Wonderful appartement in a wonderful village

The appartement was exactly what we where searching for, geat sight of the sea but somewhat away from the noise and the hurries of the touristic places. The village is a dream, and so is the appartement. Make sure to contact the owner about the details in advance.

Ein traumhafter Ort! Die kleine Unterkunft liegt über dem Meeresspiegel und bietet eine atemberaubende Aussicht. Das Highlight ist die Dachterrasse – einfach einzigartig. Absolut sehenswert! Parkplätze waren problemlos vorhanden, und die Strände sind ganz in der Nähe.

Dear Anja, thank you for your review and I'm glad you enjoyed the place and had a wonderful vacation. I recently installed the air conditioning system, which I'm sure would have been appreciated in the hot summer months, but it's also useful for heating in the winter. Regarding the Wi-Fi, I'll try to improve the house's amenities in the coming months. Thank you.

Wunderschön!

Das Haus wurde mit zurückhaltender Hand saniert. So blieb sein Wesen, das von seinen früheren Bewohner über viele Jahre geprägt wurde, dankenswerter Weise erhalten. Wer sich auf diese schön gestaltete Schlichtheit einlässt, wird einen herrlichen Urlaub genießen! Abends geben die Frösche ein Konzert und morgens ziehen die Schwalben um den Ort...

Schönes, geschmackvoll eingerichtetes Ferienhaus in einem traumhaften alten Dorf mit bester Verbindung zum Strand in San Lorenzo. Alles ist stimmig und ein besonderes Erlebnis. Durch diese Bewertung wird der "Geheimtipp" leider öffentlich, denn eigentlich wünsche ich mir, dass dieser Ort mit seiner Umgebung touristisch nicht überschwemmt wird und seine Eigenheit behält...

Realize your dreams!

From time to time you walk through a dreamy, winding mountain village with many small streets and thinks "to live here, that would have something ..." In this object of Sergio, the idea can be realized. Simple, but with great attention to detail. The colors of, for example, sun and sea / sky can be found everywhere. It's just gorgeous ... Then a few hard facts: There are two bathrooms with shower, sink and toilet - everything works. The beds are very comfortable. In the household, nothing is missing. With a table, four chairs and a bench you can enjoy the wonderful view on the terrace. Two beach chairs invite you to sunbathe on the terrace (who can stand it). We never needed the beach umbrella as it faces the sunset side. We were there with two 14-year-old Girls and all of us enjoy the Holiday very, very much. The tranquility and seclusion in Lingueglietta is wonderful and you can relax wonderfully. The beaches of San Lorenzo al Mare are 6 km away, which is about 10 minutes' drive. There or in nearby Imperia or Sanremo life is raging ... We can recommend the stay without restrictions! Unless you are looking for the hustle and bustle, then you are certainly wrong here ...

Wir haben zu viert (2 Erwachsene, 2 16-jährige Jungs) zwei Wochen in dieser einfachen, schönen Unterkunft verbracht. Toll war, dass wir zwei Bäder hatten. Die Küchenausstattung könnte noch etwas erweitert werden. Zum Fernseher kann ich nichts sagen, den haben wir nicht benutzt, da die echte Fernsicht von der Dachterrasse einfach grandios war und alles andere überflüssig machte. Das Dorf ist schön und die Lage am Hang, oberhalb des Meeres toll. Und, wie gesagt, die Dachterrasse ist das Highlight.Hierfür aber unbedingt genug Autan o.ä. einpacken, dann ist der Genuß perfekt! einfach aber empfehlenswert

Einrichtung sehr ansprechend und harmonisch, Umgebung und Haus ruhig Eine versprochene Toilette fehlte komplett, bei der anderen Toilette war der Deckel defekt, es fehlten Weingläser, schön wäre es, wenn zwei Liegestühle auf der Terasse vorhanden wären und Sitzkissen für die Terrassenstühle Tusche gewöhnungsbedürftig, da zuwenig Druck und die Temperaturregelung schlecht, Sonnenschirm nur bei schwachem Wind benutzbar, Markise wäre Ideal, Fernseher programmmäßig nur eingeschränkt benutzbar und leider Dauerbrummton, Kleiner Mülleimer im Bad wäre perfekt, trotzdem können wir das Haus weiterempfehlen

I am sorry for the inconveniences of the bathroom which were caused by some guests who were not attentive to house rules: to solve the problem I had to buy new spare parts that were not immediately available: now everything is working. Thank you for the tips to improve the home.

VRAIMENT TYPIQUE !!!!

Nous avons adoré notre séjour. Jolie petit village accroché à la colline, avec des sons de cloches réguliers. La vue est vraiment MAGNIFIQUE, l'appartement est original, sur 3 niveaux. La mer est à 10 mn.

Hallo Sergio,wir wollten uns herzlich bei Ihnen bedanken, dass wir in ihrer Ferienwohnung Urlaub machen durften, es war sehr schön und wir waren zufrieden.Selbst die 1 Nacht Verlängerung hatte sich sehr gelohnt ein herrlich Blick von der Terrasse aus.Der Hammer..... Auch Die Umgebung und die Gastfreundschaft der Dorfbewohner war super.Wir werden Sie und die Wohnung mit Sicherheit positiv weiter Empfehlen vielleicht bis nächstes Jahr.Viele Grüße aus Köln A. Wir haben mit 2 Erwachsenen und 2 Kindern hier 14 wunderschöne Tage verbracht. Das Haus ist geschmackvoll eingerichtet und es hat uns an nichts gefehlt. Vermissen werde ich den morgendlichen Kaffee auf der Terasse mit dem Blick aufs Meer. Der Ort Lingueglietta ist eines der schönsten Dörfer Italiens. Das können wir nur bestätigen. Absolut sehenswert.

It's just the charm of the place and the wonderful panorama that several years ago have pushed me to buy this little cottage, a small retreat from the modern frenetic life that attracts us every day. I am very happy that my guests experience these feelings and the charm of an uncontaminated nature and scents of Mediterranean scrub; Even the story of this medieval village, a stronghold dating back to 1100 is fascinating: just close your eyes and imagine the terrible Saracens who landed on the Ligurian coast to rave ... so that the populations took refuge in the heights and built strong forts Of stone to defend themselves against the attacks .... the ancient walls of the Borgo could tell many of these stories .... it is still very present among these ancient Ligurian "Carrugi".
