オリジナルのオークの二重ドアを通って、1904年に設置されたテラゾー床の上にスイートに入ります。 入り口のホワイエは、温かみのある中立の平らな石で覆われた3面の暖炉を示すオープンフロアプランに導きます。 キッチンのモカ色のクルミ材のキャビネットは、調理用シンクのあるクリーミーな白い作業島とは対照的です。 最高級のステンレス製器具は、プロの料理人の夢です。

5階への壮大なオープン階段を取り、このレベルにある3つすべてのバスルームのタイル工事に感心します。 自然光は、各ベッドルームの窓や天窓を通してすべての部屋を照らします。 パーティーに十分な部屋がない場合は、プライベートルーフデッキに向かい、6人用のホットタブでグリルしたりリラックスしたりしながら、巨大なスタジアムのHuskerVisionスクリーンでゲームをお楽しみください。

For the last 35 years, my brothers, friends annd now our sons, have come back for a Husker game and a weekend of golf. The last three years at this property and this has been a great place to stay for us.

There were 7 of us on an annual football trip and the property and location were outstanding. Communication with the host was great. I would highly recommend the Penthouse.

We had a great stay! This place is the perfect location for Husker game weekends. The kitchen is great with the butlers pantry that has additional full size refrigerator. The property was clean and spacious. We were able to see some of the night game activities from the roof top patio. Our host responded quickly to the couple of questions I had. We would highly recommend!

Family Time

We had plenty of room to spread out on the premises/some on the rooftop in the hot tub, some watching football on the tv, some cooking away in the kitchen, some playing cards at the big table, and youth upstairs playing XBox. Everyone found their niche!

Wedding party lodging

Beautiful property, easy check in and check out process, great communication with the host. We used this as a space for the groomsmen in my son's wedding. Everything was perfect and we would definitely consider staying at this property again.

Had a large family Christmas gathering over 3 days at this location. Was wonderful. 4 generations! Tons of space, beautiful! Pictures do not do justice!!! Will definitely come again! Check in was a bit confusing but property manager was very helpful! Thank you!

Cynthia made the experience of the property perfect for our family celebration. Multiple generations of our families were able to stay in one location with all amenities desired. Simply the best group spot in downtown Lincoln! We will be back again.

Great property

the property is a fabulous location! Close to the stadium and easy access to the city. Beautiful property with lots of space. Our check in was a little challenged but Cynthia made it right. Had a great weekend with family there!

Family and friends Husker weekend

We had stayed at this property in September of 2021 so this was a return visit for us. Great location, great amenities and plenty of room for people to spread out. Everyone had a great time and we are currently checking our calendars to book a return visit.

Wedding Weekend

We had a great time with several pre-wedding celebrations! The space allowed for several gatherings and there was plenty of room for conversations and activity. The surround sound creates a great atmosphere, and the rooftop area provided great additional space and views of the city. Wonderful place!

Perfect for a large group going to a game

Our group of 18 had an amazing time and comfortable stay. It was a great location just a couple blocks from both Haymarket and Memorial Stadium. Communication was EXCELLENT with the manager! We look forward to our next game in Lincoln and will use this property again!

Perfect location for a family reunion

This well-equipped property is not only gorgeous, it is comfortable, walking distance to restaurants and bars, but more importantly allowed us all a chance to catch up, chat and play games. We enjoyed the beautiful Nebraska sunsets from the rooftop patio and loved spending time in the hot tub. Thank you for the hospitality and providing so many luxurious amenities. We would love to rent this property again.

Was perfect for us!

Gorgeous, unique property! We had a wonderful sibling/family gathering. We were so comfortable at the Manse and amazed by all the amenities. We only stayed two nights but want to stay more if we are lucky enough to return! Our agent was very responsive.

