CASA CILIEGIO (113 sqm) is a spacious and comfortable apartment, ideal for families or groups of friends. In recent months, it has been completely renovated along with the rest of the property.
The living area includes:
• An entrance, a dining room, and a bright living room with access to a well-equipped panoramic terrace, perfect for enjoying outdoor meals with breathtaking views;
• An antique kitchen with original 19th-century tiles and a fully equipped modern kitchen with direct access to the rear garden, where you will find a marble dining table, a barbecue, and a wisteria pergola that creates an intimate and relaxing atmosphere.
The sleeping area consists of:
• Three bedrooms: one double with an en-suite bathroom, a second double bedroom, and a third bedroom with two single beds;
• Two bathrooms: one en-suite and a second full bathroom.

In just 5 minutes by car, you can reach Cava de' Tirreni, a charming town famous for its promenade along the Corso, characterized by elegant arcades. Here you will find numerous cultural activities, folk festivals, and fairs that enliven the city all year round, creating a lively and welcoming atmosphere.
Cava de' Tirreni is not just a pleasant town to pass through but a place rich in history, art, and traditions. The historic center is particularly fascinating, with its Borgo Scacciaventi, featuring ancient medieval arcades under which elegant shops, cafés, and restaurants are lined. Continuing along the coast, the first stop is Cetara, a small fishing village famous for its anchovies. Then you arrive at Erchie beach, a hidden bay with a few bars and restaurants, perfect for a moment of tranquility. Continuing on, you will encounter Maiori and Minori, before reaching the small and charming Atrani. Here, a stop at the small square surrounded by typical Mediterranean houses and the majolica bell tower of the church provides an unforgettable experience, especially when accompanied by an aperitif and artisanal ice cream.
