Very comfortable stay

As a family, we had a very comfortable stay in this beautiful villa. It was clean, spacious and situated in a very safe neighbourhood with amenities and attractions within driving distance.Lucia was great with communication and welcomed us very warmly.We would highly recommend this accommodation- thank you again Lucia :-)

Fantastic villa

Our stay in this villa was fantastic. It has everything you could want in the villa and a lovely outside space with plenty of seating areas. There is a supermarket and also a small shopping centre with restaurants in walking distance. You would probably want a car as a family here or if you wanted to explore further afield. We had a great time and would very happily stay again.

It was a really really lovely Villa with everything you might need! Plenty of space inside and out for 6 of us but 8 would be easily accommodated. We had a super time and Lucia was always at the end of the line when/if I needed to message her! Thank you Lucia for everything 😊

Beautiful Villa

We went to Lucia' place in August and it had everything we wanted. Beds were super comfortable, and the outside area is so beautiful, it was hard to leave the house to go to the beaches. The villa is a short walk down to a rocky beach where the water is super clear, we managed to find a cliff to jump from too. The shops are down the road, with lots of restaurants available too. The bus stop into the main area of Palma is a short walk away. We caught taxis and they always found the house with ease.

Tolle Finka für Urlaub mit Freunden

Alles sauber und gut ausgestattet. Das Inserat zeigt teils ältere Einrichtung, die mittlerweile erneuert wurde, es gibt zB keine Einzelbetten, sondern ebenfalls ein Doppelbett. Außerdem gibt es noch eine Dachterasse mit Meerblick. Es ist allerdings schwierig ein Taxi oder Uber zu bekommen, dafür fahren aber Busse. Wir würden wieder buchen!

Spacious home with plenty of amenities.

Great property for any size group. Plenty of parking out front at end of road. Wonderful outdoor spaces and furniture. Spacious bedrooms, bathrooms, and living room. The location is really close to the major roadway with a grocery store very close by. Even has a fun walking trail close by that leads down to a private beach-type area.

Wunderschoenes Haus in super Lage

Wir haben uns in dem Haus von Lucia sehr wohl gefuehlt. Alles war vorhanden. Auch die Tatsache , dass trotz Corona/ Einschraenkungen in und nahe Puig de Ros Supermaerkte und Restaurants geoeffnet waren , hat uns sehr erfreut. Kleinere Probleme wurden schnell von der Vermieterin geloest. Die Angaben, dass dies ein behinderten gerechtes Haus ist ,stimmt aber nicht, ganz, da es sehr viele Treppen und Stufen im Haus und im Garten gibt. Hier muesste in der Beschreibung des Hauses nachgebessert werden. Wir kommen gern wieder.

Perfect Place to spend your Summer Holiday!!!!

This Finca is the perfect place to spend the summer holiday with your friends or with your whole family. The house is in top condition and everything is clean and the furniture is very modern. The villa has a perfect location, there is a supermarket only few minutes to walk, you are in 10 minutes at Arenal by car and if you like little bays with a perfect view at the oceans , it’s only few minutes to walk. If you have any problems or the something the friendly housekeepers are very easy to contact. We had the perfect summer holiday with our friends at this Finca. :-)

Nice stay

Very nice house on a nice location. Within 5 a 10 minutes in Arenal where are many tourist spots. Mallorca is also a beautiful island. The owners are also very nice people and they are always in touch if there is something you need to know. We recommend this stay!
