Holiday

Beautiful apartment in a wonderful location. Restaurants nearby and supermarkets within easy reach. A bakery just a 5-minute walk away. Parking right in front of the building. The only downside was the customer service: I called the provided phone number three times but received no answer and no call back. A pity, because the stay was otherwise very pleasant.

Fabulous place

Amazing in every way and if you have a car ir would have been perfect . But we didnt snd needed to get 2 buses to chatel for skiing as the conditions weren't good , it has everything you need and we loved our stay

Perfect appartement!!!!

Perfect stay at this wonderful appartement. The appartement is exactly as advertised and spotless clean. Very well equipped kitchen as well. Very smooth check in and out due to the very organised information mail and welcome folder in the appartement. The view from the balcony, the quiet location but within 5-10min drive to centre of châtel makes this perfect location both for winter or summer stay. Also local shops within walking distance. I strongly recommend this appartement and would book again for our next stay in the area any time. Excellent value !!!

Fab, hope to be back

We had a great week in this spacious modern and well equipped apartment. It was nice to come back to and we caught the afternoon sun on the balcony. The village was quiet at this time of year so particularly appreciated the range of channels on TV. Clear instructions for everything including location and entry. Id easily recommend this accommodation, ideal for both families and friend. Wish we'd stayed longer and hope to be back

Great appartment

The apartment is great. Cosy, spacious, including a garage and heaters for the skiboots. Our car did not fit in the garage unfortunately ( too long). The beds are all 1 person beds and even if you push them together it does not make up for a double bed. Very nice balcony and stunning view on the mountain. Chapelle is a lovely village as a startpoint for your holidays in Portes du Soleil.

Nice appartement of high standard

Very nice accommodation. The equipment is at high standard of quality. Beds are very comfortable. The living room is large and the terrasse is also well appreciated.

Good month!

Everything as described. We were there for a month and might (possibly unreasonably) have expected some linen cleaning to be included over that period but no big deal and spares were supplied once during the month, once we requested them. Cleaning clothes was easy with the washing machine but linen would have been more of a problem given no tumble drier. Location was near to a lift covering a small ski area. The main links are over a mile away so a car journey or bus ride. Most skiing is over at Pre La Joux which is a good 20 min drive. This was fine for us but some might prefer to be closer to the action. That said, the location was quiet, near a hire shop for those who needed it, and lots of very good restaurants within walking distance. There is a small supermarket in town but the main one is a drive away; I think a car is advisable. The use of the garage is a real bonus since it avoids icy or snowy morning issues with the car. Overall, recommended and we would consider again.

Wij hadden een fijne vakantie en komen graag nog eens terug. Alles ruim, praktisch en gezellig ingericht. Ook een geweldig ruim balkon waar je heerlijk kunt relaxen met uitzicht op de bergen!

Amazing apartment

What a lovey place, definately one of the best places we have stayed in , the apartment had everything you could need including dishwasher washing machine , so cosy and welcoming we didn't want to leave . The location was also great easy walk to fab local slopes and an easy drive to huge ski area . Would recommend and hope to return .

Holiday cancalled due to Coronavirus

Holiday cancelled due to Coronavirus. Because we chose to cancel before Government Guidelines released as we had pre-existing medical conditions and one of our group was over 70. we were unable to claim compensation.
