VILLA in quiet residential area with private pool ideal for families. - Free Wifi

- The landlord does only accept families and couples older than 30 years old, with or without children. Parties are not allowed. Villa on the south coast of Mallorca in a quiet area of Cala Pi, surrounded by nature. The house has four bedrooms, two bathrooms top floor (one en suite), one toilet on ground floor , kitchen with hob, dishwasher, oven, microwave and coffee maker. 
Air conditioning is now available in all bedrooms and lounge/kitchen area. In the bedrooms you also have ceiling ventilators.
The spacious living room has a smart 48 inch TV. In the porch is a large table with eight chairs overlooking the garden with private pool. Ideal for families with children and couples older than 30 years old

Official check in time is 17:00 and check out time is 11:00.  € 40 surcharge for arrivals after 21:00.   € 50 surcharge for arrivals after 00.00 hrs at night and on request.
IMPORTANT NOTICE FOR LATE ARRIVALS:
BOOKED FLIGHTS MUST LAND IN PALMA BEFORE 9:00 PM. THE COLLECTION OF KEYS WILL BE CARRIED OUT AT ANY TIME (FLIGHT DELAYS, DELAYS IN THE COLLECTION OF THE RENTAL CAR, ETC) BUT THE ARRIVAL WILL NOT BE ALLOWED ON FLIGHTS THAT LAND IN PALMA AFTER 9:00 PM. 
The price includes 300kw of electricity consumption. The meter will be read at check-in and check-out and in case of exceeding 300kw the extra kw will be charged at 0.30€/kw. 
A deposit is required to secure booking. Refundable security deposit is required.
The price includes all running costs, bed linen, towels and final cleaning.   
'NO SERVICES ARE PROVIDED'.   
Once confirmed the booking, a written confirmation will be sent to the guest, requested to be signed accepting the house rules.   
The “ECOTASA” (balearic tourist tax) has to be paid in CASH on check in day. 
It is UTMOST IMPORTANT to fill up the guest information. According to Organic Law 4/2015, it is obliged to identify all travelers and to draw up a Traveler Record Book.
A cleaning fee of € 50 will be charged in case of bringing pets

Perfect house ...

the house was perfect. me and my friends had a lovely time on Mallorca. roughly 40 minutes by car to Palma. very quite neighborhood. cool beaches only reachable by car.

Lovely holiday...

A very clean, comfortable, spacious house, with a very quiet environment. It absolutely takes a car to get around, Cala Pi is very secluded and the slightest trade is a 25 min walk. Very regulated villa rental with lots of documentation to be provided, because it is managed by an agency. The only downside is a very humid home in the winter.

Tolle Urlaub...

Wir waren im großen und ganzen sehr zufrieden. Was sehr überrascht hat, war die Auswahl an zusätzlich nützlichen Dingen in der Garage wie: Poolspielzeug, Babybetten, Hochstühle, Sonnenschirme, Paellapfannen mit Gasherd Usw. Kommunikation war super und es wurden uns auch viele tolle Tipps für die Umgebung gegeben. Kleines Manko war der deutlich kleinere Pool als erwartet und wie er auf dem Foto wirkte und das der Pool nur etwas für Mutige war mit ca. 20 Grad im September/Oktober. Auch der Garten erschien auf den Bildern deutlich kleiner, war aber am Ende ok.

Schönes Haus, ruhige Lage...

Das Haus selbst ist sehr schön. Auch der Garten und der Pool lassen keine Wünsche offen. Man muss aber mit Auto anreisen, denn in der näheren Umgebung sind wirklich nur Ferien- ud Wohnhäuser. Auch zum Strand CalaPi kommt man erst nach 30 Minuten Fußweg an, was in der Sommerhitze eher keine Option ist. Wir hatten gehofft, irgendwoher Fahrräder zu bekommen, aber das war leider nicht möglich. Ansonsten ist man ca. 20 Minuten mit Auto zum nächsten größeren Supermarkt unterwegs oder man ist ebenfalls in 20 Minuten am schönen Es-Trenc Strand. Was noch zu erwähnen wäre: Das Haus hat nur im Erdgeschoss eine Klimaanlage, oben befinden sich in jedem Zimmer Ventilatoren, die natürlich in den Sommermonaten nicht wirklich eine gute Abkühlung bieten. Wir waren trotzdem glücklich mit dem Haus, weil es viel Platz bietet. Wir waren zu fünft dort und hatten einen schönen Aufenthalt.

