Thank you!!!

For our age way too many steps. Bed was uncomfortable and the couch was terrible.

Quiet and close to town

We loved the location of the place. It was a short drive to town and across the street from a restaurant, ice cream shop and small grocery store. Tacos at the restaurant were delicious! This location is perfect if you wish to just enjoy the property all day- you can enjoy a day at the beach, have dinner across the street and then head back to the beach for a sunset. We were here during spring break and glad to be away from the crowds. We had some rainy and cool days, so we did some exploring of the area. Short drive to Florida. Nature center nearby, Segway tours, and more. Access to the lagoon and public beach with lots of shells also a short drive away, or a long walk for those that are able. Would absolutely return to this spot if returning to GS.

Valentines Day getaway

Great stay…a few more stairs than we were anticipating but we managed. Listing said there would be more keys in the apartment. We never found them if there were. Had some difficulty getting connected with the Wi-Fi, and emailed the landlord, but no response. Finally figured it out… so no big deal. The location was very fun. Saw dolphins on our last day there from the porch. A good get away place! Clean and easy to access. Mattresses were softer than we are used to but it worked. All in all we would do it again!!!

It was great. There were a few things that need updating but the shower head not working was taken

The stairs had been painted with a yellow tape on and no one was supposed to use them. We had to go a longer way and the tape wasnt removed until Friday night. The end of pur 2 weeks. Very nice room with everything we needed. We would come back

Great location but small

It was clean, decorated cute, right on the beach, and a great location with things to do and restaurants. I have to say it was a little smaller than I expected and the parking was extremely tight. We almost weren’t able to fit our vehicles in with a truck and small SUV under the condo, so I suggest 1 vehicle or 2 small cars. The master bedroom barely had enough room to even dress in but the bed was comfortable. The bathroom also small and only one mirror in the condo. Walking up and down stairs got very tiring. Overall it was nice, but just wished it was bigger and had an elevator and a view, but that cant be helped. For the money and location, it was nice!

Save your money, look elsewhere.

EXTREMELY disappointed. Condo smelt of mold and mildew, visible mold on the ceiling in places. Very small not big enough for a family of 5 (2 adults 3 small children). 1st morning there I went to cook breakfast the front right burner made a loud pop and blew sparks, my husband reset the breaker and tried the rear right burner....same thing happened. We contacted maintenance immediately and never heard anything back the entire time we were there. The bathtub doesn't drain well, constant standing water. The furniture smells of wet dog. Make sure you bring your own toilet paper, paper towels and trash bags because there is one of everything for your entire stay. The cherry on top was when a realtor showed up to show the condo to a potential buyer!! They were told the condo was empty. I reached out to the property manager Pam, never heard anything back. Once again you can get more bang for your buck elsewhere.

Anywhere, but here

We were beyond disappointed with our choice to stay in this condo. The listing made it seem perfect; however that was NOT the case. Where to even begin… We arrived and the condo was disgusting. My 1 year old twins had been on the ground for under 10 minutes and were covered in black dirt all over. The sheets on the bunk beds had old blood stains, food crumbs, and sand all over them. The bunk beds are also falling apart and a huge safety hazard. We contacted the cleaning number, they said they would contact us to let us know when someone would be coming. They never contacted us. Instead they sent someone the next day while we were at the beach… we arrived to a man waiting outside the condo with a mop and a vacuum, but no new sheets. We ended up mopping the floor ourselves and I wish I could upload pictures. I don’t think the floors had ever been cleaned. Our 5 year old locked the bathroom door and could not get it unlocked. The type of lock on the door requires a flat key that was not provided. We contacted maintenance, to which they would not answer or respond to texts. After telling them my husband went 25 minutes to Lowe’s and purchased the door handle so we could have the key, they finally responded and wanted to argue about how a key was not required. There are SO many options to stay at in this area… please save yourself and do not book here.
