Sehr schönes Haus

Das Haus ist sehr schön, sauber und gut einerichtet. Im dritten Schlafzimmer fehlt bei Temperaturen über 40 Grad die Klimaanlage. Die Klimaanlage ist extra zu bezahlen. In der Küche fehlte mir eine Grundausstattung wie Öl, Essig, Gewürze. Petra ist eine sehr herzliche Gastgeberin. Auf jeden Fall sehr empfehlenswert.

Super Unterkunft

Can Gabriel ist sehr zu empfehlen..wir haben einen tollen Urlaub verlebt. In dem Haus hat es an nichts gefehlt...alles sauber und gepflegt... Auch mit der Vermieterin Petra hatten wir eine freundliche Kommunikation. Vielen Dank nochmal an Petra...und wir kommen wieder. Gruß..Bärbel und Freunde

Going to the dogs

Lovely property, clean and comfortable (apart from squeaky bed in back bedroom) and situated a reasonable distance from the main square, the centre of local life, especially on a Saturday night. Let down by neighbourhood which seemed to host a number of noisy, unchecked yapping dogs which made sitting by the pool in the evening less of an attraction. Nothing the owner could do about it but unfortunate none the less. The only useful page in the villa's manual was that which showed when and where the local markets were being held - instructions on which bins to use for recycling, tips for train travel, recommended restaurants, locations of supermarkets etc, would have been helpful. Despite these little niggles we enjoyed ourselves very much - especially the fruit and sugar dusted buns the owner left us ! It's a good location for exploring the east end of the Island and a world away from the hustle of the sea side resorts.

Wir kommen wieder, Entspannung pur

Die Unterkunft war für unsere Bedürfnisse traumhaft. Groß, geräumig, ruhig und sauber. Besonders der Pool im Außenbereich hat es uns angetan, wo wir die meiste Zeit verbracht haben. Man hat alles was man braucht an Ausstattung von Klimaanlage, Waschmaschine bis Sat–TV. Wir haben uns wirklich wie zuhause gefühlt. Es gibt in der Nähe Einkaufsmöglichkeiten wie Lidl, mit dem Auto 5 Minuten entfernt oder Eroski (spanischer Supermarkt). Zu Fuß, ca. 10 Minuten entfernt, gibt es auch ein kleines Zentrum in dem Abends auch mal schön Essen gehen kann. Petra ist eine sehr nette und hilfsbereite Gastgeberin und wir werden bestimmt wieder kommen. Alles in allem war es für uns perfekt.

Superbe logement

Nous avons passé 10 jours dans la maison. Tout était conforme a la description de l'annonce et Petra toujours disponible et aux petits soins. La plage la plus proche est a 10 min et la maison est idéalement situéenpour visiter le nord de l'île. Nous avons vraiment apprécié notre séjour a Can Gabriel.

Tucked -away Oasis in Sa Pobla

Our first impression of C'an Gabriel was that it was a fairly ordinary, but nicely presented single-story house in an ordinary Spanish town. But, enter the cool lobby, (after locating the key store, which is a little hard to spot), and you come into a different world. Everything is immaculately clean and spacious. Move through into the lounge and you will spot the sparkling blue water of the courtyard pool inviting you through patio doors. A big well-equipped kitchen is to the right, and off the lobby are three large bedrooms and two bathrooms. The courtyard, which is totally private, and completely non-overlooked is charming, and, something that worried us a little before we arrived, attracts the sun for most of the day, with plenty of shade in the hottest times. The local supermarket is a short five minute walk away, with very reasonable prices, as are a couple of bars/restaurants, which, as they cater mainly for locals are also very reasonable. For more cosmopolitan tastes the main plaza is a 15 minute stroll away. The only minor snag, which stopped us from giving a clean-sweep 5 star rating was that there are no UK satellite channels available. No problem for many, perhaps, but quite important to us! Fortunately we had a tablet with us so we got our regular fix of UK television! Overall, though, highly recommended for those that prefer to immerse themselves in Spanish life away from the usual tourist haunts in North Majorca.

Schönes Ferienhaus + netter Kontakt

Wir (2 Erwachsene + 1 Kleinkind) hatten 10 tolle Tage. Der Kontakt war sehr nett und alles war wie beschrieben. Für unseren Sohn gab es zudem einen Kinderhochstuhl sowie ein Kinderreisebett. Dank Klimanalage und Pools im Hinterhof, ließen sich auch die Temperaturen gut aushalten. Einziges Manko: das eine Doppelbett (es gab Gott sei dank zwei) quietschte und knarrte dermaßen, dass wir nach der ersten Nacht ins andere Zimmer gezogen sind. Der Ort Sa Pobla ist nicht der schönste, aber es gibt ein paar gute Einkaufsmöglichkeiten für die Verpflegung und mit dem Auto ist man auch schnell an anderen Orten/Stränden.

Beautiful property, with wonderful outside space. Great for families or a quite retreat.

Was so impressed with this property, lovely large bedrooms and bathrooms. Immaculately kept with fantastic outside space. The owners were so helpful and accommodating. Would strongly recommend this property, situated central to all attractions and everything is a 15-20min drive.
