A little slice of paradise

We absolutely loved our stay at Pete’s Retreat. The pond is absolutely beautiful and we loved spending all our time hanging out in the water or around the fire pit. Pete is an excellent host, we couldn’t recommend this stay enough!

Beautiful spot

Just a beautiful spot on webber pond although it looked like a lake! Dock grill everything we needed for our short but perfect stay.

Very clean and well stocked! Appreciated the big grill and the well equipped kitchen. Plenty of towels available too. We had friends and family visit. Enjoyed the views, kayaking and fishing. The lake is quiet, neighbors not too close and not much boat activity. Great for relaxing, reading, and bird watching.

Picturesque cabin by a lake

Breathtaking sunrises. Eagles and ospreys everywhere not to mention all the loons. The place was perfect for us. Will definitely be back. Pete was great to deal with.

Great getaway

This was our second stay at this property. Everything was great from check-in to checkout. The views are spectacular and the fishing was great. The Host is responsive, the house is clean and cozy. Just a great place to escape to.

We are very happy we chose this location to stay. The view is absolutely amazing. It was quiet and peaceful. The cabin had a bunch of little extras you don’t usually find. It was clean. Communication with the host was great. They were responsive and helpful. We loved being able to rent the boat. The fishing was phenomenal! They were out most of the day and night. We caught at least 30 fish within a few days. Will stay again if in the area!

A beautiful spot

Cosy, comfortable and just a beautiful, secluded spot. A lovely retreat by the water but only a ten minute drive for food and drink. A very communicative host made everything easy.

The perfect retreat

Comfortable stay with plenty of amenities. We had such an amazing time. Also we were able to bring our jetski which was amazing, and the boat launch was 3 minutes away. Pete made sure he had everything available when you arrived. This was the definition of lake life!

Amazing! We had such a wonderful week. Peter and Maria were absolutely wonderful. We rented the boat from them for a few days and it was just fantastic to go out on the pond every night for sunset. The house is well appointed. And it has AC, which was much appreciated for our 90 week. Plenty of hot water and a grill and a fire pit. We were pleasantly surprised about the lack of bug activity! We swam everyday and were able to kayak as well. We saw eagles, loons and herons. It was just a wonderful week.
