Located on the second floor of a secure residence, our apartment was refurbished in late 2016. Very bright, it faces south, with a large balcony where you can take your meals.
Living room of 25 m2 with fully equipped American kitchen (MLL & MLV)
A corridor with a large 4-door wardrobe (wardrobes / shelves) gives access to the two bedrooms, the shower room and the separate WC.
The first bedroom is equipped with a large 160 cm bed and a chest of drawers with direct access to the balcony.
The second has 2 x 80 beds that can be used separately or as a single 160 bed. It is equipped with a cupboard with shelves.
The bathroom has a sink and a walk-in shower (2017)
The apartment has a secure parking space and a bicycle garage common to the building.
Located a stone's throw from the market, it gives access to numerous local shops.

The Godets are lovely, gracious people and the property is in an exceptional location in Arcachon with great parking, a nice amount of space, really good shower, nice climate control, nice building. We’re giving 4 stars since we felt some things could use a little updating. But we had an amazing stay and love Arcachon.

L’appartement est idéalement situé : au centre d’Arcachon, proche des commerces, des restaurants, des plages et du parc Mauresque! L’appartement est fonctionnel et comporte un beau balcon où l’on peut manger midi et soir. Une très belle semaine !!

Un séjour trés réussi!

Appartement spacieux et lumineux, avec une décoration qui rappelle la plage et la mer, trés sympa. Autre points forts: les vélos, la terrasse et la salle de bain refaite avec une douche trés agreable. Très bonne localisation en hyper-centre d'Arcachon, en face du Monoprix. Excellent contact avec le propriétaire ainsi que les "check-in"/ "check-out" super simples, rapides et flexibles! Nous reviendrons, c' est sûr !

Après un accueil très chaleureux avec beaucoup d'explications pour agrémenter notre séjour, nous avons profiter pleinement de ce logement en centre ville Appartement très fonctionnel parking dans la résidence appréciable super bien bien placée, au milieu de tout (commerces, plage, gare...) Vacances sans utiliser la voiture, tout se fait à pieds en quelques minutes. Et en plus le prêt de 2 vélos Merci

We spent a lovely two weeks in this apartment in Arcachon. Lovely welcome from M. Godet, apartment is well equipped and located, availability of bicycles was a real bonus. This was our 2nd time in the town but 1st in this apartment and we would certainly return to stay here. We had our two children with us so to be this close to the beach was perfect aswell as the access to the market and shops. Apartment building is very quiet, highly recommend staying here. Thanks for everything.
