* * * *CONSTRUCTION NOTICE * * * *
The Holiday Villas III Board of Directors has informed us Holiday Villas III condominium will undergo an exterior balcony, concrete and painting restoration projects currently underway in our area, is partially due to recent Milestone Inspection requirements put in place by theState of Floridian 2022. Well there were no immediate structural deficiencies related to Holiday villas III The board has approved repair work for exterior balconies, concrete and painting.

Crews will work their way around the building Starting on the northside and going clockwise around the building.
The balcony to my unit is now finished, you have complete use of the balcony and can enjoy the beautiful view of the gulf

The biggest impact from this project will be noise during working hours and with typical construction hours will be 8 AM o’clock a.m. till 430Monday-Friday. thank goodness my balcony is done and beautiful.

Please feel free to contact me to get a better understanding of the progress of the project and best available dates. Pricing may have been updated for the construction work and are final. No other refunds will be given.

HOLIDAY VILLAS lll DESCRIPTION

Our Holiday Villas III vacation condo rental, is located on Gulf Blvd., directly on the beach, in beautiful Indian Shores, Florida. We invite you to relax by our beach front heated pool, play shuffleboard, beach volleyball, cook-out at the BBQ, or just watch the beautiful sunsets from the large, private gulf front balcony, of our two bedroom, two full bath condo. We have one full size bed, and one twin bed in the guest room, and a king size bed in the master bedroom with a private bath, and it's own TV.

In the living/dining area you can watch a movie on the 50" HDTV, make use of the
CD player, or connect your laptop to our complimentary WIFI connection. You can get in touch with family and friends back home, with the free long distance telephone (US&Canada). The kitchen is fully equipped with all the conveniences of home. There are coin-operated washer/dryer located on each floor, just in case you decide to stay longer....

You can bring your own boat, or rent one from nearby, and dock it at our private dock.

Close by are bike rentals, bike trails, fishing, Para sailing, sightseeing, boats, dinner cruises, casino and Johns’ Pass. The trolley stop is right in front of the building, where you can get a ride to go north to Clearwater, or south to St Pete Beach, getting off and on at the many miles of beach, shops, restaurants, and more, or just enjoying the ride looking at the beautiful scenery. No need to rent a car.

I’m sure you will not be disappointed with the small town feeling and beautiful sunsets if you rent this condo.

Indian Shores is a small town, 7 miles south of the Clearwater bridge, and about 30 minutes from the Tampa airport.

Due to hurricane Ellen the prices have been discounted from October 26th to December 20th and the pool is not available it is under construction.

Loved it here, we have stayed in this condo complex before in a different condo we weren’t a fan off but this particular unit is phenomenal! Beautiful views, good parking space, very clean, beach was so easy to get too and beautiful. We will definitely stay again! We got married here and used this condo as our little honeymoon. It was perfect. Thank you!

Great beachfront condo with heated pool

Perfect little spot for our family to spend a few days over the winter break. The condo was conveniently located right on the beach and next to a trolley stop. We loved the heated pool. Great sunset views right from the balcony.

Clean, comfortable and a beautiful view!

The Holiday Villas were undergoing some renovations so some of the amenities weren’t available. Dean offered discounted rates accordingly. The ocean view was stunning and wonderful to wake up to. The sunsets were gorgeous. Great beach access. I fished from the private dock on the intercoastal. The unit had everything we needed. It was clean and comfortable. Great location along the Gulf Blvd strip.Dean was quick to respond and we were able to check in early because the unit was ready.Would stay again!

Love the area

We always love coming to this area. This condo is a great space and nice veiws ! We will for sure be returning in the future !! Dean was a great host and communicated very well with us, informed us that the construction was still going on and gave us the option to cancel no penalty, but we kept our booking and didnt let it get us down on vacation. Pool area was kept clean and water was heated.

Mrs. Boyd, the condo owner, was great! She was very responsive and helpful. However, once on vacation the other condo owners made the trip nothing short of terrible. The other condo owners were extremely confrontational and did not want visitors on their property. Not once, but approximately four times my family was reprimanded by another condo owner. They were looking for things to correct you on. If you want a relaxing vacation, this is not the place to go! My family will NEVER stay at this condo ever again.

Wish I was still there!

This condo was a great place to stay during our recent vacation in the area. The oceanfront views from the balcony were wonderful. Everything we needed was available in the unit (even though I must admit I didn't do any cooking). Loved having a w/d in the unit so I didn't have to bring home dirty clothes. Would definitely consider staying here next year. Thanks Dean!

Christmas getaway

Took my family - which included a 1 yr old, for Christmas to Indian rocks and enjoyed all of it. Not as busy as the other areas - wanted low key since we had a child with us - still close enough to everything to venture out. Our condo was very clean and had everything that I was expecting. Never had to contact owner - everything was easily found and usable. Definitely would recommend!

Would definitely stay again

Beautiful condo and view. We saw dolphins every day from our balcony! There wasn’t any trash bags or dishwasher pods in the unit so bring them with you. The here was some maintenance going on at the building right next to it, and the jack hammering was a little irritating.

Beautiful beach views

This is a very beautiful piece of property. Updated condo with a beautiful beach view. I had the pleasure of having a conversation with the owner who is so sweet and has an appreciation for the cleanliness of her condo. A really good feature of this condo is the sliding glass door and when it is opened it automatically shuts the air off. Having kids of any age is a benefit with this condo.

