This apartment is in an excellent location close to lots of amazing restaurants so knew we would like it. Lived up to our expectations and would definitely stay here again.

Had an amazing time

My long-stay rest was amazing, everything is so convenient. The weather was excellent and because the owner was staying some of the time I was there, I got to meet her. Such a nice lady and extremely helpful.

Well located quiet property

Great 1 bedroom apartment

The apartment is located in an ideal location the grounds has 2 entrances which is great depending on which direction you want to go. The apartment gets sun until afternoon the apartment was spotlessly clean and has ceiling fans to keep the place cool during the night. Communication was A+ and would recommend and would stay here again.

Lovely property, 5 minutes from the shore, good clean place, great value !

Great place from start to finish. Nice apartment, with a good balcony for sunbathing/sitting around table. Situated in a small complex, securely accessed, the apartment has shared access to a pool as well, great place, great location, recommended. Carol, the owner, is absolutely first class - there was a problem with the boiler, and within hours Carol had arranged for a plumber/electrician who replaced the unit same day !

fabulous appt,everything we needed,great location to everything -easy walking into pdc,however those less mobile might struggle with the steps(49 of them) up to the appartment,however there are far fewer steps if you use the back entrance to the complex. The sun terrace is spacious and gets full sun all day,with the benefit of sun loungers.Would certainly book again.Communication with owner was terrific xxThank you

Lovely little apartment

Lovely, clean little apartment. Well situated for the strip, bars, restaurants, supermarket and beach, everything you would want in fact. The bed was comfortable and the sun loungers were a bonus.The kitchen had everything we needed. We had a small problem when we first arrived getting into the complex but Carol was very helpful. The complex is small and very quiet which is just what we wanted. We will definitley be back again. Thank you Carol

Lovely apartment

This was our second stay at this apartment. It is a lovely, clean apartment in a quiet little complex. Just perfect for us.It is 5 mins from the strip but is quiet. The bed was new from last year and very comfortable. I have given Carol 5 stars for comunication but she deserves more. She answers any questions immedately and is very helpful. I cannot recommend this apartment enough and we will be staying there again next year. Thank you Carol for allowing us to stay in your apartment our holiday there was perfect.

Relaxing break.

The owner Carol was an absolute pleasure to deal with. It was exactly as i it was from the photos and description. Everything in the apartment worked as it should and had more than enough for the 2 of us during our stay. It has a great balcony,plenty space for sunbathing all day if you choose to and a table and chairs,for a nice relaxing drink or 2 after a night out.Nice views at night time. Pool area was very quiet and perfect for a dip to cool off in as the weather was very hot. Location is great,Large Spar next door.A 3 minute stroll to start of the strip and no hill. Would stay in Carol's apartment again without hesitation,it was a very enjoyable stay. Thanks Carol. Kind Regards. Mike and Pauline.

Vacances

L'appartement de Carol est très bien situé dans Puerto del Carmen. Il est a proximité des magasins, des restaurants et des plages. Il est aussi bien équipé (mention spéciale à la plancha). La piscine nous a permis de nous rafraîchir lors des vagues de chaleur. Malgré la présence de ventilateurs, les nuits sont très chaudes. La communication avec Carol était optimale et l'arrivée ainsi que le départ se sont fait sans difficultés. Nous recommandons ce lieu pour vos vacances :)

Disappointing Arrival

On arrival the property was in a filthy condition and also the property is very dated and requires a refurbishment. The sofa is extremely uncomfortable. The boiler leaked and did not work properly so unable to have a hit shower( this was changed).We have stayed longterm for many years in Lanzarote and this was the worse property and also the worst value for money. Would not recommend

Needs updating

There was work going on in the adjoining properties, with serious drilling, banging and workers banging around. The property itself needs a lot of updating, the bedding was very poor, there was two electric rings to cook on but the small ring wouldn't boil and egg. It was stated as having heating and air conditioning, which consisted of a three bar electric heater of which only one bar worked, the aircon was fans in the ceiling. The storage rack around the toilet was terrible, the sinks in the bathroom and kitchen had only one plug between them. All in all this apartment would be better with a lot of updating - get rid of the mass of dried flowers, dust catchers !! I will say though that Carol was very quick to respond when we lost the keys to the apartment, well done for that.

Great location

When we arrived there was no water! Called Carol who turned up very quickly followed by a plumber! Managed to make a temporary fix, then completely replumbed the bathroom the next day! Regrettably the shower still wasn’t up to much as the hot water ran out before one person had a reasonable shower! Recommended they install an electric shower! Otherwise, supermarket 2 minutes away, restaurants a similar distance, and, if you could find a parking space, the main drag was only 5 minutes!

A brilliant place to stay, to visit the Island as a whole. Easy to book. Easy to access. Local spa very well-stocked for self-catering, as is the kitchen but hundreds of options to eat out nearby too. Carol was very helpful. We would definitely go back and recommend to friends.
