The home is located just outside the heart of Como city which gives you the best of both worlds. Luxury and relaxing lake view living yet within easy reach and walking distance of the city of Como with shops, restaurants, bars, deli's, markets and sightseeing a plenty.
The residence is brand new, completed in 2017.

Our Guests love gazing at THAT view from the wall to floor glass windows leading to the private terrace or relaxing on the terrace upstairs for even more majestic lake view living. It is little wonder we received so many requests to return.
Private boat hire with or with captain or a license is available close by to take you to the many popular villages around the lake from Cernobbio to Menaggio and Bellagio to Varenna. Let us be your guide!
