コスタヴェルデは、美しいガーデンシャワー、トラバーチンの床全体、ガラス張りの完全な引き戸付きのカリブ海の広いオープンビューで完全に更新されたばかりの豪華なモダンな家です。 カサデカンポリゾートの世界的に有名な熱帯の楽園で、素晴らしい海の景色と夕日のある非常に大きなプライベートロットに位置しています。 コスタヴェルデは、静かで緑豊かなトロピカルな環境の中で、ワールドクラスのリゾート設備を提供しています。
私たちの家は、全体にアーチ型の天井、シャッター付きの寝室のドアがあり、すべての寝室から完全な海の景色を完全にスライドさせます。 ベッドルームは完全に空調され、家全体の天井ファン、大型フラットスクリーンテレビ、家を完全に取り囲む広いテラスがあります。
ヴィラには、25年以上家族と一緒にいた3人のメイド/クックと2人の庭師が常駐しています。 朝食と昼食は毎日用意され、夕食はバトラー/バーテンダーサービス付きで事前に追加料金なしで手配できます。 スタッフはスペイン語と英語を話します。 賃借人は食費を負担し、すべての食材は到着時に事前に在庫できます。

Even Better the Second Time

This was our second stay at this spectacular home in Casa de Campo, and once again, everything exceeded expectations. The house is exceptionally well-appointed and accommodated our group of 12 adults with ease—each guest having their own bedroom and private bathroom made for a truly comfortable and luxurious experience. The views are breathtaking, with a peaceful panorama stretching across the golf course out to the ocean beyond.What truly sets this home apart, however, is the service. The on-site staff, particularly Anna, were attentive, kind, and made sure every detail of our stay was seamless. Ivy, the host, is phenomenal—she arranged for dinner reservations, golf cart rentals delivered before arrival, and was always available and responsive to any questions or requests. Her warmth and professionalism made us feel genuinely cared for from start to finish.The location within Casa de Campo is ideal—just a quick golf cart ride to the beach, the resort hotel, and the world-renowned Teeth of the Dog golf course. While the home is slightly farther from the marina and Altos de Chavón, the central placement and ease of access make getting anywhere within the resort simple and enjoyable.Having visited Casa de Campo five or six times now, I can confidently say this has been one of my favorite experiences yet. I would enthusiastically recommend this home to anyone considering a visit, and I’m so grateful to Ivy for her continued hospitality. We can’t wait to return.

Amazing adventure for the whole family

This property was stunning. From the views to the interior furnishings to the location! We loved everything about our stay here.Anna and staff greeted us at the front door upon our arrival. The first night we stayed in and enjoyed a delicious meal prepared by the staff at the house. Breakfast, lunch and dinner was always superior and we looked forward to each meal. As a family we enjoyed the large table that was able to accommodate all of us. There are so many seating areas around the house to enjoy an afternoon of reading, or lounging. The pool was pristine and our granddaughter loved the shallow shelf and steps - she is really learning to enjoy the water, thanks to 6 days in the Dominican.We ate out 2 of our 6 nights, but if I had my way, we would have eaten at home every night, the food was that good.Make sure you rent golf carts and explore a bit. The marina has some amazing boats and yachts to see, as well as some very good eating spots. There is a small market in the marina as well, plenty of good choices to restock the pantry.We hope to definitely go back to this amazing home in the future.Thank you Ivy, Anna, Leonardo, Carmella and Lele - you all made our trip a huge success!

Amazing week in paradise!

Just spent a fantastic week with our family of 8 and one infant. Costa Verde 3 is a beautiful home with everything needed for a relaxing, luxurious vacation. Staff is phenomenal in every respect preparing delicious meals while keeping the house immaculate and doing daily laundry (pack lightly as you come home every afternoon to folded clean clothes). Golfing at Teeth of the Dog and Dye Four were challenging but well worth it. If you choose to dine out, our favorites were SBG and La Piazzetta. Playa Minitas is a great beach with plenty of chairs/umbrellas as is just hanging out at the villa’s pool overlooking the golf course and Caribbean and enjoying the breeze. Ivy and her team are fantastic and we cannot wait to figure out our next dates and book again.

Mi familia!

This is our third stay in 10 years at Costa Verdes 3. The house is fantastic, the view is amazing, but it's the villa staff that makes the trip spectacular! There is a reason this house stays booked. We awoke every morning to coffee and a full breakfast, fresh frozen drinks by the pool and always clean clothes folded on our bed each night. Dinner at the villa is better than any restaurant, but we always go out a few nights to give the staff a break. The location of the house is just a quick golf cart ride away from restaurants at the Beach Club, the Marina and Chavon. We had a total of 10 people, and the villa layout is perfect for 2 families or even 6 couples. Ivy is quick to answer any questions and help in any way. We didn't leave before checking our calendar for the next availability!

Beautiful oasis

Rented this house for a bachelorette party and it was amazing. The house comfortably slept 12 guests and could’ve easily slept more (we had an empty room with a king bed). The view of the ocean is stunning, the pool is fabulous, the staff was incredible, and Ivy was super helpful with transportation, golf cart rentals and grocery delivery. Would rent this house again and again!!!

The perfect family vacation

My husband and I , along with our 3 children were absolutely amazed by Coasta Verde #3 Villa. It was spotless and beautifully decorated and of course the grounds and views were breathtaking. Views of the golf course 8th hole and the breathtaking ocean. We have been to many island resorts but this tops it all. The amenities on the resort was amazing- Golf, Tennis, Horse back riding, all the water sports. The different areas of the resort had its own restaurants and they were great. I thank Ivy for helping us out in every detail from transportation to booking the best places to eat. I also was utterly impressed by her Staff, Anna, Maria, Carlos and Thomas. It was absolutely a dream vacation that will be repeated again.