Family Thanksgiving trip

Our family met here to celebrate Thanksgiving. This unit was perfect, had all of the amenities needed to complete our Thanksgiving meal. We loved watching dolphins from the balcony in the mornings. The location was perfect, enjoyed being able to walk out to the beach and down the road for coffee. The beds and pillows were comfortable and we had plenty of towels and beach towels for our stay. It was also great to have a small cooler and a few lawn chairs available in the unit as well. Dean was wonderful to communicate with, we would definitely stay here again! The only downside was the elevator was broken for several days while we were there, other than that it was great!

Beautiful View!

Just getting around to writing a review as my family stayed here this past June. We absolutely loved this condo! It had an amazing view from the balcony. I even took a nap on the lounger bc it was so peaceful. The condo was clean and stocked with everything you could need on vacation, including chairs for the beach and beach towels. We loved the location right on the beach and you can even rent the lounger and umbrellas they have set up. It was less than 10 mins to Clearwater and the area around the condo was quiet. There are plenty of restaurants and grocery stores nearby. I was so sad when the vacation was over and we had to head home. It was the most relaxing trip I’ve had in many years. We would definitely stay here again!

Very disappointed

We arrived at the condo a day late and when we arrived, the condo was dirty, food scraps on the table, dirty dishes in the dishwasher, dirty laundry in the washing machine. We had rented from her before and really liked the property the first time and rented from her again but the experience was far worse. I emailed her upon arrival to report my findings, she said someone from the building itself must have rented the property out which I found not to be the case as we were told by management that they don't rent out private units. Anyway, the washing machine was broken, and she said she would have her son come to have it repaired, When I spoke with him, I told him I wanted him WITH the repairman as all of our belongings were in the condo and I didn't want strangers roaming through our belongings, he assured me he would be there but when I had gone up to the condo for something, I heard someone at the door, I thought it was my husband as I had the key, but instead it was the repairman who was coming in, unescorted by her son. When I called him, he said he had something to do and couldn't be there with him and sent him alone, so I spent MY vacation that I paid for babysitting the repairman. It was the worst vacation we'd ever spent and we never received as much as an apology, and still had to pay a cleaning fee for a dirty condo. Don't rent from her, you'll be disappointed.

Dear Future Renters, I have rented my condo for many wonderful years, and this is the first time that I have had to response to a bad review... I'm sorry that I had a guest who was dissatisfied. My unit was very very clean on the 12th of May when I went out of town. There is no way that my unit could have been in the shape that Mr & Ms ??? said, unless someone in the building had been in my unit prior to their arrival. I have a washing machine repairman who is bonded and has worked for me many many years, he went out asap, I now change the code to my unit after each stay. I don't understand why one year has gone by before this review was sumitted. I have great respect for each, and everyone of my guests, I have been in the vacation rental business since January 1995. I take much pride in my rental units. Again, I'm sorry that I had a disappointed guest.

A Home Away from Home

We had a great time "down" in FL. This unit was ideally situated on the beach, directly facing the Gulf of Mexico. There's plenty of room for a family of 5 to spread out and enjoy the beach scene. This North end of the 'beach strip' isn't as busy as the South end, which is what we prefer. If you are into the bars and nightlife, look elsewhere. Our only hiccup was that the elevator was intermittently on the fritz. Lugging three suitcases up 4 flights of stairs wasn't the best way to start a vacation, but we survived the workout.

Perfect location!

My husband and I came here for our honeymoon and it was perfect. The location was perfect. He likes to fish and we were right on the intracoastal waterway and still beach front for me. The condo was the perfect size and we were provided with items for the beach. 10/10 would stay again.

A Week on the Beach!

My husband and I enjoyed a wonderful week on the beach in Dean's condo. It was clean and spacious with a wonderful view of the gulf. The pool was warm and there was plenty of chairs to lounge in. The personnel in the office were very accommodating as well. The only draw back was the lack of restaurants within walking distance. We would definitely stay here again!

Wonderful beachfront winter break

We spent 5 days at the condo in early February and it was a great winter break. This 4th floor condo is right on the beach. It is large, clean and comfortable, with plenty of living room seating and dining space, and a functional kitchen. The absolute best part was the lanai overlooking the gulf, perfect for watching the sunset with a glass of wine. I had several conversations with the owner before traveling to make sure everything was set up, and she even called while we were there to make sure things were going well. The white, sandy beach was great for long walks. As for things to do and see, we did a day trip to St. Petersburg for museums and galleries. I highly recommend visiting the Chihuly collection. It's small, but beautifully set up and the guided tour was really interesting. Fresh local seafood abounds. We had a great meal at the Original Crabby Bills. For breakfast: Sweet Sage Cafe and Kennys Korner, and great coffee at Indian Shores coffee. Get your homemade ice cream fix at Haze. I hadn't been to this part of Florida before, and I was surprised at how built up and busy it was, and a little disappointed that there wasn't much in the way of restaurants and shops within walking distance. But I had a car, and once I found my way around, I had no problems getting to where I wanted to go.

A great week at the beach

My family had a great time at the unit. The unit was well equipped, the building was nice, and the view was amazing! We had a leaking toilet in the unit and the owners were right on top of it and came right out and fixed it. We'll definitely be back!

Over the years of operating a Motel we met many guests from different countries and walks of life. We enjoyed their company, stories, friendship, and many memories which we will never forget.
After developing our property into the building which is now SEASTAR, we decided to buy other condos in Indian Shores for our guest to return.

We have always loved the small town feeling that exist in Indian Shores, and the beautiful sunsets over the Gulf of Mexico.
