An ideal villa for all those who want to enjoy their vacation to the fullest and want to make intensive use of their holiday home during this time. “Villa Juana” is fantastic for those who want to spend as much time as possible at home, next to the beautiful pool, in the barbecue area, on one of the many terraces, in the garden etc. The layout and equipment of the house make it ideal for the whole family, to enjoy this special atmosphere that arises when life happens outdoors and everyone finds their favorite place from which they don't want to leave.“Villa Juana” has 4 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms that are distributed over two floors. On the ground floor there is the living room, kitchen, 2 bedrooms and a bathroom, on the upper floor there are 2 more bedrooms and the other bathroom. All bedrooms have air conditioning and new 2m long beds .The house has a large garden, a barbecue area with a table and benches and a private pool.“Torre Solí Nou” is part of the “Son Bou” holiday resort and the beach of the same name. It is by far the longest sandy beach on the island. Insiders and locals know: even in July and August it is not too crowded on this beach and it is one of the most beautiful anyway. In “Torre Solí” and “Son Bou” display a whole range of possibilities: a wide variety of restaurants, bars, cocktail bars, shops and supermarkets.There is a good bus connection with the capital Mahón, making Son Bou a fantastic destination even for those who don't want to rent a car. You can also find various activities, from horseback riding and cycling, water sports, to the route “Camí de Cavalls” for hiking lovers. This already famous route that surrounds the entire island of Menorca passes just a few minutes walk from "Villa Juana".
