この宿泊施設のオーナーになった理由
In this cozy house we spend our holidays, for the rest of the time we provide those who want to care for them with the same attention. For this it requires accountability in living the house. In case of damage please notify immediately.
Obligatory to carry out separate collection of waste , the containers will be provided for the award and the calendar that shows the days indicated where to put the waste , which would otherwise not be withdrawn .
The air conditioner is only in the living room - kitchen .
Respect the peace of the neighborhood and the building especially at night .
Respect furniture and equipment at home .
Smoking is only allowed in the garden , absolutely forbidden inside .
Animals are allowed but ask before anyway.
Check- in 3 pm and check -out 10 am.
It is all to host load consumption, care of the guests to make sure before you leave the house lights , air conditioning and water taps are always closed and off . It cares recommended in the use of gas for cooking , always make sure that it is closed after use.
This is a Non-business periodic tourist rent, according to current italian law.
Please note that in ITALY, you have to:
1. give your passport data to me so I can communicate them to the Questura (Italian Police) through the website “Alloggiati WEB” at the time of check-in, because of public security
2. sign a short lease rental contract with the guest
