Perfect beach location

We loved our stay here. The property was very nice and well cared for. The owner was easy to get in touch with and always helpful. The beach is right across the street!

Very nice unit

This was our first stay at this unit and the owner, Joe, was easy to get in touch with by text/phone. The unit is updated from originally built and is very nice. Great location.

Great view on the Ocean!

Right across from the ocean, so you wake up to the sunrise. Town one block away. Great location!

Great unit, even better location!

We had a wonderful week at the condo! We spent most of our time at the beach which is steps away. Deerfield has so much to offer and the condo offered the perfect location with water view, pool and protected oarking! Would stay there again!

Great Location

Unit needs minor upgrades and repairs, bathroom needs to be re-grouted at the least, have cleaning crew clean the grill from bathroom exhaust, vanity sinks drain needs to be cleaned, water goes down drain very slow. You have the best location in Deerfield Beach, with a few minor changes, can be a five star facility.

AMAZING!!!

LOcation, location, location!!! We literally saw dolphins from this balcony, it was amazing. Joe the owner was so great. We communicated via text messaging all week. I asked him to correct a couple items inside the unit and he handled them immeditaely. This is exactly the type of owner you want. The private gated and secure parking lot right next to the beach was so convenient. We will definitely stay here again!!!

Hello Ocean!

Rented for 9 days, and really enjoyed Deerfield Beach. Very good location with fantastic view of ocean. The apartment was ok … sliding door needs repair as it was difficult to slide screen, the sink in one bathroom does not drain well and we had no hot water for hours until the plumber came to fix the problem. The owner was easy to reach and he acted expeditiously in getting problem solved. The patio floor needs attention, the grout in bathroom is cracked or gone and overall for the price paid I expected a more spiffy condition. What we did enjoy was the beautiful view of the ocean and beach.

Cute condo

Condo is next to trash dump and it’s emptied at 4:40am on a Saturday. Very loud. Paying additional for parking should really be added to cost of condo also during check out it’s mandatory for additional insurance by homeowners. To many extra costs added after seeing daily rate.

Easy breezy beautiful — we will return

This unit was a great stay for my family. We ordered groceries and prepared most of our meals here. We went to the beach and pool daily. Having the parking spot was great and the location could not be anymore perfect. Joseph was exceptionally accommodating and easy to communicate with about our stay.

Beautiful condo

We had a good time there! The condo is perfect, had everything we need,and much more! It’s nice and neat! Close to the beach, and to the restaurant! The owner, is so nice and helpful, before we arrived he give us all the information we need. So overall we loved it. It was a good choice!

Fully furnished completely.From kitchen to bedroom bathroom. All you need to bring is your clothes and toiletries. He has everything else. Which is so nice.