This is an outstanding Villa with views to die for!

We had a great family Thanksgiving in CV3 and you should not go wrong if you rent it. It starts with the owner Ivy who is very attentive and pays attention to details. She contacted us a month before arrival to make things were set and arranged for when we got there. She let us know about the cooking/house keeping arrangements and took care of the reservations we needed. Ivy is terrific. The villa is very spacious and comfortable. It's as good as the pictures show on the website. Our family ranged from 12-60 and we all had a great time and will hopefully go back some day.

Amazing house

We stayed at Costa Verde 3 for 7 Days and had a wonderful, memorable stay. Ana, Lilly and Thomas took great care of us and cooked everything we requested, laundered our clothes every day and kept the house clean and tidy. Ivy (the owner) answered all questions and was available (by the minute) if needed. The house is spectacular with incredible views. We ate most of our dinners “al fresco” by the poolside with the crisp air and enjoyed beautiful sunsets. Enjoyed the golf cart rental with rides to Minitas Beach, the Marina and sunset cart rides along the golf course. A beautiful house with exceptional service by Ivy and her staff. We definitely plan to return to Costa Verde 3.

Undersold

Have been to CdC 13 straight years. This villa is undersold in the photos and descriptions. Was a great property. Ivy provides an awesome website to easily order golf carts, make reservation La for various things. I would offer only one word of caution when using a shopper for advanced groceries…be specific. The shopper took some liberties and/or we had some miscommunication, as Martha (chef/cook) felt bad that we had entirely more food than we needed or wanted. Outside of this costly miscommunication, which should be easily avoided, book it ASAP!!

Perfección in every way!

This was our second time staying at CV3, and once again, this villa is the epitome of perfection. If you are on the fence about booking, just do it. You will not be disappointed. The property is better than described. There is not a bad room in the house. Ivy, Ana, Thomas, and the rest make everything easy. It is what a luxury vacation should be. In addition to the villa, Casa de Campo is a world-class resort with great restaurants, beach, golf, and activities. While there, do yourself a favor and and go to Altos de Chavon and eat at Onnos. - Ivy, thanks for everything.

Exceptional

The Villa is perfect in every way. The view took our breath away. Each of the rooms is clean with a door to a patio with an ocean view. The house is situated in a perfect location with quick access to the hotel area, minitas beach and golf pro shop yet, is on a quiet side street off the main road. Ivy, the owner, replied to my emails immediately and helped guide me to golf cart rentals, grocery and liquor delivery and a masseuse who came to the villa. The pool and hot tub area has recently been upgraded and we spent many hours together enjoying the view and watching golfers pass on teeth of the dog. A coffee tray was delivered to an outside sitting area early every morning (and I missing that luxury now that I have returned home) The staff is wonderful and we had delicious breakfasts and dinner in the villa. We will rent again.

Piece of paradise

If we could give this home more than 5 stars we would! The house was spectacular! The view was even more breath-taking and amazing to wake up to every day. There was plenty of room for all 11 guests (adults and children). Every room had a view of the water. The chef Marta cooked up the most delicious meals for breakfast, lunch and dinner. Thomas the butler was always attentive and made the most delicious cocktails. Lilly and Carmela made sure everything was tidy and organized so we could really enjoy each moment. We are located right on the water so it made for a beautiful backdrop for pictures. We were 7 minutes from Minitas Beach cluba nd 14 minutes from the Marina which was very convenient. The website the owner provides to order everything from golf carts, boat charters, groceries to restaurant reservations made planning so easy. Ivy was always attentive and helpful. We very much look forward to coming back and staying with our host again!

Wonderful vacation in a beautiful property with magnificent on premises staff

We chose this property for our annual family gathering. As a point of reference, last year we rented a home in the Four Seasons in Punta Mita and in many respects this was superior. Let me start with the staff. They were wonderful and extremely accommodating. The food was great, varied and timely. The home was exactly as described and very comfortable. And Ivy, the owner could not have been more helpful to me, my wife and our four adult children. Two things to note. We used the recommended grocery and golf cart vendors and while the service they provided was excellent there were issues. The golf carts were old and broke down a couple of times. It was a minor inconvenience and they were lightening fast in resolution but I would be more careful on my next rental to get newer models. As for the groceries, it was very convenient to have everything at hand and very plentiful but Iit was surprisingly expensive. Next time, I will be very specific about what we want (don’t say milk - say two gallons). The grocery store in the community is pretty good and not as expensive as we thought it would be. If you want the convenience of not having to think about getting food - they took care of it.

We first stayed at Costa Verde 3 in April, and loved it so much we returned in November! The location within Casa de Campo is perfect and the backyard view is exquisite (pictures can't do it justice!) The Villa decor is tasteful and lovely and the open floor plan allowed 11 of us plenty of space to gather together or in smaller groups. Our adult children especially loved the two rooms by the pool and we all agree that the beds throughout are especially comfy. And the outdoor showers are a family favorite! Ana, Tomas, and Lily are all wonderful people and they take fabulous care of guests and the villa! We learned from our first visit to give Ana an idea of what we wanted for meals and then let her do her thing in the kitchen - because she does it extremely well! Tomas always had a smile on his face and took great care of us, from making drinks to acquiring lobsters! Adorable Lily kept the place spotless every day! And Owner Ivy is always on top of anything needed, from airport transfers (we had various arrival and departure dates for our group) to cart rentals, pre-stocked food, dinner reservations, and anything else we asked of her - she takes great pride in her family home and it truly shows - and she is an absolute pleasure to work with! We can't wait for our next visit and predict once you stay at Costa Verde 3, you will be repeat guests, too!!
