It is always an absolute pleasure to stay at Casabella and this visit was no different. Beautiful place to stay to enjoy the quiet of the countryside but with close proximity to Siena and other attractions. The property is clean and comfortable and Marzia’s hospitality is wonderful. We will be back!

Sovicille was an absolute gem, and this villa made our trip truly unforgettable. With three bedrooms and two bathrooms, it was the perfect size for our family of five adults. Everyone had plenty of space to spread out, relax, and make themselves at home.The outdoor areas were the undisputed highlight of our stay. The views were simply breathtaking, the garden was a peaceful retreat, and the pool was a refreshing lifesaver on warm Tuscan afternoons. We spent far more time outside than we ever anticipated!The villa’s resident cats were charming and entertaining companions throughout our stay and one particularly spirited brindle kept us laughing every single day. Maritzia was not in town, but had Renzo meet us for an easy checkin. Parking was plentiful and never an issue, which we really appreciated after long days of exploring. The property itself was wonderfully quiet and private. We felt completely tucked away from the world, which was exactly what we needed.For location, we couldn’t have asked for better. Sovicille sits right in the heart of Tuscany, making it easy to day-trip to Siena, San Gimignano, Montapulciano, Florence and several other stunning towns without ever spending too much time on the road.We would return in a heartbeat and would wholeheartedly recommend Farmhouse Casabella to any family looking for an authentic, relaxing Tuscan experience. This one is truly special.

Lovely terrace

We had a very pleasant stay. It was very hot at the time but there was a light cooling breeze on the terrace and fans in the house meant we slept well. Plenty of room in the house and a welcoming host. Pool area is a bit tired but the water was cool and we enjoyed a relaxing stay.

A spectacular Italian Adventure

This trip was spectacular and Marzia and Renzo were very kind and helpful in providing valuable information to help me settle into CasaBella. The house was perfect and the view was breathtaking. I will definately be visiting again in the future.

Siena trip

Farmhouse Casabella located in a country setting just outside of Siena. It was perfect for our group of four adults offering three bedrooms and two private baths. Great base for us and easy travel around Tuscany from there. We really enjoyed sitting outside with our drinks and food. Marzia and Renzo were the perfect hosts.

Beautiful Getaway in Tuscany

Casabella was the perfect place to begin our honeymoon. The house is quiet with beautiful views of the surrounding farms and vineyards. During our stay, we took several trips throughout the region, including to Siena, Lucca, and Monteriggioni — each were wonderful and worth the drive. With luck, we'll be back at Casabella in the future!

Home away from Home

We stayed a total of 9 nights at Casabella. A lovely Tuscan Hillside villa with a great view of the surrounding vineyards. For the most part the 5 adults were very comfortable. Mariza was super accommodating, she had a crib and high chair for our infant and even went shopping to stock the house before we arrived.

Perfect Tuscan retreat

Peaceful location but so very close to Siena. Casabella is a lovely spot, nestled above the vines with distant views of the Tuscan landscape. The pool is a bonus, refreshingly cool with a nice deck for those less inclined to splash around to keep a watchful eye while remembering why Aperol is such a good thing. Marzia and Renzo are wonderful hosts, sharing generous hospitality and the warmest welcome. We’ll be back :)

Great authentic Tuscan experience

The property is homely and spacious. It is an authentic Tuscan home, and very comfortable. Location is about 15 to 20 min drive from Siena. We recommend that you have a car. There is a bus but it is about 30 min walk from villa. The bus service is irregular but you can monitor through Google maps. There are a few good restaurants and a supermarket within a short drive, and lots of villages to visit within a 60min drive from the property. Marzia was a great host, gave lots of suggestions about where to visit etc. We had friends stay in the adjoining property, also owned by Marzia. It was a great space to congregate after a day of sightseeing. The pool was a bonus.

Absolutely Gorgeous

We had a wonderful visit to Casabella and greatly enjoyed our stay. The views from this villa are phenomenal. From the porch, from the pool, from every window. I could sit and gaze for hours at the neighboring vineyards and the Tuscan countryside The pool is a cool escape from the hot sun. My companion and I loved it. Our kids loved it even more! There is a treasure trove of pamphlets, maps, and guides to help enjoy the local area, including the host's restaurant recommendations. The host obviously cares about and takes care of the property with great diligence. She provided a crib for our infant. A couple of notes: there are two separate villas on the property, each sharing the pool. In our case, the other villa housed a family with one child the same age as ours, so they played and had a great time. There is no air conditioning, but even in the peak of summer when we visited, it was cool and comfortable at night. The house is exquisitely decorated, but we needed to move some of the fragile items up and out of the reach of our two-year-old. All in all, I would not hesitate to come back; in fact, I wish I could book again tomorrow. We had a lovely stay.

Erholung garantiert

Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt im Casabella. Die Lage ist wirklich toll, das Haus ist sehr gut ausgestattet.Der Pool war das Highlight für unsere Kinder.Uns hat das Haus von der Ausstattung, also das altmodische, sehr gut gefallen.Jedoch sind einige Sachen schon in die Jahre gekommen, wie z.b. der Duschschlauch im Vollbad, der vielleicht mal erneuert werden müsste.Die Küche war sehr gut ausgestattet, aber auch da wäre es schön, das Sortiment zu ergänzen oder auf Funktionstüchtigkeit zu prüfen, wie z.b. zu wenige Trinkgläser, stumpfe Messer ( was mit einem Messerschärfer leicht zu beheben wäre).Von der Sauberkeit her war es gut, allerdings müsste auch da an diversen Stellen genauer geschaut werden, wie z.b. unter dem Bett, an den Decken oder in der Ecke hinter dem Mülleimer, wo sich viele Wollmäuse und Spinnweben befanden.

Wunderschöner Aufenthalt

Wir waren vom 06.-20.07. in Casabella/Toiano und hatten 14 wunderschöne Tage mit einem tollen Pool, einem großzügig eingerichteten Haus und sehr gastfreundlichen Gastgebern, die uns jederzeit mit Kuchen, Tiramisu, Tipps und als Handwerker zur Verfügung standen. Ein Aufenthalt bei Marzia ist sehr zu empfehlen und wir kommen gerne wieder :-)!
