Our Sun Sea and Sand Vacation Condo is one of 5 we offer in the Daytona Beach area.
Location-Location Location. Great place to vacation and always at reasonable prices (prices vary depending on time of the year). This true studio condo joins our Sun,Sea and Sand vacation condo's family. This 5th floor unit is oceanfront with a cruise ship like view and a private balcony. You will enjoy comfortable seating on the queen sofa sleeper as well as the luxuriously comfortable sleeping on the comfortable queen bed. The studio kitchen is fully equipped with a full size frig, 2 burner cook top, glasses. dishes and pots and pans, coffee pot, toaster and cookware giving you all the comforts of home. . New carpeting adds comfort and freshness to this studio condo. Enjoy the morning sun on the oceanfront balcony.

Perfect getaway

This property was perfect for my husband and I, everything was as described and pictured in the post. We have stayed at this property in the past, and definitely prefer Jerry's unit over the others! The pool and beach access are unmatched!

Daytona Ocean front Studio Condo

The condo was as depicted in the photos and information. It is directly ocean front with great views. The condo has everything you need for your stay. Bed was comfortable and the owner/host was very nice and great to deal with. Very pleased with my stay.

Great vacation place !

We just returned from Daytona Beach where we spent our vacation at least twice a year. We have stayed in many different locations but this one is definitely one of the best !! The view is great, the Condo is small but clean, nicely decorated and has everything you need for an enjoyable stay. Lynn and Jerry are super to work with and great hosts. Would definitely recommend this unit and return for sure !

Watching the tides roll in!

We stayed in the condo for a week and hated to leave! Being right there on the beach and being able to watch the sun rise and set off the balcony was an awesome sight to see each day! The condo had everything you could think of and then some. The property is well maintained and clean. Anytime we had a question they were quick to reply back to my emails. I plan on using them again whenever we go to Daytona Beach. I am definitely going to tell family and friends about them. My favorite part of the trip was being able to step out front and catch the bus to the boardwalk. I loved the location because it was peaceful and quiet and I was able to sit on the balcony and read for hours without any noise! Thanks again and we loved every part of it!

Home away from home

This was my first time to Daytona, and staying at this property made it feel like home. It’s super close to everything, and believe me, there’s plenty for you to do! I will be a repeat customer! Jerry is awesome!

Wonderful place with perfect view

Just spent a week in this studio with my husband and daughter. The unit has everything you need for a comfortable stay and you won't find a better view of the ocean. We booked very last minute and the owners Lynn and Jerry were so great to work with. We experienced an issue out of their control but they responded to an email immediately and were only a call away if we needed them. We had the best time just relaxing and spending some quality time together. The resort is an older one which seemed well maintained and we loved the nostalgic feel and that it wasn't to large of a resort. It has best ocean front pool on the beach. I can't say enough about how nice our trip was and we look forward to retuning again next year. And your just a little over an hour away from all the theme parks flordia has to offer.

Wonderful stay

I highly recommend this 5th floor studio condo. My stay for one month was divine!! The unit has a wonderful ocean/beach view, was quiet and perfect for being a central location to area attractions. Hawaiian Inn staff was friendly and helpful during my stay. There is a breakfast/early lunch restaurant in the Hawaiian Inn, Tiki Bar, and outdoor restaurant. Pool area is very clean. Condo owner Lynn was super and made sure I had information prior to arriving. Please consider this unit if you are a single traveler, couple, or for a girls getaway. Great, great, great!!

Allow us to introduce ourselves. We are Lynn and Jerry from Chicago IL. We have been renting our 5 vacation homes, for over 16years now. All of our vacation rentals offer a smoke free and no pet environment. Over the years we have had hundreds of happy guests, many return year after year. We would like to add you to our list of happy vacationers.
Our resort studio unit is also our home away from home. It is much better equipped and furnished than studios rented thru the resort.
When you rent from us there is no need to stand in lines at the front desk to check in or check out. We encourage you to phone us for additional information or to reserve your dates. We never make a reservation without talking personally with our prospective guests.
