2016年に5人まで収容できる60m2のシャレー。

1階のリビングルームには、コンバーチブルソファとテレビがあります。 無料のwifiアクセス。
キッチンには、食器洗い機、洗濯機、電子レンジ、オーブン、誘導コンロ、冷蔵庫冷凍庫、ネスプレッソコーヒーマシン、ケトル、トースターが完備されています。
外には、小さなプライベートガーデン/テラスがあります。 （屋外のテーブルと椅子、2つのサンラウンジャー、バーベキュー、パラソル）
スキーロッカーは自由に利用できます。

2階にはバスルームと2つのベッドルームがあります。 最初のベッドにはキングサイズベッド1台（160）、2番目のシングルベッド2台（90）、引き出し式ベッド1台（80）が含まれます。 ベッドリネンとバスルームリネンが用意されています。
1階に2つのトイレ、1階に独立したトイレ。

住宅地の中心部では、アメニティ、スーパーマーケット、タバコ、新聞、薬局、医者、レストラン、300 m離れた無料のスキーバスに近く、山の静けさを満喫できます。

An amazing chalet

We came for our honeymoon and the chalet did not disappoint. Our host was very nice and gave us recommendations for hiking and information about Chamonix. 10/10!!

Helpful tips for americans

This place is just so cute and clean and the Chamonix are is so worth seeing. When I come back I will rent a car though. The bus situation is good but stops running at 11 and we were out ND overlooked the time. There are very few cars if any to rent and Uber/Lyft are non existent as are taxis. We were lucky to have our bar tender get a friend to drive us back. ($$$) You may not need the car all the time but it is a must for me. The Hill to the bus station is a haul but it's really not to bad once you get the hang of it. The residence is really awesome but the shower I super small and the handle is in the wrong spot. We all bumped it and got a hot or cold blast til we readjusted. It became kinda humorous. I would definitely rent again. Love the area and the chalet!

Excellent séjour

Chalet conforme à la description et aux photos de l'annonce. Logement propre, calme et décoré avec goût. Emplacement idéal proche de Chamonix. Des conseils nous ont été donnés à notre arrivée sur les activités a faire dans la région. Je recommande cet hébergement.

Heerlijke vakantie in mooi chalet

Voor een klein weekje familiebezoek hadden we dit mooi chalet van Pauline gehuurd. Het is hartstikke goed bevallen. Het chalet is netjes, schoon en sfeervol ingericht. Bovendien ligt het heel centraal in het dorp, de supermarkt is dichtbij en je bent in 10 minuten in het centrum van Chamonix. Pauline is een superaardige gastvrouw, heel flexibel en attent. Een aanrader dus, zeker ook voor onszelf bij een volgende keer.... 😁

Great Les Houches chalet

Modern, well decorated chalet within easy reach of Les Hocuhes' amenities and ski lifts. Perfect for family, with two bedrooms sleeping 4 with comfort but pull out bed for 5th. Host Pauline always available for help and advice. No hesitation in recommending.

Smart house perfectly located.

We made it right at the beginning of tough virus outbreak. With all its challenges and might Covid-19 surrounded to Pauline house charm and beauties of Alps. We stayed in Les Contomines, Thones, La Clusas previous years and my family is well fielded in the area, - Pauline’s house benefits above its utmost comfort with easy excess to any slopes and attractions. Again, the place is very calm and gives you magnificent view; the house is self-sufficient to fill at home by all means. We really appreciated BBQ & every small things gone for us in this “stay-at-home” time. So we made a right choice. Thanks a lot! Take care of your nice family and stay safe! Dmitry. Catherine. Excellent Chalet, Excellent Location

The Chalet is newly built and well designed, very cosy and clean. Everything you might need has been thought about, from a place to dry your boots, to a lockable box outside for any kit. The location is great, easily accessible, with excellent views of the mountains. There is a small public piste, supermarket, and a range of shops and restaurants within walking distance of the chalet. The chalet owner was very helpful with any queries we had, and even provided a cot for our youngest. We were welcomed on arrival and given a tour of the chalet.

New, modern, convenient & cozy

We were very happy with our stay. The property was clean, modern and tastefully decorated with a very nice ambiance. The layout was great, there are two bedrooms upstairs as well as a toilette and shower. Downstairs is open plan with a kitchen, dining and sitting areas. There is also a toilette located downstairs. All in all it is a very efficient use of space. The property is conveniently located near a bus stop that runs regularly to the ski lifts. It is also less than a ten minute drive to Chamonix. The property owners were very attentive and provided valuable information about the region (ski schools, rental locations, etc.). We will definitely be looking to stay there again.

Fantastic location, view and hospitality

If you are looking for a chalet in the French Alps, this spot has all you need. The home owner met us and shared the Ins/outs of the property. The view of Mont Blanc and the surrounding peaks is stunning. You will be in a location near Chamonix and Saint Gervais, with easy access to several ski areas. Could not recommend this property more.

Justo lo que buscábamos

La casa es justo lo que buscamos, toda para nosotros y en un entorno muy tranquilo, al lado del campo. Fuera del bullicioso Chamonix pero al mismo tiempo cerca en coche, tren o autobús (estos dos últimos gratuitos para los turistas que se hospedan en el valle). Hay muy cerca un supermercado que tiene de todo, una gasolinera muy barata y algunos restaurantes como un italiano-pizzería muy recomendable. La casa tiene de todo y es muy cómoda en general, con detalles muy bien pensados para aprovechar el espacio. El jardín pequeño pero suficiente para relajarte en él, comer o hacer una barbacoa. Y la temperatura perfecta comparada con la de España en estas fechas (agosto). Todo muy nuevo y cuidado. Pauline, la dueña, es muy simpática y nos explicó todo muy bien, y aún así está disponible si es necesario porque viven justo al lado. Muy recomendable. Sin duda alguna repetiremos la experiencia.
