JoAnn was amazing. The place was perfect! We enjoyed a lot of the amenities, but was sad we couldn't finish the Tigers head puzzle in time.

We had an awesome stay ! The Condo is super clean, equipped with everything you might need, Location just across from the beach ist perfect and the pool is just great. JoAnn responded very fast to our few questions and is a responsible host. Thumbs up for this property 👍👍

Great place to relax at the beach

We enjoyed our stay. Condo is older but well cared for, nice and clean. Beach access is very easy. Closet full of beach items was appreciated. Kitchen is well equipped. Would definitely stay again.

Amazing condo and property manager

Property Manager explained everything in detail. The condo was clean, comfortable and everything we needed. Pool was quiet and just across the street from the beach. Will stay here again.

Great stay near the beach!

We stayed six nights in January while we attended the Rolex 24 Hour race at the speedway. The accommodations exceeded our expectations and the price was reasonable given that an event was taking place in the area. Unfortunately we didn't have any balcony/beach weather while we were three as temps were cool, and we really didn't spend much time at the condo other than sleeping. Joann, the host was terrific to work with and very communicative. We would definitely stay there again!

Amazing place! Plenty of room, spacious living area, fully equipped kitchen. 2 large bedrooms, 2 baths. Pool. Most convenient to access the beach, just cross the street. Will definitely stay here again.

A nice break

We would definitely come back if not for the entry stairs. Too inconvenient for loading unloading luggage, groceries etc. other than that it was very emjoyable

Very nice property!

We had a great time at this property. It is exactly as advertise. The space was comfortable, roomy, and quiet. The location is great... close enough to everything but far enough away at the same time. No crowds, no noise, and beautiful sunsets. I definitely recommend and will likely return next summer.

Great place

Great place to stay! Roomie; clean; comfortable furniture and beds; well equipped kitchen; easy walk and quick walk to beach; beautiful views of river; and partial views of ocean. Only negative was traffic noise from AIA when out on balcony (the road runs right out front of condo.) But then again, that’s what makes beach access so easy. Book it!!!

I Love the beach, easy going. Did I say I love the beach, sun, sand, and the sound of the waves. The decor will put you in the mood for a great summer vacation. The ocean is such a beautiful place . I love walking on the beach. I always feel free from stress when I’m at the beach. The wind, sound of the waves, smell of the salt in the air, the sand in your toes give me such enjoyment. I try to keep my units stocked with all of the things to have a great stay at the beach. You will find my units very clean. I try to keep them updated and make them a comfortable place to enjoy and relax.
