In the city center, a large air-conditioned room, equipped with every comfort, TV, private bathroom with shower, window and balcony overlooking the city, WiFi is available free of charge for guests throughout the property.
Breakfast is not provided but guests will have access to relaxation area, where they will find tea, coffee, water, biscuits, cereals, honey and jams at their disposal.
The b & b has a terrace overlooking the city where you can relax and have breakfast outside.
On request it is possible to add a single bed or a cot.
We are located outside the ZTL (limited traffic zone), in a quiet location despite being in the city center and well connected by any means of transport, bus stops and airport buses to the airport. The neighborhood is quiet but at the same time equipped with many services: in the historic center of Palermo, in the immediate vicinity there are restaurants, pizzerias, bars, cinemas, clubs, universities, supermarkets, pharmacies and shops for all kinds of shopping. The "Notarbartolo" metro station is a ten-minute walk away, five by bus; furthermore, we are located outside the restricted traffic area, therefore also accessible by car every day and at all hours; about 20 meters away there is a private garage, open 24h.
Piazza Castelnuovo and the Politeama theater are a 10-minute walk away.
Very close is also the port from which hydrofoils leave for the smaller islands.

Wonderful B and B close to the city center

Antonio was very communicative via Whats App and introduced us to this wonderful B and B in downtown Palermo. Many restaurants nearby and right on the bus line (We even rented scooters for a zip around town!) Very clean bathroom and bedroom and very nice decks and community breakfast/relaxation room.

Lovely room close to the heart of Palermo

We enjoyed our stay very much. The apartment is walking distance to Palermo centre. The room was very clean and the facilities are great. The apartment has everything you need and the check-in was easy. We can recommend this place very much.

Pleasant room in a nice non touristy neighborhood with access to public transportation.

I would have preferred in house breakfast… I don’t speak Italian and staff at the restaurant did not speak English so it was easier to make my own plans. Nice of the host to provide a few help yourself items… juice and yoghurt. The room was impeccably clean and comfortable. But a little strange never knowing if anyone else was in the apartment while I was there.

Spacious property

Room and property were very spacious and comfortable. Nice large room, full size fridge (shared) nice bathroom across the hall but private for your stay. Elevator available. Nice property, easy check in. If you have a rental parking on the street at night is limited and the parking garage up the street closes at 8 and opens at 8. Not an issue with the property just be aware parking may take some time. Otherwise lovely property, comfortable and convenient.

Le logement est une chambre dans un appartement avec deux autres chambres env mais respect de l'intimité et de la tranquillité de chacun, chaque chambre a sa salle de bain, très bon accueil et échanges avec les propriétaires était faciles, des conseils de visite et de déplacements m'ont été communiqués à mon arrivée avec un salon partagé agréable. Seul bémol, le lit n'était pas très confortable sinon tout était bien, propre et bus a côté très bien desservi dans un quartier sécurisé et calme, je recommande!

Großartige Ferien/ magnificas Vacacioens

Nach zwei unglaublichen Wochen in Palermo und Mondello waren wir auf der Suche nach einem Ort, an dem wir uns entspannen und ausruhen konnten, den wir aber auch kennenlernen und besuchen wollten. Die Wohnung war spektakulär, sehr zentral, praktisch, um mit den öffentlichen Verkehrsmitteln zu bewegen, die Wohnung wirklich gemütlich, geräumig, schön und sehr sauber und die Gastgeber ausgezeichnet, ohne darüber nachzudenken zurückkehren. dos semanas increibles en Palermo y Mondello, buscamos un lugar para relajarnos y descansar lo que mas se ha pudiera, tambien conocer y visitar. El piso espectacular, muy central, practico para trasladarse en transporte publico, el Piso realmente acogedor, amplio, hermoso y por muy limpio y los anfitriones excelentes, para volver sin pensarlo

Bestes B&B auf unserem Italien Tripp

Das Objekt befindet sich in einem sehr gepflegten Wohnhaus mit Fahrstuhl. Parkplätze sind in der Nähe zu finden und kostenlos. Die Strecke in die Altstadt ist zu Fuß gut machbar. Alternativ fahren Busse in unmittelbarer Nähe.Unser Host war ganz reizend, hat uns mit vielen Informationen versorgt und mit einem wunderbaren, reichhaltigen und vielseitigen Frühstück verwöhnt. Unser Zimmer war sehr sauber, gut ausgestattet und großzügig. Auf der Terrasse konnten wir den Abend genießen, Küche durften wir nutzen und uns aus dem gut gefüllten Kühlschrank bedienen. Durch dieses B&B hatten wir eine wunderschöne Zeit in Palermo

B&B Centrale e luminoso con colazione super!

Giudizio più che positivo per questo piccolo B&B nel centro di Palermo. Posizione comoda perchè appena fuori dalla ZTL ma centrale. La fermata del bus per l'areoporto dista 5 min e a pochi passi ci sono le due grandi piazze (Settimo e Castelnuovo) del teatro Politeama. Quest'ultimo è sede di manifestazioni ed eventi popolari nonchè punto di ritrovo dei palermitani che lo considerano il vero centro città. Le stanze sono arredate in stile moderno ma con gusto e cura dei dettagli. La camera da letto e la cucina sono molto luminose. Piano cottura ben attrezzato con frigo, forno e lavatrice. Il bagno è spazioso con un box doccia grande e sanitari recenti. C'è anche una bella terrazza con vista sulla città (e sul giardino) dove ho fatto colazione al sole del mattino! Buonissime le brioche fresche tipiche siciliane con ricotta o pistacchio! Complimenti Emanuela e grazie di tutto.

un posto magico

Sono stata ospite di Emanuela per un week end assieme a mio marito. Non eravamo mai stati a Palermo e ...non potevamo scegliere b&b migliore! L'ottima posizione, la facilità di arrivo dall'aeroporto e soprattutto l'ospitalità di Emanuela, hanno reso il nostro soggiorno più che perfetto. La stanza è davvero bella ed accogliente! Sono stata accolta molto bene da Antonino che mi ha fornito molti consigli sui ristoranti della zona e sulla città di Palermo e dintorni. Fermata del bus a pochi metri, ottimo per chi giunge dall’aeroporto. In camera non manca niente, pulizia quotidiana, il Wi-Fi funziona benissimo e una mattina sono riuscita anche a fare colazione in terrazza al sole, ottime brioche fresche con pistacchio e ricotta! Ho apprezzato molto il bollitore in camera!

Un comodo B&B nel centro di Palermo: camera con clima e bagno privato con doccia. Comodissimo l'accesso alla cucina e il poter usare frigorifero e forno. The, caffè e biscotti sempre disponibili. Notti tranquille anche se vicino a tutto: fermata bus, ristoranti, supermercati... soluzione ideale per una visita nella bella città barocca di Palermo. Gestori disponibili. Da provare!