Sehr schönes Haus, top Ausstattung...

Wir hatten eine tolle Zeit in einem super Haus mit extrem guter Ausstattung. Es hat an nichts gefehlt! Das Haus ist sehr gepflegt und man fühlt sich sofort wohl! Bei der Lage ist ein Auto dringend zu empfehlen. Fußläufig ist eigentlich nichts zu erreichen, das hat uns aber nicht gestört, da wir eh die Insel erkunden wollten.

Villa très propre et très confortable. ...

Parfaite pour des vacances en famille : équipements adéquats, belle pièce de vie, jardin avec piscine agréable (pelouse synthétique) Piscine non sécurisée en revanche. 20 minutes à pied de la très jolie crique de Cala Pi. A 30 minutes en voiture de Palma. Nous y avons passé un agréable séjour. Unique bémol : quartier en construction lors de notre passage = bruits des travaux en journée.La villa offre un réel confort avec sa grande pièce de vie, ses multiples salle de bain et son jardin. Une piscine avec une alarme et/ou une bâche pour sécuriser serait un réel plus pour une villa familiale de ce type.Très bonne réactivité de notre interlocuteur une fois sur place. Les échanges en amont avec l'interlocutrice de l'agence étaient plus compliqués.Villa très agréable située à 20/25 minutes à pied de la plage et des commerces. Toutefois, le quartier est en plein travaux avec de multiples villas en construction, le bruit des travaux est donc dérangeant si l'on cherche le calme.

Wonderful stay...

A wonderful stay, with friendly helpful hosts. The villa itself was very clean and well presented, with everything we needed for our stay. The beds were comfy and there were fans available for the bedrooms, which were needed during the hot humid nights. The aircon downstairs worked well though. Situated in a nice quiet neighbourhood with some very nice restaurants within walking distance and a lovely beach too.

Cala Pi - pretty perfect...

Spent a fantastic week at this villa at the end of July/start of August. The Villa is just as described - spacious inside and out. The pool and gardens deserve particular mention as we spent most of our time there. The weather was very hot - 33-35 degrees everyday - so the huge shaded area under the upper terrace was a haven in the middle of the day. The pool was lovely and well maintained - and the loungers had comfortable padded cushions stored in the garage. A helpful shaded palm for lounging under was great for our fair skinned daughter.The only drawback of this Villa was lack of air con upstairs - this really should be considered as it was impossible to cool down at night. However - that was literally our only niggle in the whole Villa - everything else was perfect.Cala Pi - I don’t even want to tell you the secret of this place - it was perfect! A beautiful little town with just one main hotel and a handful of restaurants and shops. All of which were sampled - the standards of food and service in all were amazing.Villa Albeniz is right on the outskirts of the town - about a 20 min walk to the town centre - this was not an issue for us as the whole town is peaceful and quiet. It is full of high quality villas - there is ongoing construction around this end of the town - but nothing to disturb us as all around was complete at that stage.Finally - the team at Villaonline were exceptional - Alfredo met us on arrival, kept in touch via WhatsApp and gave us great advice on the local area. We had a few issues (our fault) with our booking times and had to move dates twice - the office staff were very accommodating. We also left a jacket in the Villa and Alfredo had arranged to have it couriered back to us within 72 hours. I would not hesitate to recommend them as a company to deal with.I would highly recommend this Villa and can’t wait to return to this hidden gem in Mallorca.

Die Villa und der Außenbereich war sehr schön und sauber. Der Gastgeber war sehr freundlich und hat uns viele Tipps für unseren Aufenthalt gegeben. Wir konnten bereits mittags einchecken und mussten nicht warten.

La anfitriona, fue súper amable y atenta. Dió gusto tratar con ella. Se tomó todo el interés por agradar y que estuviésemos a gusto....

La casa está genial! Grande y espaciosa. Muy tranquila. La playa está a cinco minutos en coche, A unos 2 km de la casa. Se echa de menos el aire acondicionado en las habitaciones O bien mosquiteras que impidan que los mosquitos te piquen por la noche. Por lo demás es perfecta. Perfecta para pasar una tarde con los amigos y echar un bañito. Recomendable!!
