Fantastic apartment in a brilliant location

Spent a week in Estapona. The apartment is in a great location. Few steps away from the town the beach and wonderful restaurants Definitely coming back to Estapona. Only small issue was renovation of the house Nextdoor so most mornings we were woken early due to noise.

Nice appartement with roof terrace, nicely and fully equiped with even coffee and water being provided.

Old Town Visit

The apartment is basic but clean and had almost everything you needed. My only criticism would be the mattress on the double bed. The roof terrace is north facing so no early morning sun ((in winter). The location is excellent, five minutes walk into the centre. The outlook is lovely, quiet and feels very safe.

Home from Home

Our gorgeous apartment was exactly what we had hoped for. The pictures and description were perfect. The square it was in was quiet and very picturesque. The apartment was really lovely. Couldn't have asked for anything better. There was everything you could possibly have wanted in there. The extras all around in the kitchen and bathroom were very welcome. Above all it was absolutely spotless everywhere. Would love to return some time. We love Estepona Old Town and this apartment would be our go to place. Thank you.

Lovely 2 months in Estepona

Overall our stay was great. Estepona is lovely. The location of the apartment was perfect - close to everything. There were however are a few things that would have improved our stay. The apartment was very cold, especially in February. Windows are very drafty. Even with the heaters, it was hard to warm the apartment up. The cooking supplies were adequate but minimal. The mattress in the double room is not comfortable. The springs can be felt. Although the inside of the apartment was updated and clean, the outside could be spruced up, especially stairwells and rooftop patio.

Lovely Apartment in a Stunning Location

A fantastic 2 weeks in the charming town of Estepona. The apartment is situated on the beautiful and busy Plaza Begines in the Old Town and is to a high standard. On arrival it was very clean, with plenty of bedding and towels. We really appreciated the little touches/ Starter Pack waiting for us upon arrival including; a bottle of water in the fridge, packets of biscuits etc, and there were complimentary toiletries and toilet rolls etc.. 2 good sized bedrooms, a comfortable lounge with TV, a good strength Wi-Fi signal that registered all over the apartment including on the roof terrace. The kitchen was well equipped with plenty of pots, pans, crockery, cutlery etc. The bathroom has a great shower with good pressure and plenty of hot water and a decent washing machine. There were Air Con units in both bedrooms and the lounge although we didn’t use them. An added bonus was the roof terrace equipped with 2 sun loungers and a table with 4 chairs. It was great to make a pot of coffee 1st thing morning and sit and watch the Old Town come alive. Later as the sun came up the terrace was perfect for sunbathing virtually all day. The Old Town is fantastic for wandering around the pretty cobbled streets. Well stocked supermarkets within a 10 minute walk, and so many eateries and and bars seem to pop up all around us. All in all a great holiday; thank you for taking our booking. A big thanks to Valeria at Genius Properties who very helpful throughout; a recommended Management Company

Excellent stay in lovely location. Modern kitchen and shower room. Property requires some repairs to the draughty, leaky windows to make it a more suitable winter let.

Great apartment in old town Estepona

This a great place to stay. The apartment is really clean with everything you need. Two good size bedrooms, a nice bathroom with a good shower and a nice lounge with kitchen. The roof terrace was an added bonus and is not overlooked. The location is excellent, a 5 minute walk to the centre of the old town, 10 minutes to the beach and supermarket is less than 5 minutes away. Booking process was very easy with good communication from Genius Properties who are agents for the property. The keys are left in a save and every email gives you all the information required. We would definitely stay here again.

2-3 Minuten Laufweg und man hat eine tolle Auswahl an Bars, Restaurants und Cafés. Küche und Bad sind hübsch! Leider war das Appartement bei Ankunft etwas dreckig..

Lovely property in ideal location

Lovely break in an ideal location in old town of Estepona. Apartment was very clean and had everything we needed, (only short of a full length mirror). Would definitely recommend this and would stay again.

Pasamos una semana aquí en el mes de octubre (2 adultos y un bebe). El piso es moderno, limpio, y espacioso con aire acondicionado en cada habitación. Para nosotros, lo mejor es la terraza que es recóndita con vistas preciosas de las montañas y de la plaza. Nos encantó también donde está situado el piso que está en el casco antiguo de Estepona pero también una pequeña caminata a través de las calles adoquinadas a los bares, supermercados, restaurantes y la playa. Lo pasamos genial y planeamos volver el año que viene!

Stunning contemporary Apartment.

Had a great holiday in this stunning contemporary light apartment. Everything is new and stylishly refurbished with clean white finishes and traditional Spanish decorated floor tiles. Ideal location away from the crowds in the serene rustic old town, yet just minutes walk to coffee shops and tapas restaurants, easy to pop back to from the beach – 10 minutes walk away. We enjoyed sunny breakfasts on the rooftop terrace, looking across the terracotta tiled rooftops to the mountains. We slept really well, comfortable beds and very quiet area, felt safe and secure and came home feeling relaxed and rejuvenated after an idyllic escape.

Lovley Apartment

We have had a fabulous relaxing family holiday in this tranquil newly refurbished light apartment, the upper floor and sun terrace of a traditional house. It was very clean and well equipped and has been refurbished to a high standard. The beds were extremely comfortable and we slept very well, it was so quiet with traditional wooden shutters and pedestrian only area. We loved the slow pace, quaint, peaceful, less developed, traditional old Spanish feel. We felt very safe and secure in the old town, we walked past residential doors left open. We enjoyed walking down the cobbled streets for a few minutes to reach Flowers square, the independent food shops, plethora of restaurants and the beach, everything within a short walking distance, we didn’t need to use the hire car. We felt privileged to stay in the most beautiful square, on Plaza Begines, with orange trees and pines, the most picturesque location in the old town of Estepona.
