It was an amazing stay for my family at the Maspalomas cost. Apartment is clean, all amenities as expected. 1 bedroom has a marvelous sea view. Be aware that that the outside space is shared between 3 other apartments. Carlos is a responsive host, and let us check in a bit earlier. Thank you, great stay - recommended!

We had a lovely stay overall. The property was well located, comfortable, and we enjoyed our time there.Communication before and during our stay was good. However, after checkout we were contacted regarding damage to a refrigerator drawer that we do not believe occurred during our stay. While the matter was ultimately closed without any reimbursement being sought, the experience was disappointing and stressful.Overall, we enjoyed the accommodation itself, but future guests may wish to thoroughly document the condition of the property on arrival and departure.

Very good apartment, right next to the ocean, restaurants and a shopping center are very close. The house and its surroundings were exactly as in the description and in the photos. There are opportunities for renting a car in the shopping center and free parking is possible on the street. Carlos is a really good host, we had no problems. Would recommend any time.

Wenn Sie ein Auto haben, stehen Parkplätze an der Straße zur Verfügung. Das Haus liegt direkt am Strand und bietet einen wunderschönen Ausblick. Der Strand ist sauber und ruhig. Außerdem sind einige nützliche Dinge für den Strand vorhanden, wie Strandstühle und ein Sonnenschirm, was den Aufenthalt noch angenehmer macht. Vielen Dank für den wunderbaren Aufenthalt – wir kommen gerne wieder!

Très jolie maison quadrifamille directemen sur la plage de Las Burras.

Tout est neuf et il ne manque rien. Idéale pour les familles avec enfants car directement en rez-de-jardin et sur la plage. Nous reviendrons !

Beliggenheten var fantastisk, leiligheten bra. Sengetøyet kunne vært bedre. Vi hadde noen småproblemer med oppvaskmaskinen. Dette ble ordnet etter noen dager. Ved overtakelsen av leiligheten kunne informasjonen vært bedre.
