Perfect week away with all the family.

We stayed for a week to celebrate a 60th. The villa was a great size, with the highlight being the pool. The pool was great and the area around with plenty of space and loungers. The villa it's self could do with some maintenance jobs being done. There were ants around and in some of the rooms and around the bath. The villas location was perfect, walking distance to the shops and waterpark. It is up a very steep hill, which was ok to walk down with lovely views but we did get taxis back, which wasn't an issue. Any issues were dealt with straight away and very quick responses. Overall we loved our stay, spending most of the time by the pool and enjoying food on the balcony looking out at the gorgous views of the sea.

Group walking trip

A good villa with a few maintanance needs. Would benefit from more lighting in the kitchen and lounge. Silicon sealant on patio doors/windows needs replacing. Overall very good, we stayed for 12 days in March 2025, heavy rain exposed maintanance needs. The team at Grandes Villas were very helpful and responsive.

Ons verblijf was heel goed. De villa is zeker heel mooi, al zijn er wat opfrissers nodig, zoals: De slaapkamer met de zwarte badkamer, een douche wand of gordijn is geen overbodige luxe. De stoelen aan het zwembad en op het terras zijn ook aan vervanging toe. Misschien een luifel of, parasol of een schaduwdoek op het terras boven. Maar over de ganse lijn was het wel heel goed en hebben we een leuke vakantie gehad. Groetjes van de hele vriendengroep

Marriage celebration

We rented the villa to celebrate our recent marriage, with close family. The villa is beautiful. Brilliant design, lovely pool and gardens and fantàsic views. Well located with supermarkets and seafront a few minutes drive away. The management company were excellent. If you're planning on walking down to the seafront, take some decent footwear as it's quite steep. But taxis are cheap and easy to order. You won't be disappointed if you book Villa La Loma

Wonderful family get together in beautiful villa!

Stayed at Villa La Loma in July 2023 for a large family gathering. The villa was absolutely beautiful, extremely spacious and immaculately clean with fabulous views of the sea and mountains! There were so many wonderful outdoor spaces to sit; it provided so much space to spread out and sit in small or large groups in sun or in shade. The space was perfect for a large group and afforded everyone so much space and privacy. The pool was awesome and a great length for swimming. The hot tub was an added luxury too! All in all the villa was fabulous and the kitchen was so well equipped with everything you could need! The air conditioning was also really good! We found the host Carlos to be very helpful and always responded so quickly to any queries both before and during our holiday. The town / beaches / restaurants were lovely with such friendly locals and really wonderful tapas served in most places. We could walk down from the villa but needed taxis to get back up the steep hill in the heat! We all had an amazing and wonderful time in this beautiful villa! Thank you very much!

Superbe séjour

Magnifique villa qui a permis à chacun une intimité Entretien du jardin et de la piscine impeccable.suoerbe vue sur la mer lors de nos déjeuners. Et pour la région les gens sont accueillants et souriants. Commerce à proximité. Le petit bémol rien n est là au niveau basique ppur la cuisine mais ca n a rn aucun cas gâché nos vacances. Je recommande vivement.

Außen hui... innen Pfui

Das Haus von außen sehr schön aber innen sehr in die Jahre gekommen. Bei Inbetriebnahme des Hauses haben wir den Verwalter auf einige Dinge aufmerksam gemacht, z.B. das es nur ein Sammelsurium von Tassen gab, wir baten um eine Thermoskanne, bei Belegung mit 10 Leuten reicht nicht nur die Kaffeemaschine, des weiteren wollten wir gern Bettbezüge für die Oberbetten gehabt, hätten sie auch selber bezogen, es waren nur Laken als zu Decke vorhanden und bei 6`Nachts eindeutig zu kalt. Er versprach uns sich um alles zu kümmer und zu besorgen wir hätten es in den nächsten 2 Tagen. Bei Versprechungen ist es auch geblieben es wurde nicht der gleichen besorgt.Ein weiters Manko war die Elektrik. In unterschiedlichen Abständen flog immer die Sicherung raus und die Klimaanlage kühlte nur. Das war ihm doch zu heikel und es wurde uns ein Elektriker vorbei geschickt. Diese kamen dann auch sehr kompetent und stellten die Klimaanlage richtig ein und sahen sich den Sicherungskasten an. Von uns ging einer mit ihm mit und ist erschrocken als sie diesen geöffnet hatten. Beide gingen erst einmal ein Schritt zurück, weil sie nicht glaubten was sie da sahen. In dem Kasten standen 10 cm Wasser! Kein wunder. Da traute sich selbst der Elektriker nicht ran. Also hieß es weiterhin, wenn wir Strom wollten, in Abständen die Sicherung rein drücken. Ab dem Zeitpunkt hatten wir ein sehr schlechtes Gefühl zu Duschen oder nur den Wasserhahn zu betätigen.Es kam auch kein weiterer Monteur um dies zu beheben. Glück hatten wir nur, dass das Wetter besser wurde und somit das rausspringen der Sicherung ( fast ) vorbei war. Für den ersten Abend wurde uns angekündigt das der Besitzer selbst vorbei kommen wollte. Gesehen haben wir ihn nie. Das waren die großen Übel die kleinen möchte ich gar nicht alle erwähnen. Alles in allem müssen wir sagen, dass diese Verhalten gegenüber Gästen, die viel Geld bezahlen, nicht korrekt ist. Noch während unseres Aufenthaltes hatte ich immer wieder Kontakt mit dem Verwalter aufgenommen und ihn gebeten zu seinem Verhalten Stellung zu nehmen und wie er uns bei diesen Unannehmlichkeiten entgegenkommt. Diese Anfragen wurden ignoriert und wir haben nicht einmal ein Satz (selbst bei Abreise) der Entschuldigung gehört, dies wurde schlicht weg übergangen. Für was Leute bezahlen die keine Job machen.

Amazing house on the Costa del sol

We had an unforgettable stay at Villa La Loma in August 2018. The house is massive, the pool is awesome and the location is superb. The owner however needs to take note of a few issue we had during our stay. The power kept on tripping in the first day or two until the electrician came out and switched off some exterior lights that were apparently on the whole time. The electrician commented that this was a common occurrence and the house has a power usage limit with the municipality. The other issue is that the trees obscure the view, which could be breathtaking otherwise. I advice the owner to consider trimming the trees to ensure the full benefit of the view is enjoyed by the guests. Lastly, the garden services arrived two day before our departure only and the grass was in dire need of a mowing when we arrived. These are not huge issues but with a house like this it was as shame not to be able to fully capitalize on the amazing views. Non the less, I am a returning customer still.

Property is amazing!

This is the ideal property for a family vacation. When we got to the property we got a great welcome from Carlos. He took the time to tour the house and to give us amazing suggestions for restaurants, shows and sight seeing in the area. The house is spacious, clean and beautifully decorated. The location also provides an amazing view of the Mediterrane. The backyard and pool is also a huge perk of the house. The only bad thing is that we had to leave someday....We had the vacation of a lifetime and the house was a big part of it!
