Fantastic unbeatable location to explore Acadia and the area. We had everything we needed - everything is provided! The cottage is super cute, you can even spot wild turkeys in the backyard!

The location was great. We biked alot in Acadia whoch was minutes away. Bar Harbout althoigh close was very crowded . Our host was quick to respond to places to dine outside of Bar Harbour which we truly enjoyed.

Wonderful location as well as being in a quiet location. Host was very helpful and accessible. Quick 10 min drive into Bar Harbor or just hop on the park bus down the street.

A very comfortable, clean, happy place. Close to many attractions; quite at night; and the Otter Creek Market on the corner with it's "to go" lobster dinner was an extra bonus.

Great spot-quiet and walk to Park

Cute, charming little cottage fully equipped and a quick walk to a trail leading into the Park. Great location and quiet street. Had a lovely time there.

If you are looking for the perfect place to stay, this is the place. Not only was this beautiful home clean, it was comfortable, beautifully decorated, and had all the amenities we needed. Located in a quiet neighborhood, we were a quick drive to Acadia and bar harbor. Amanda is an incredible host. I wish there was a way to give a six star rating!

This adorable cottage was perfect for two. The living area was a good size and we were able to prepare all three meals daily in the kitchen. The location was perfect with a local path to the park loop and ocean. Plenty of walking opportunities in this area if you just want to hang around for the day. Sitting on the porch after a day hiking was a treat. The neighborhood is quiet. Access to Acadia was convenient. We felt we made a great choice to stay in this cottage for our first time there. Amanda answers messages promptly and everything went smoothly. The amazing weather was a bonus. Thanks again for the wonderful stay!

This is was our second time staying at Summerwood Cottage! We love it. The cottage is in a quiet neighborhood in a fantastic location - so close to Bar Harbor & Acadia National Park. The cottage is well equipped and has everything you need for a great stay. It’s clean and well kept. Communication and the check-in process are smooth and easy. We look forward to returning next summer!

Home to our engagement!

We both thought the place was cute, yet roomy enough for the two of us. It is a nice quiet neighborhood. Our third evening we got engaged by the fire pit. Thanks for keeping your place clean and organized.
