Perfect for 2

Nice and good outdoor eating area. Cooking possible so shopping at the local Weekly market at Palafrugell is so good. Perfect for 2, we where 3 and it worked but not ideal. Easy acces to the beach/ cliffs. A lot of stairs to get to the apartment so a bit challenging if you are weak or elderly. But for us it was great. Nice apartment, nice village and lovely area.

Nice apartment with reasonable furnishings and facilities and a wonderful patio area. Fabulous location within 50 metres of beach and town. Very steep steps up and down to access the front door. Tamariu is a lovely small Spanish town with shops and restaurants very close to property. Boat,kayak and paddleboard hire is available on the seafront.There is also access to coastal walks but be aware that they are quite challenging in places.

Lage und Ausstattung waren gut, wie im Vorfeld gewünscht waren 2 Liegestühle auf der Terrasse vorhanden. Am Anreisetag fehlte die Bettwäsche im 2. Schlafzimmer, wurde am nächsten Tag gegen einen Aufpreis von 10€ gebracht.

Très bien mais...

L'emplacement est absolument génial, loin du bruit et à 3 min de la plage et des restaurants (par les escaliers), à 5 minutes d'une supérette... Bref c'est parfait de ce point de vu. La décoration est simple et jolie, c'est charmant. Le fait que les chambres soient en bas avec peu de fenêtres, permet d'avoir toujours une chambre fraîche au coucher, c’est très agréable ! Ce qu'ils appellent "Jardin" est en fait une jolie terrasse ombragée par des arbres. Les points négatifs : - La literie à ressorts est vielle, le matelas très mou et nous fait rouler au milieu du lit sans cesse. - Idem pour le canapé, dans lequel on se cassait le dos (on a fini par acheter des chaises de plage). - Attention à laisser fermer la petite fenêtre de la chambre, car les jardiniers sont venus à un moment et ont envoyés toutes les brindilles de pins dans la chambre ainsi que de l'eau qu'ils utilisaient pour nettoyer la terrasse (sur nos affaires, dont les ordinateurs posés sur la table !). - Dans la cuisine il nous manquait des choses basiques comme une grand poêle (alors que c'est censé être pour 4p), planche à découper, ciseaux... Nous les avons demandé, mais avons dû relancer 2 jours après ne les ayant toujours pas eu. Heureusement une femme de ménage très gentille est venue tout nous apporter, dont un toaster (pourtant mentionné dans l'annonce). - Quasi la totalité des verres sont fêlés que ce soit des verre d'eau ou des verres à pied) - Dans la douche il y a un bout de métal très aiguisé, pointu vers le haut et plein de rouille, pile au niveau du coude : parfait pour se blesser. - Le mobilier d'extérieur n'est pas aussi beau que sur les photos. - Ils mentionnent une "Bibliothèque musicale" + "Livres" : jamais vu. - "Four micro-onde" : non c'est juste un micro-onde - Malheureusement il n'y avait qu'une minuscule bouilloire qui était PLEINE de tartre. Je ne comprends même pas qu'on puisse laisser ça dans un logement... Bref, ça aurait pu être parfait, dommage !

Muy mejorable

Lo primero la situación del apartamento, esta en un callejón muy empinado y con escaleras irregulares. Íbamos con una persona mayor y tuvimos verdaderos problemas cada vez que había que entrar y salir del apartamento. En ningún sitio esta indicado que sea de difícil acceso. La cama pequeña del apartamento era lamentable, una cama de muelles de muy mala calidad. El menaje de cocina, electrodomésticos de los años 90. Y por ultimo, se intento contactar con el teléfono que proporcionan a través de la aplicación con ustedes y comunica siempre, me parece de muy mala gestión por su parte. Para el precio que se paga la verdad que no se lo recomendaría a nadie, tanto por instalaciones como por la desatención e impersonalidad por su parte. Y por cierto en el vídeo de la app indican que la cafetera es Nespresso y realmente había una Dolce Gusto.

Estamos conformes, aunque el baño estaba embisado antes de que llegaramos, nosotros somos muy cuidadosos en el tema residuos y cuidado de los lugares donde vamos, no hemos tirado nada y sin embargo el segundo dia ya estaba embosado. De todas maneras, sin intención de buscar culpables de parte nuestra, creo que deberia ser así por parte vuestra también. No me parece correcto las acusaciones sin argumento y sin haber estado allí. Los colchones estan en mal estado. Gracias. Martina

Good Stay in Tamariu

We liked the Appartment, the service on place was very good. A problem we had, was fixed really quick and the people are very freindly. The Ninia App is only updating the data an Appel when logging in again, on an adriod system it is working fine. Whithout a smartphone it will be not so easy.

The appartment was very nice, as described. The situation is perfect, you are very close from the beach (2min walking thanks to a beautiful little stair). The host was very nice also. I recommand this appartment for a lovely stay in Tamariu

Disappointing: Secret charge of full deposit without reason!!!

Nice apartments, nicely decorated, near the beach. We had a great time. However, we experienced some major down-sides: Not recommendable if you have small children - it is very difficult to access the apartment with a stroller because the stairs are very steep. The couple in charge of the apartments was rather unfriendly and tried to charge us the wrong amount upon arrival already. When we left, they didn't come to do the checkout but instead charged us the full deposit of 200.- euros without even telling us. Upon asking them for the reason, they gave us several very shady reasons without proof. What a bad trick to secretly charge the deposit!! They do this often in other places - but in Spain???? Generally a very nice place, however, the aftereffects are rather bitter. Definitely not recommendable. The holiday effect fades away quite quickly...

Mejorarle..!!

Desde el momento de la entrada todo han sido despropósitos. Mala o nula atención por parte de la propiedad. Por el precio pagado materiales y acondicionamientos justitos. Baño inaceptable, camas inaceptables, ni un triste fregaplatos, muchísimas hormigas.... Se salva la ubicación respecto a la playa y la sala comedor con la salida a la terraza. Poco más. Para mí poco recomendable.

Un joli appart dans un lieu idylique

Nous avons beaucoup apprécié le lieu qu'ont préparé Jesus et Marga. C'est plein de charme et on y est très au calme. Il faut cependant noter que le lieu est accessible par une toute petite rue qui monte fort et l'accès à la plage (vraiment toute proche) se fait par de petits escaliers qui ne peuvent pas convenir à tout le monde. La déco est sobre, neutre, inspirée des charmes locaux, c'est très bien. Le Wi-Fi est assez faible, pour travailler ce n'est pas idéal, mais qui vient ici pour travailler?
