Centrally located and neat as a pin. This is ideal for large groups given its 4 bedrooms and 2 baths. Host was very helpful with locating a parking garage less than a 5 minute walk from the property and 12 euros/day, as you can’t park on the street.

Elegant apartment in wonderful location. The host was gracious and thoughtful. We have stayed in many apartments and homes in Europe and this was by far the most spectacular.

Great location, spacious property

This apartment was in a very central location and was quite spacious so we had lots of room to spread out. The downside was that it was so super hot while we were in Parma and the apartment does not have A/C. I would highly recommend it if you are visiting during cooler months.

Spectacular Accomodations

From the moment we were greeted by the family, we knew this place was going to be a gem. Perfect location with excellent restaurants in neighborhood yet easy walk to Duomo or Parco Cittadella. I have lupus and the walking was no issue for me in this location. Apartment itself is absolutely everything as shown in listing. Clean, beautiful furnishings and well stocked with anything you need. There is a great bar for caffe down the block and a farmacia. Highly recommend! My family certainly enjoyed staying here while we were in Parma.

Classic luxury apartment in Parma!

This apartment is beautiful and very large. The kitchen and bathrooms have been updated, but the living room retains its old world charm. The location is convenient, and there is a bus stop a few minutes walk (take the 3, 4 or 5 to the city center) and a shopping mall with a nice grocery store. There’s a great gelato place around the corner too. Victor was very friendly and helpful getting us situated. The building is super quiet and having an elevator was a lifesaver. Beautiful tree-lined street in a residential neighborhood. Would stay here again without question. Thanks Fam Garbara!

Sehr schöne, großzügige Wohnung

Wir haben uns so wohlgefühlt! Alles ist so liebevoll eingerichtet, tolle Bäder, gute Betten, sehr ruhige Wohngegend mitten in Parma, nachts konnten wir sogar bei offenem Fenster schlafen! Die Küche war wirklich perfekt ausgestattet! Es war sogar Wasser und frische Milch im Kühlschrank, usw. Sehr netter Vermieter!

Large apartment

Owner was lovely - even accommodating an early check-in. The apartment is very large. The first night my husband and I slept in a room that had a very hard, uncomfortable mattress. Luckily we only needed 3/4 bedrooms and changed rooms to a more comfortable bed. Our major complaint was the temperature of the apartment which the owners don’t control. It was very cold and therefore uncomfortable. Perhaps a better place to stay in the summer time or when the temperature is more mild. The other nuisance was that we couldn’t park in the street and had to park in a public garage a couple of blocks away at 12 euros/day. However, we knew about this when we booked. Otherwise we enjoyed our stay!

Parma delight

We met Victorious was accommodating and very gracious. There was no parking but a garage was not far away. The apartment was comfortable and spacious. We would be happy to recommend staying there.

Wonderful accommodations

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay in Parma! The apartment was spacious and spotlessly clean. Convenient location, grocery less than 10 minute walk, train station less than 30 minute walk. Bike rental available at the train station with very good prices. Plenty of shopping, restaurants, and sights.

A Beautiful Apartment near the City Center

We stayed for a few days while attending our daughter’s college graduation at a nearby city. We had easy access to the city bus and train station by walking. The apartment was BEAUTIFUL, clean, and very practical for our family stay. We were very comfortable and felt at home immediately. We will stay again if visiting the Parma area. Thank you for a wonderful place to celebrate this special time.

Nice large apartment with great location

We had a great stay at this very large apartment. The apartment is centrally located but on a nice quiet side street. The owners were easy to communicate with and very responsive. There is garage parking nearby and you can walk to restaurants, grocery stores, and a mall. I would highly recommend this apartment.

Parma Retreat

This was a memorable Italy trip for our family of 5 as well as our friends family of 4. Vittorio was a fantastic host in every way during our 3 week stay. Parking was very near as was the bus to catch the train to the neighboring towns as well as cities throughout Italy. This flat made it super convenient to walk to anywhere in Parma and our flat mates even enjoyed the proximity to the Stadium for a soccer game. Perfect location and host! Thank you Parma!

Lovely large flat a short stroll from the centre of town

Vittorio met us and helped us to work out our parking issues (large van=bad idea in Italy!) and showed us through the place. Loads of space and everything we needed. A short 5 minutes walk to cafe's, markets and speciality stores and another 5 minutes walk to the stunning historical centre of Parma. Highly recommended.

Excellent in all respects.

A very clean, comfortable and spacious house with excellent amenities. Our host made of feel welcome and provided much detail for arrival and parking. The apartment was situated in a quiet leafy neighbourhood which was close to the historic centre of Parma. Highly recommended.
