Perfect location to visit Cinque Terre - Great host

The host is fantastic, she is helpful and responds quickly if you have any questions. The apartment is top notch with a small balcony and the location is perfect if you are going to visit the Cinque Terre, La Spezia or Porto Venere :-)

Excellent Location & space

Property just as described. Very clean and comfortable. Location was wonderful. Close to train, shopping, restaurants. Short and fun stroll to waterfront to take advantage of ferries and stroll promenade.

Cinque terre exploration

Beautiful apartment, excellent location very close to train station, restaurants and grocery stores. Excellent and prompt communication with property manager. We really enjoyed our stay in La Spezia and were easily able to travel to Cinque terre villages each day from this apartment

Wonderful short stay

Apartment is very close to train station. First floor (about 20 steps up) So this is very easy to access. Close to train into CT. Easy walk to harbor. Also steps from pedestrian area with many restaurants, etc. We enjoyed our stay.

Clean, new apartment very close to train station

A wonderful apartment in the middle of town. A few metres from the train station. Perfect for visiting Cinque Terre. The apartment was immaculate. The host provided cold drinks and snacks upon our arrival. The host allowed self-check in which was great as we didn't know when we would arrive until that morning. Thank you Andrea.

Perfect stay in La Spezia

This is an AMAZING location! Our host was so so helpful , she responded within minutes to every request! We were even allowed to stay later to check out as we waited for our train! Way above and beyond being an excellent host, the check in was PERFECT and EASY. The apartment itself , is exactly as advertised with high ceilings and a beautiful wrap around balcony. It's right in the heart of the city but with balcony doors closed extremely peaceful. The A/C units worked perfectly, very simple, a remote for each unit. The entire apartment is clean with comfortable beds. We stayed here to visit Cinque Terre it is SO close to the station it was perfect to go visit the villages , but we also quickly fell in love with La Spezia itself as well, grocery store right around the corner and amazing restaurants and waterfront all within quick walk. We would DEFINITELY stay again! Thank you for an excellent stay

Séjour inoubliable! Appartement impeccable près de la gare, du centre-ville et du port. L’hôte avait même préparé un cartable avec des cartes géographiques, horaires de train, pamphlet de musée, etc. Merci Andrea!

Très bon séjour à La Spezia

Appartement très agréable et très bien situé, à 2min de la gare et 5min du centre de la Spezia. La climatisation est un vrai plus en été. Appartement spacieux. Aucun problème avec les voisins au niveau du bruit, malgré une ambiance festive et un peu bruyante tard dans la nuit. Andrea est un hôte bienveillant et disponible qui nous a donné pleins de bons conseils. Nous recommandons vivement cette location!

Loved the balcony

We made great use of the balcony, great for people watching. The neighbourhood is fantastic, main walk through town with restaurants, shops and bars is right across the street. Doro supermarket around the corner has everything we wanted (Ripasso wine for 8.7 Euros) Train station a short walk. Bed was comfortable and area was quiet at night. Thank you Andrea for meeting us at the train and for your great place.

Love, Love, Loved staying here!!

From the moment we walked in the door we were SO happy with the Family House. It is clean, fresh and new. The master bedroom was comfortable and spacious. The second bedroom had a bunk bed and a half bath attached. The kitchen was well equipped, and lovely. The building has an elevator. I loved the location, steps away from the train station as well as a quick walk to stores and restaurants. It was the perfect place to stay while visiting the Cinque Terre. The balcony of the apartment wraps around two sides of the building, and overlooks a traffic circle. When we were inside with doors or windows closed you couldn’t hear anything from outside. There is a laundromat just around the corner as well as a wonderful little coffee shop. We would stay here again in a heart beat!

Great place for visiting Cinque Terre

We loved the apartment in La Spezia. Andrea accommodated our arrival a day earlier than originally planned, which helped us spend 4 full days in the area. The apartment is very convenient – a 1-minute walk from La Spezia Centrale station, and at the terminus of La Spezia’s main walking street that runs all the way to the harbor (where you can catch boats daily to Cinque Terre, Porto Venere, etc.). This street has lots of shops and restaurants, and there is also a Carrefour grocery store around the corner. The apartment itself is excellent, and is among the better VRBO units we rented during our three weeks in Italy. It was roomy enough for our family of four, though we mostly just slept, showered and ate breakfast there. The interior is newly and tastefully remodeled, with full sets of dishes, coffee maker, etc. It has some large doors that open onto balconies where you can sit in the evenings or hang clothes to dry. The windows are all new double-pane windows that capably shut out the sound of the road and trains. AC was being added to the apartment the day we left, which should allow the windows to stay closed when it’s hot out – pretty important in the summer months. Andrea was very communicative and welcoming, and really wanted to make sure we had a great visit. When we left, we accidentally left behind some items, and she had those priority mailed to our next destination! We really enjoyed the local restaurants – especially La Roma Ristorante (right across the street) and La Paloma (Corniglia). If you plan to visit Cinque Terre, I’d highly recommend this apartment for your stay.

Great location! Brand new apartment! Owner extremely helpful!

The apartment was on the second floor, comfortable, renovated, beautiful balconies, great location to trains, buses and ferry. Super clean and modern. No air conditioning but not needed, 2 fans available and natural cool air. Highly recommend this apartment!!

Un bel appartamento ben fornito e molto comodo per visitare le Cinque Terre.

Siamo stati benissimo. L'appartamento e' ben dotato, pulito e molto comodo per accedere Le Cinque Terre nonche' il centro di la Spezia. Il proprietario e' stato molto gentile e cordiale anche a fornirci tutte le informazione necessarie dei vari mezzi di trasporto disponibili. Un appartamento da raccomandare se visitate Le Cinque Terre.

Io e mia moglie ogni giorno veniamo a La Spezia in treno per lavoro, la casa in cui ci piacerebbe ospitarvi è ideale per chi -come noi- usa questo mezzo di trasporto ed ha bisogno di un comodo ed accogliente "nido" in cui rilassarsi dopo una giornata trascorsa tra panorami mozzafiato!