Excellent place for family reunions

Twelve adults stayed in the Grand Manse penthouse, while another 18 stayed across the street at a hotel for five days. We gathered here every day for lunch or dinner, then every evening for games and drinks—a fantastic kitchen for entertaining. The dining table comfortably sat 12-14. It was a well-equipped location, and we all enjoyed ourselves. The only issues were the espresso machine didn't work, the coffee pot barely worked, the main floor shower was broken, and a ceiling leaked quite a bit after it rained one night. Management was pretty responsive to the leak but the other things weren't fixed during our stay. Finding the location of the lockbox and getting into the penthouse the first day was frustrating. Directions weren't clear but I'm not sure how they can fix that. Several coffee shops and at least a dozen bars and restaurants are in easy walking distance. We rarely used our cars. We all highly recommend this location.

Big 10 Wrestling Tournament and Reunion Weekend

The Grand Manse is a one of kind property in a one of a kind setting adjacent to the Haymarket Area in Lincoln. I have 5 close lifelong friends ( all in our 50's ) stay at the property and then held small gatherings for 3 days on and off in between sessions at the Big 10 tournament. To say it was 'perfect' for us would be an understatement. Spectacular, once in a lifetime experience for us all seeing friends and family for the 1st time in over 35 years in many cases. Bedrooms, kitchen, gathering areas, roof top hot tub - all elite world class. I can't recommend this property enough! AWESOME.

Grand Manse downtown Lincoln

Overall very good. The check in process was a little bumpy. The access code that was provided for the lockbox to get the key fobs was not correct but the attendant on site was very helpful getting us past that. All of our guests were very comfortable and we had a great time.

Grand Manse is Indeed Grand

We take road trips to all the Big Ten cities for football games and the Grand Manse set the standard by which all other trips will be measured. This historic former federal building converted into apartments has modern fixtures, but historic floors and woodwork. It's huge, it's well maintained, it has everything we could want for our trip, plus. We got a lot of use out of the fantastic kitchen and the terrific rooftop terrace with the hot tub, the BBQ, and the sighting of the Jumbotron from the football stadium. Because I organized the trip, my son and I got to select the master suite for our room. There was a shower big enough to pack the whole gang into, about a dozen closets, fireplace, skylights, modern fixtures in the bathroom, and great appointments. The location, 4 blocks from the stadium and 2 blocks from campus, and right in the middle of downtown was perfect for our gang to go in any direction they wanted without trying to organize cars and people … everything was within walking distance. Sunshine, who manages the place, was a pleasure to work with and on top of everything. We were making a steak dinner for 12 but couldn't find sufficient steak knives for the group. New steak knives were there within hours. She gave us great tips about restaurants in the area and a friend of hers selling great baked goodies at the farmer's market on Saturday. Next time our team plays at Nebraska, we’ll be back, and we’ll be selecting the Grand Manse!

The Grand Manse is a location unlike any other in Lincoln or even in Nebraska. The histories of some of Nebraska’s famous citizens have been interwoven with the history of the space in its former incarnation as the U.S. Court House and Post Office. Today, owners Monte and Lisa Froehlich are dedicated to once again making the Grand Manse a hub in downtown Lincoln. The building now houses 50 residential units, beautiful event space, luxury lodging suites, Thai restaurant, several offices and the Boiler Brewing Company - an award winning, locally owned and operated craft brewery. The Grand Manse stands not only at the geographical crossroads of Lincoln, but at the intersection between the city’s rich past and it’s promising future.

Today’s new name, The Grand Manse, reflects the building itself “the great house” filled to the roof with marble, terrazzo, oak, maple, brass and many of the elements that were fundamental materials used when a grand structure was being built in 1904. It also reflects the new chapter in history that is being built in the space: the stories of brides and grooms, honored guests, esteemed retirees and executives, who will choose The Grand Manse as the perfect venue for their celebrations, events, and lodging.

Being centered between the Historic Haymarket and the heart of Downtown, you can walk to everything: Memorial Stadium, the Lied Center, The Lincoln Grand movie theater, shopping, great restaurants (you don't even have to leave the building to get Lincoln's best Thai food at Blue Orchid), craft beer establishments (Boiler Brewing Company is located in the Grand Manse basement!), Pinnacle Bank Arena, art galleries, churches, you name it!
