Enjoy this stunning 3 bedroom, 4 bathroom village home with gourmet kitchen, den, media room and two-zone central air-conditioning. Relax on the covered back porch or sit by the 16x38 ft heated pool. First floor has spacious living room, large eat-in, gourmet kitchen, dining area, bedroom with twin beds, den and hall bathroom. Second floor has two bedrooms with ensuite bathrooms. Lower level contains media/family room, full bathroom and laundry room. Home is centrally located on quiet village street. Walk to shops, restaurants and bike to village beaches. この宿泊施設の特徴
The location of this Southampton Village home can't be beat. Your family will enjoy Hamptons living at its best with amazing proximity to town, beaches and train. Home is two blocks from village shops and restaurants, including Tate's Bakery (cookies and pies are the best!) No need to bring a car. You can walk or bike everywhere. Relax in the private backyard, swim in the heated pool and cook in the gourmet kitchen. It's the perfect home for a stress-free family vacation!
